Please remove this charge and any future charges. What ever you are selling I do not want it and I have NOT authorized any charges on my account. This is terrible that a person is unable to speak with anyone regarding this charge.I have submitted 5 confirmation codes and the comments read confirmation code is incorrect or too old. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

I also was billed on my bank card 69.96 for ICAREERKIT. I DID NOT AUTHORISE this payment. I need to find out how to get this charge off of my card and get my money back. Is this a legel way to rob people of their money!

I was recently charged $4.95 on my MasterCard account as a WEB ACCESS FEE.This was unauthorised.I ordered one item of Wu-yi Tea - a onetime order-and did NOT subscribed to a membership or a WEB ACCESS.I returned the product and received a credit to my card, then this web access fee pops up. This is ridiculous and FRAUDALENT PLEASE REMOVE IT.

What a scam!!! You crooks ought to be jailed for life. You know your tea is crap, so you get your money with your so called insiders diet secrets. I wonder how you can sleep at night knowing you are stealing from a lot of people desperate to lose weight! You probably sleep just fine, and have a bit of a laugh too. I don't have a lot of faith in our laws, or court system right now, but I do believe in kharma... YOU WILL GET YOURS!

I've been charge $9.95 & $4.95 for something that I didn't even know about, my daughter wanted to try the Wuyi tea for free as they offered, before the 30th day I called and canceled so we did not have future charges. I saw in my credit card statement these charges I called 1-800-989-5907 to have them reimbursed and the woman who answered stated they did reimburse them, I said that I called and canceled with Wuyi on time, she said she was a partner and that I had to call them directly, I said how if I didn't even know about you!! I was so upset I hang up on her, THIS IS S RIPOFF!!! then I called about the $4.95 and they sent you to the web side. I want these charges to be reimbursed!!!

I had the same problem with wuyi tea. I got my money for the tea. I also had 2 months of charges on my credit card for $4.95. I called the number and listened to the recording and got nothing. So I went on WuYi tea's web site and got on the live chat. I started my greeting with " You Lying Theiving Bastards"! WuYi tea is the company that gave up the credit card numbers. They were more than happy to remove my name and credit 2 months of unauthorized charges. I am also reporting to the Atterney General of Michigan. Try it, , , it worked for me. Good Luck.

I have had these charges ($4.95 and $9.95) on my credit card bill for months every since I order the wuyi tea.
These charges will not authorize and I never heard of these companies that charge these fees. If my card is credit
back to my account soon I will so both companies. I call serveral times only to be given this web site. I can be contact
at the above E-Mail address. I have printed up all the complaints from this website and if my credit card don't be credit
in five days I will report this company to BBB and Comsumer Affairs in their state.
