This idiots are very disgusting, after cancellation of my order this stupids didn’t refund my amount- 1207 instead of that they send me a coupon code what the [censored] was that, I have never seen like this before, useless don’t refund your the beggars of Indiacakes so I donated the amount.

I order a cake 12 August and delivery date was 15 August 2019 to punjab, India. Even after 5 days I did not get the order. Big money fraudsters. The customer service everday claims that your order will be delivered today but still did not get any.

before delivery got the message for extra payment, but everything was discussed before, now they are saying if you don't pay us that amount then your earlier amount will be not paid.

My experience is also pathetic, ordered chocholate truffle cake, they sent local bakery cake with big layer of white cream under the chocholate not worth 100-150rs n they charged 560 after giving 10per discount ..not even replying to mails.. Please dont buy frim this site

I am from Bangalore India and my friends lives in Delhi. I was very excited about his birthday. I googled for some online cake delivery websites. I found india cakes.
It's website has very bad user experience. Photos provided on website not at all resemble with real product. They cheat with customers.
I ordered "Chocolate Truffle Cake Half Kg" for my friend's birthday day to surprise him. I paid total of 750 rupees. In photo provided on website, it was looking very tasty and beautiful.
I got a call from my friends between 11:50 and 00:00 that he received my cake. I was so happy about the punctuality of india cakes website. They did deliver when they said they will deliver.
Now it was the time to see, how cake was looking. I asked my friend to send the cake's photos. It made me very sad after looking at photos of so called Chocolate Truffle Cake.
It was looking like cow's potty. I was so unhappy after he sent me the photos of received cake! Sad, that product quality sucks. I felt very bad. I will not recommend indiacakes website to anyone.

I had a worst experience with Indiacakes service. I ordered for a cake and a bouquet 3 days prior to my beloved ones bday to have them delivered on bday. They made the order status to delivered without actually delivering the items. when I tried to call customer care on the day of my beloved one bday I was made waited on call for 30 mins and after call disconnected. I could not connect them for the whole day. on next day i tried calling them to get the money refunded. I was able to reach a representative and he said he will give me a call after 20 mins to explain me what went wrong with the order. I never got a call after and Finally they delivered the items the day after bday.

I have ordered for chcolate cake, and it has not been delivered on time. the customer care number is also unanswered. their live chat is also not reachable, the mail got bounced. worst experience with india cakes...never again go for indiacakes

I ordered a picture cake and bunch of flowers to be delivered on 16th Sep. They have not been able to deliver it on time nor have they provided me with any concrete reason about why they couldn't . They promised me over the call earlier stating they would deliver it today at any cost. Very poor service. I would definitely not recommend this service to anyone. I payed about 1800Rs. Now that it has not been delivered on time i would request for a refund because it serves no purpose.

I ordered cake on Feb 2 and paid through credit card. Next day I get email from them that the order is cancelled as it's out of delivery area. When I asked for refund they say you have to email us which I did. They said refund will take 28 days.After 28 days when I check I didn't received it yet.. it's been more than 45 days I have been following up with them but no refund yet. Today when I spoke to them they say we credited your account..I double checked with my credit card customer care and they confirmed that they haven't received any credit from Indiacakes. When I called them to check which account they said I have to send an email again (they never ever bothered to reply any of my email).I never came across of such a pathetic services. Even registered a complaint at consumer court. Don't know how can I get my money back.

i ordered a cake, chocolates & bouquet of flowers at least 8 days before the actual delivery, i called there call center and they kept on repeating that its underway and will be reaching ..and it never reached, I was so disgusted about there unprofessional behavior towards the client it was shocking and i was so frustrated, they still have not refunded my money and are saying it will take another 21 days WTF. i just want to know from you guys how can i lodge complain against them? and why can't you also lodge a similar type of complain against them if you have faced unprofessional behavior from them.

I had ordered a custard mania cake order no. CHENN118013 from the website to be deliverd to Chennai. I spend 1500 on cake + 25 extra for delivery before 2:00pm. But was highly disappointed with the service because:
-The cake was delivered late, not within the required time for which i had paid extra
-The cake that I ordered was something else, while the cake delivered was totally different both in flavors and in looks
-I made acomplaint to customer care, but got rude replies and finally the executive asked me to send email
-i have sent at least 6 mails to the email, none of them got addressed till date.
Its very sad the way we trust you with our hard earned money and we get cheated back like this.

Yesterday i ordered a cake, teddy, flowers and chocolate's for kids birthday. My family received flowers which are almost 2 days old, cake not worth even 300, and to my shock Teddy is missing from the order. This is what i had ordered vide [protected] from India cakes

It is simply pathetic to buy from these thugs. They are disgrace as bloody they broke heart of my little kid. Quality is no where and yet they claim they are ISO certified. They charged me for Teddy as well and yet missing from the order. I just curse these people and sure will file police complaint against these people once i am in India.

