I got transferred to hyderabad recently from bangalore, i have indane gas connection and completed the transfer formalities with indane gas dealer in bangalore. The dealer said that i need to give the transfer voucher to the nearest dealer in hyderabad and they would give the connection. Once i reached hyderabad and approached the nearest dealer they said that they would mail a copy of transfer voucher to the bangalore dealer to confirm the genunity of the connection and this would take a week, after a week when i approached them they said they did not get a confirmation. So i took the pain of sending the document to them by courier and after a week a finally the local dealer got the confirmation. So when i went to them for the connection, they said the owner of the agency is not in town so i need to wait for a day, the next day the owner said they don't have the voucher book to give the connection, so asked me to wait for week. Its almost 1 month now that i don't have a gas to cook. And when asked about the delay the local dealers threaten not to give the connection.

Sir,
We are Indain gas user located in sambalpur but we are not happy with the dealer Lippi gas .For gas booking these people never lift the phone and we have to go there shop for booking the gas, the same case is with supply they never deliver the cylinder within time .With two three reminders and every time as these people never lift the phone we have to go there shop after that they will send the cylinder.May be the owner of Lippi gas is influence with some political party or our nataji, so he never cares about the people .Pls help us in this matter .

I have booked my gas on 13th Jan 2017 consumer no 27227and booking no is [protected] and cash memo 12290 generated on 20 th Jan but till now have not received my gas. So Please go through the case of not delevered the gas cylinder till now.

It is so difficult & hustles to get a connection when I get transferred from kolkata to Noida. I have to just move here & there for INDANE GAS Connection. Some time I think Is Indian Oil is so careless about their customer.

Till now I have not got the connection, If I do not get in next few days then I will take a new HP connection.

I am in Hyderabad since last 3 month, in this 3 month i had change my gas cylinder 3 times. So i have a doubt that the distributor is not providing a completely filled gas cylinder or may be supplier man is doing some fraud because previously the gas cylinder we had use it goes up to minimum 2 and half months but now it will goes for hardly one month.

I beg to say that I am a customer of LPG Indane gas {Kannauj Gas Service-Kannauj, Uttar-Pradesh-209727}
I booked my gas 04-03-2017 sl.no.1534, agency manager Shri-Mishra ji tell us you received gas after one weak but i do`t find, than we contact him he say gas truck not received so i am not able to provide you contact after one week . I contact him 20-03-2017, he say, you find cylinder 23-03-2017 but not give us . I contact him 25-03-2017 he say one gas cylinder cost Rs1100=00 you pay and take it .When I asked, Why extra charges He say Hollifestival surcharges, than we reply i am not able to pay such amount, He say go back and take cylinder after Holli festival.
I pray to you please take proper action according to law due to this behavior is fulfill of corruption.

Last month (11.05.10), I had booked a cyllinder with Banagar Gas Service. My consumer number is 188798. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. though the delivery man come regularly to our area and refuses to give the cylinder. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

I am having consumer number 20534 with Prasanna Gas Agency, Padi, Chennai (Phone No.[protected]). I booked for a Gas Cylinder on 16.11.2017. The Prasanna Gas Agency told me your cylinder has been delivered on 02.12.20120 (17 Days after booking the cylinder). But the same has not been delivered till date (16.12.2017) by Delivery Boy. I have to borrow cylinder by neighbour for use due to such delay. They also harrase me again and again. They do not respond postively.

we have got fault cylinder as it is not supplying gas .the gas was supplied on 1/08/11 .we have sent complaints for about 10-15 times for the change in cylinder .but there was no response from the agency. kindly take quick action on the above issue.

I booked domestic Indane gas at Sivashakari agency Porur, they replied with in 3 days i will get gas cylinder but i this is 7 th day still i did not get any cylinder, we are bringing food parcel from hotels. How long we should bring parcels? How many days it will take to give a cylinder. Authorities attitude also unbearable, If we call them they will keep on telling "we will send it tomorrow" but when we tell its already 7 days, then they suddenly cut the connection. Its very pathetic.

I an Paras Ram. My consumer No. is J-25397 with Johnson Gas Agency, Mansa Road Bathinda. A refill was booked on 23.04.2017 telephonically with above agency. They were reminded on telephone on 26.04.2017, 29.04.2017, 02.05.2017, 03.05.2017. Every time they promised to deliver the gas same day, but the gas cylinder has not yet been delivered. This is not for the first time. It is a practice to delay the supply by fifteen to twenty days every time. Some action against the agency is demand of the time.

I am a LPG Indane customer with CT Gas Agency, delhi and my consumer Number are ct1098 & ct1682. I am booking for refiling my gas cylinder by one week, but they are not registering my request, a person named mr jeevan ask me that I won't register your complaint I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer.

So I am unable to get one refile. Pls take a right action against gas agency.

I have domestic gas connection no.41339 with Jai Jawan Gas Agency, Ramphal Chowk, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi. From last few month it has been noticed that there is mixing of some liquid, may be, water in the gas cylinders. I have informed about this to the ownder of Gas Agency and also show the cylinder to vender, but no positive response has been received. However, vender has intimated that there is less pressor in the cylinder due to which cylinder is not giving full response (full flame) at the time of use.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to replace/repair the cylinder at the earliest. As a proof of the same, cylinder which is filled with some liquid is available with me. My mobile No. is [protected],

I am a custome of your Devganga associates Bangalore. My consumer no 44085. I suffers every month for bookiing & delivery of gas filling. the associate does not cooprate any time any problem also booking & gas filling.

of sambalpur (odisha) is frustated by the service of M/s Munda gas service sambalpur because of irregular supply of gas.
and finally they refuse to give gas by the reason that the company had sent notice that consumer card had been transferred to other locality, when i asked for the notice they refused to show me, than i asked for the phone no . of the the owner of the office they refuse to give me..and they talked very rudely.
therefore i want to know the reason of transferation of my card and strict action should be taken against these fraud distributors.

