This the second time a debit has been deducted from my checking account for some kind of insurance I did not buy and on the first time the company name only showed accidental protection De Moi IA for $25.95 on 2-9-10 and again it shows it with the above mentioned company for $25.95 and my bank summary show as follows; check card purchase 2/9 WF NUF ACC PRO [protected] 8005725848IA [protected] [protected]
MCC 5760 121042882DA 01 7. I called the 800 shown above and it is answered by (1) Insurance Services Center
(2)National Union Fire Insurance Co Insurance services
I don't know what type of insurance they speak of because I have not purchased any. Also there was another charge of $9.99 on 2-10-10 from it looked like the same company without all the number but from Iowa.
Please check this and have them stop charging me for something I did not order/purchase
Please contact me at [protected] when you find something out or if you have questions
Thank You

I just registered a complaint about Colonial Home Warranty Insurance and then I spoke with the contractor they have on contract to take care of their claims. He told me that he told Colonial that I needed a new water heater as he had done all that he could on this heater. They told him to just come and put in the new part that had been replaced in late January. He refused because he said that it could burn my house down. When he refused to put the element in, Colonial denied the whole claim. I find it atrocious that someone would not care if someone's house burned down?

Management waited 3 weeks into November to change the employee's bonus structure for October. Hundreds of employees received an email the day before Thanksgiving stating they weren't getting paid what they had been told. The loss of pay ranged anywhere from $200-$2000 per person. For most people this was income they were relying on to pay bills, use for the holidays, or have already spent.
They are using storm sandy as the reason for the pay decrease but the storm hit at the end of October. If the pay decrease was necessary, why was it not communicated to the employees at the beginning of November instead of three weeks into it?
It's not the first time management has pulled something like this, but it is by far the worst. This is highly unethical and should be illegal. Travelers is not the company I thought I have been working for, nor is it a company I would ever recommend.

Being A&G has been the WORST experience I have ever had
If I known that I was going to simply throw away money I would have given it to a homeless person, that way I wouldnt feel COMPLETELY RAPED and CONNED
I have been with A&G for a year, in which time I have paid my premiums on time, premiums totalling about R8000.00
As fate would have it, and taking into consideration that we live in a country where crime is liable to affect you, they was an attempted theft on my vechile

Called A&G and guess what, in typical insurance fashion they refered me to the fact that my excess was R4150.00 and the damage was only about R3400.00

This was after being in constant consultation for about 4hours and being subjected to excruciatingly painfull customer service, where pulling teeth would have been a more pleasant experience than the absolute incompetence I was exposed to from the customer service given.
No one person gave me the same conclusion, options or outcome
The excess was inflated then decreased then raised then decreased.
Not even a manager was able to offer be a good customer experience, HOW SAD.
Bottom line they will be CLOSING my claim

Anyhoo, after choosing to go with a authourized service provider who would charge me approximately R2500.00 less
I now have to use my own expense to remove my KIA K2700 from their salvage yard and do so as soon as possible to prevent storage costs!

What a RIP OFF!

R8000.00 DOWN THE DRAIN!

Thanks so much for NOTHING A&G Insurance

Customer service is poor. You cannot check the status of your claim. They assume everything is your fault. Not concerned about your loss only your money.
I am a victim of a home burglary let me say again VICTIM. Mike Chitwood the adjuster has very poor communication skills. Please I advise you not to shop with FARM BUREAU they DO NOT like to pay claims and their customer serive is HORRIBLE. I give them TWO THUMBS DOWN!

I have been charged every month for Insurance fees which I didn't authorize and I have been retired for 3 Months 1 Mar 2010 to Present and they are still taking out those charges for insurance. This is from my Sams Club Account. Everytime I call I get the runaround that I have to write them to cancel it and sometimes I get sent to the wrong person to talk with. I want them to not be able to just add insurance on to one's bill without getting the ok to do it.

Shelter Insurance is a ripoff company and I'm not your usual complainer. I have never complained about an insurance company but this one is terrible. I have rental houses and I asked all about their policies -- I've been in the business for 40 years -- I know what to look for. They out and out llied to me and then when I had a vandalism claim, they gave a very untrue and deceitful reason for denying my claim. NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED THIS WAY BY AN INSURANCE COMPANY SO BEWARE OF THEM

Do not buy travelers insurance! I had gotten it after I saw their add on t.v. the company gave me a bogus policy. I had a minor incident and tried to make a claim and I was told the account number doesn't exist. Then they tried to send me a bill for the next payment! I told them where they could put the bill.
I had contacted the agent and they told me the policy number was issued to someone else in another state. The company has refused to return my money.