I would rather book for a normal cake, if I would have been informed or known the facts of Indiacakes promoting a logo or picture of a political outfit for a kids 1st birthday. Even no order confirmation e-mail, whereas their website says they’ll send a confirmation e-mail for the order, except the additional payment mail for Eggless preparation, After asking repeated call and asking for
eggless cake.

I was so disappointed with the service and very much embraced to face my friend and even
call him, as it looks like I have been promoting some political party on his
son’s birthday.

I live in Dubai and I have been calling customer care almost 3-4 call per day with weird response
and keeping me on hold for hours and even and send repeated reminder ask for
the explanation on the same!

We have ordered a 1KG Pineapple cake from India Cakes (www.delhicakeshop.com) for a friend yesterday but the kind of services given by them is disgusting. Though the cake was delivered on time but the cake quality was pathetic. It had the smell of the box and was bitter in taste. I had mailed them stating the concerns :
I have placed an order (order # 12323) yesterday for a 1 KG pineapple cake to Delhi-Uttam Nagar. The cake was delivered before time and was kept in fridge right away but when it was opened @ 10 PM at night, the cake was having the smell of the box and it was bitter in taste.
Since I have paid so much i.e Rs. 900 for a 1KG cake as I have got good reviews about your site, I had expected the cake to be in a good condition.
We tried calling you up by 10 PM yesterday itself but the number : [protected] was switched off and [protected] was busy all the time.
Kindly take the necessary action ASAP and get the cake redelivered to the recipient's address, else reimburse the whole amount back.

As per your admission, cake was delivered in morning which is well within normal free delivery schedule as there is no time guarantee and orders are delivered as per convenience of vendor.
Since cakes are Prepared by Fresh Cream, Same should be consumed immediately or should be kept under Refrigeration.since cake was not consumed immediately and was not kept in fridge, whole day it was kept in open, same was spoiled because of mishandling, under such condition, your complaint can not be entertained,

. This is ridiculous.Were they even there to see that it wasn't kept under refrigeration? They gave all stupid reasons for bad delivery of their order, no where in this whole world people consume the cake as soon as its delivered. It was meant to be cut @ 12:00 AM yesterday night due to a birthday occassion.

This is the most pathetic incident of my life. These guys suck, they gave me and my wife a dent which they can never recover.

This mail is intended to abuse their service. They should shutdown their business if such pathetic jokers run their show. I am in Delhi and a friend of my from Chennai had a birthday. I placed an order of a cake here just a day before the date. They took my order and payment was done. But the cake never got delivered. I waited for the day to over and I called their customer care service number given on their website. I got the automated machine and as I had a complaint about my order, I pressed complaint button. They put me on hold for more than 5 mins and then the call got disconnected for more than couple of times. So I called again and went into new order section. Here they received a call within a second. I tried to explain my situation. But after hearing that I am an unsatisfied customer, they disconnected the call. I am trying to call them every since. But the line busy all the time now. I have lost my money and I dont have single word from them.
This is the reason, Indians do not believe in online shopping. These kinds of websites should be shut down immediately.

i have placed an order on the 26th of May for my friend’s Birthday on 27th.

the web site showed "some error occurred" while i was making the payment.

immediately i contacted their live chat assistant, and i was told they have not received any payment, so the order can not be carried out and i may contact the cc avenue.

i did the same and send a mail to ccavenue, for which they responded that they have already made the payment to indiacakes onthe 26th itself.

i received a mail confirming the order status only today and till now they have not delivered the item.

my suggestion to all of you is that DO NOT RELY UP ON THESE PEOPLE TO DELIVER YOUR DEAR ONES WITH ANY THING IN TIME, COZ IT IS NOT GONNA HAPPEN. AND YOU MAY ALSO LOSE YOUR MONEY. I HAVE ALREADY LOST THE MONEY AND AVAILED NO SERVICE.

I had ordered a cake and a bouquet from indiacakes worth rs1400 plus rs200 shipping charges total 1600rs, but there services was horrible.The order was to be deliversd to my mother on recently gone mothers day on 12th may but the order was not delivered on that particular day and was delivered on next day that also the cake was not at all fresh no one could eat that plus the bouquet was also terrible the flowers was not fresh.On the delivery day i contacted there customer support to know about the order they said "its on the way" if it was on the way why din't it reached on time secondly i also mailed them and they gave me a false reply that the receiver is not picking the call provide the alternate no. but the truth is they never contacted us no call came from there side...they only provide poor services and services cost does not match there service charges, its better one should always go for local market and book the gifts or pls try some other provider not INDIACAKES..pls they dont value either your money nor your emotions.

I ordered the cakes online at 25th Dec 12. The service was excellent and the pricing is astounding. One of the few cakes shops that both have a website and take orders online via Credit cards, debit cards. They did not have the cakes which was I ordered so they informed me via email and replaced it with another Cake in the same category. The support was very good and I will absolutely use this service again!
