I went to a sales presentation for 90 minutes and they tried to sell us a package on our credit card. It was supposedly worth 9999.00 but they said we could get it for 3000. What a scam. Just to play along, and get the free airfaire and cruise, I led them on and was filling out the paperwork to join, knowing dam well I was going to cancel anyway. Why would I pay 3000.00 so they can book vacations for so called 1/2 price. Either way you are paying for the trip. Got to the end of the paperwork and it had a 300.00 cancellation fee. I laughed and got up. They gave me a voucher for the free airfaire and cruise. All a bunch of Horse*&%^%&&. They want 598.00 money order, like I just fell off the turnip truck yesterday. How in the hell, does a company like this one, get away with stealing people's money. Well they did not get any of mine! They stated all the internet bookings are overpriced. Well at least you can use a credit card, and, if something goes wrong you have a recourse action. Do yourself a favor, never ever, ever send anything money order - you might as well send the cash same difference

I will agree 100%. At the presentation I was told that I would receive a cruise plus airfare. Even the final figures are the same except that I was going to be charged %$1739.00. The lady from the travel agency told me that "Nowhere on your postcard does it say 'free' only that you will receive a cruise and airfare." What a con game.

Was given this "free certificate" on behalf of VACATION STATION. Wished I had seen the scam page before sending money for a 3 day 2 night stay at Myrtle Beach, SC. My accomodations were supposed to be a King Bedroom, Non smoking. We were reserved a room with two double beds over looking the street. Infinity Incentives would do NOTHING to change even though the resort had king and queen bedrooms available. I hope anyone thinking they are getting anything for free checks into them before sending money!

I read your submission to the Complaints Board just before getting out my "Flyaway Registration Form" which my wife and I discovered had expired and what is made out as a "freebie" is something that allows them to keep money and not provide anything tangible in return. I am sure that there are many people like my wife and I who have by virture of Infinities' "Terms and Conditions" actually are out money because these "Terms and Conditions" are really escape clauses allowing them to retain deposits without providing the applicant with what they were expecting.
Also firms who use this company's promotion materials should know, must know, the sleazy obstacles that are set up to guarantee many customers failures.
I agree that a class action should be taken against Infinity.