A charge for $17.85 started showing up on my Key Bank account. I called Key Bank Customer Service. The call was outsourced to the Philippines. The woman said it had nothing to do with my debit card which meant my account information was given to NUF DIS INS by Key. The CSR then transferred me to the toll free number provided. I had called that number before but they said they were agents for various insurance companies like AIG.. I hung up.I emailed Key Bank Customer Service but they denied knowing anything about it. Now I know it was fraud and they just keep claiming they can't do anything. I later found out that the insurance was with Chartis and AIG took it over. I found an old Chartis privacy statement letter dated 2003 then looked it up and found that information on the Internet.. I have no idea how this happened in the first place but do know I had $1000 free disability insurance with Key Bank. I'm paying for a $150, 000 policy of all things. What a scam.

They are taking 29.95 a month from my account and have been doing it for the past 4 years! They admitted that to ex husband when he called them the other day! I had already called them and was told they were updating their computers after asking what kind of business they were. I told them that updating computers made no difference as to what company was ripping me off! My ex nor I authorized these withdrawals and it really doesn't concern him as this is the account I use to raise my two daughters. They claimed to my ex that they were updating computers when he called so 2 hours later he called them back. According to what he was told First Citizens bank authorized these withdrawals without our consent! I WANT EVERY LAST RED CENT SWIPED FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS PAID BACK AND DONT TOUCH MY ACCOUNT AGAIN... EVER!

This happened to me up until August 12, 2013, when I finally caught this fraud and stopped it. Somehow Snuff HPP Insur [protected] got KeyBank to take $29.85 quarterly from my savings account without my knowledge. I'm going to try to get some of tis back. From other complaints, this must have been going on for several years, and the banks must be a part of it.

Where do these freak companies get my personal bank info and start hitting me for bi-monthly payments of $29.95 each? So far, I've lost approximately $60.00/month since 18-May-2011...$150.00 that;'s been milked from my checking account w/o my knowledge, all because they were clever enough to do this crap in small enough increments as not to cause alarm or suspicion. If I had not been notified of being overdrawn on my account, which was from/because of them making a 5th attempt to steal my money, and it being returned due to insufficient funds. This cost me another $35.00 in bank fees! I have a meeting at my branch tomorrow morning to go over my past monthly statements t see if I have any other INSF fees or anything these jokers have caused, and I have filed a fraud report which is to have my monies returned to me within 7-10 business days...we shall see. This fake Insurance Company is in England / U.K...(guess they are still trying to get back at "US" for whipping their ### way back when...ha ha!)

I conta ted my bank and they ascertain that this is my fault. I do not understand how they can legally allow money to be withdrawn from my account without proof of authorization. I never gave the insurance co my account info and I do not know how they got it. I never even have my account info whenever I call the bank. This does not make sense and I cannot believe that they can get away with this. I have filed another complaint with the bank and the FDIC. I will get my money back one way or another. They say that the company had my ac number & routing # but I maintain that anyone that has a copy of a check can get taht info. I guess I can just simply get the info off my ex's personal checks and set up to have my utility & cell phone bills automatically paid! LOL This is ridiculous!

This sounds like a scam! If you did not authorize charges, they can't charge your account. Contact your bank to challenge the charges!

I had the same deduction from my USbank account. They are refunding my money (the bank is) and have already instituted an investigation against this company for fraud.

Recently found 84y/o Mom has same problem. $34.20 taken out every third month? Called #[protected]. Found has been paying since 2006. She had no idea. No policy was found in her home. I was told the policy would remain in effect til age 85. Want to see if it would cover her disability for a broken hip in 2007. I asked for info. to be mailed to her. Don't have yet. I believe the offer came through USBank. Elective withdrawal from # NUF DIS INS 888; [protected]-[protected]. Please give me helpful updates. Jill e-mail; jaclark0306@aol.com

Got the same thing. Apparently, my husband signed up for a free trial offer of supplemental disability insurance from this NUF Insurance co. through our bank (Wells Fargo), over the phone. For SEVENTEEN MONTHS we've been billed for this and he didn't even know we had it! I finally discovered it today and can't believe that we've paid out nearly $500 for something I never wanted, and we can't afford. Unbelievable!
