I have booked a refill cylinder on 2nd June 2008 with agency responsible to supply gas (Presently located in Chhend area of Rourkela). Though more than 7 days have passed the supply of gas could not be done. My consumer ref no. is 01227. I am trying to contact over phone but they are not lifting the phone for whole day (Though it is ringing) or sometime it is giving continuous engaged sound.

I HAVE GAS CONNECTION 08166 AT ILA GAS SECTOR 93 NOIDA. WE TELPHONICALLY BOOKED THE CONNECTION ON 01/08/2008 AGAIN ON 04/08/2008 BUT NON DILIVERY OF GAS. THAN MY SON HAS ASKED FOR THE BOOKING NUMBER. THEY TOLD THAT YOU CAN GET THE CYLIDER AFTER 22 DAYS OF DELIVERY. MY BOOKING NUMBERS ARE 387 AND 409 . SECONDILLY THE CYLINDER ARE LESSER WEIGHT. ONCE MY SON TOLD FOR COMPLAINT BUT THY IMMEDIATELY CHANGED. THE AGENCY IS SUPPLYING THE UNDER WEIGHT CONNECTION ALSO. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL TO GET THE REFILLING OF CYLINDER

I am subscriber of Indane domestic LPG and my Distributor is m/s Sonarpur Gas Service, Haridhan Chakraborty Sarani, 24 Pg(S). MY consumer No:1249; Mobile No. 9830612151.After implementation of on line booking I have not supplied my requsitions in time.Each and every time i had to contact with them for non delivery of cylinder.Incidentally, I, booked on line on 10.1.09 but to day when I happened to meet the delivery man, he informed that slips of booking dtd.14.01.09 onwards are being delivered.These sorts of inconveniences are being faced regularly.Even they become embarrased in attending phone calls.Then what is the utility of introduction of this on line service?Iam rather frustrated.Please arrange some sort of solution.
