I gotta say, I had a bit of a mix-up with Insanely Cheap Flights. I didn't realize that the flight I booked was in USD, and I had to cancel my booking. It was totally my fault though, as they had it plastered all over their website. I called their customer service line, and I was surprised when someone picked up after only two rings. I guess they've been getting a lot of calls lately, especially during the morning hours.

The guy on the line was super friendly and tried to find me a cheaper flight for the same times, but unfortunately, there was nothing available. He then helped me cancel my booking, and he stayed on the line with me until I received the confirmation email. He even confirmed the cancellation on his end, which was really helpful.

I was like, "Are you kidding me?" When I said that this was unacceptable they offered to make it $25 US cancellation per ticket. I mean, come on! That's still a lot of money!

Now, I'm calling my credit card company MBNA to see if they'll help me with these charges. From reading other reviews, this doesn't sound like I'll be successful getting help from them. The correct title of this website is INSANE! Go anywhere else! Do not use this company! They are a rip-off and will only cause you frustration and disappointment.
