Inhouse offers free checkup for AC and heater twice a year. All they do is come and check if it is cooling/heating (which we can do). If something is wrong then we should pay $45 for trip charge. This does not make sense, whats the point of free checkups. I have warranty from this company from more than 3 years. Refrigerant has been leaking somewhere and they are not finding the real problem. Every time they come, check the refrigerant level and fill in the refrigerant. My AC bills during summer time was not less than $280. They also tried to sell me one of there Maintenace programs worth $200 or $400 where they said some of repairs is not covered by warranty.

They also advertise that Pest Control is free. When I called them, they said they will spray only inside home and not in front yard or backyard. Ofcourse with $45 for inside spray only. To spray outside, the company would charge extra, what a BS.

Don't go for this, I am going to cancel my warranty.
