Unbelievable charge for soft drinks!

Hi Complaints board, I've gone for a film with my wife to Innovative Multiplex last month. We have bought "Diet Pepsi" and they have charged Rs. 40/- per can, where as the printed price is Rs.25/-. Is it legal for them to charge Rs 15/- extra for a soft drink priced Rs. 25/-? I think this is too much!

Check whether they give you open bottle or closed bottle. If closed and sealed bottle well as per the law you can sue them.