That, I am one of the Indane Gas Consumer bearing Card no – B-10549, resided at – Bijaya Talkies Road, Po- Sundargarh, Dist- Sundargarh. I have also submitted the Gas Card before the Gas agency since 18.08.2017 but the gas supplier deliver gas Cylinder as on 17.09.2017. (Nearly One Month). As per my cash memo no 1160 dt 10.09.10, my booking date if 04.09.10 and delivery date is 10.09.10.The Gas agency did not issue any receipt against the Gas card deposited before the Gas Agency and simultaneously manipulate the date of booking and delivery made, as per the agency’s own choice .The Gas agency did not maintained any register of record against the booking of cooking gas is suspicious. Several time I have made request before the dealer for issue another Gas Cylinder for my convenient but the agency holder always avoid me and repeatedly give same answer, quota not allotted, come next month.

I consumer no 50841, on 11/07/11 I made a refill booking by internet. On Sunday 17 July one person delivered a full cylinder to my wife quote my name and asked that today Sunday I will give you the slip tomorrow. Very next day 18 July another person arrived my home with full cylinder and checked the cylinder which was delivered on 17 July and asked that someone gave you the Bharat Company cylinder by cheating. Then he contacted to Mr. Sitaram the actual vendor of my area on mobile no [protected] and told to my wife I can change your cylinder with Indane cylinder if you give me Rs 200 extra. She refused him and my wife went to the society gate to checked the entry register, on 17th Mr Ajab Singh made an entry to deliver gas cylinder at my address. I made contact to my distributer (Gouri Enterprises) about this matter and found positive reply that they will change the cylinder same day but didn’t do so. It seems clear conspiracy of vendor Mr. Sitaram to take some money because no one had the idea about my booking. I request you to solve my problem and take stern action to maintain the reputation of Indane.

Indane gas agency TRUELIGHT is not supplying gas cylinder, the agency is located in kerala state thrissur district located at aloor. This agency is not supplying gas agency what should i do?...please take necessary actions to supply the gas cylinder. My consumer no: is 11219 and card serial no: is 153715.

Sir we have alloted two cylinders allotted but even a single one is being deliver for the last two months and only delivered 4 cylinders for the past 10 months.

I would like to bring to your notice that the Domestic LPG of INDANE is being sold in broad day light to AutoRickshaws.
The location is Muniswamappa Road, J.C.Nagar, Bangalore : 560 006.
The shop is located just 50meters away from the J.C.Nagar police station.
There is a long queue of autorickshaws awaiting to get their cylinders refilled.
This is not just daylight robbery, but also a public safety.
It is factors like these which is leading to high inflation of our country.

I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No:55888, the supply of refill of cylinder through vijayakumar Gas Agency, pammal, Chennai - 75 . The delivery of refill of cylinder is unnecessarily delayed in every month. Every month we get cylinder after 8-10 days of our due date and that too after making many visits to the gas agency. Our complaints are simply Ignored.This month I have booked on 25 th April but I didn't received my supply yet (It is about 15 days).while enquiry they states that there is no supply, this is the repeated answer throughout the year. In this circumtances I am wondered that how the small tea shops were using domestic gas cylinders which is banned and gets regular supply.Most of the tea shops were using domestic cylinders in our area, but they are getting regular supply. We are undergoing physical and metal torture due to this attitude of Gas agency. I request the higher authorities to take necessary action against vijaya kumar Gas Agency to regulate the deliver in time.

I had booked my cyinder more than a month back & had catergorically instructed the distributors to deliver the cylinder on a Saturday as we are not available on weekdays.
But inspite of that, the cylinder was not delivered & when I called up they said that they would be delivering it by 12 PM today(i.e 27th May 2017).
After waiting till 12:45 PM, I called up the agency & they said in a very rude tone that the cylinder can be delivered at any time & I need to stay at home to collect it.
Then they suddenly hung up the call & thereafter did not pick up the call inspite of calling them repeatedly.
So is this the type of service we expect & receive from the registered distributors of companies like Indane?
Moreover I also got to hear a lot of complaints from other consumers for this particular GAS AGENCY.
As per my knowledge there are lots of guidelines that needs to be followed for a company to become a registered distributor of INDANE & one such is Customer Service.
So I would request INDANE to take appropiate action against this agency so that they improve their behavior towards the customer & in turn keep the image of INDANE untarnished.

Dear sir / Madam

Please be informed that the agent for Indane Gas at Chintalmet, M M Pahadi has flatly refused to give me my consumer number even after giving him my personal details, showing the regularor of RPG, Indane Gas that was provided to me. He says that i do not have any connection of my name, where as the truth is i have booked in the year 2017.

Due to transfer of my residence from M M Pahadi to Purani haveli and non availing the cylinder facility for a year and a half, he is taking undue advantage of the same.

He doesnt agree to give me my consumer number whose receipt has been misplaced by me during the transfer.

As per the procedures, either the consumer number, or name or door number work to get the data of th econsumer. This person refuses to cooperate.

My Majlis of Moharram is on Wednesday and i have no help with me to prepare the niyaz (prasad) of the same. I have approximately 400 ladies visitor for our majlis. How will i arange this much without the gas ?

I made a booking for the refill of Gas on 23rd April 2017, no news till then. From 27th onwards All 5 telephone numbers stopped working. Finally I made a visit to their office on may 3rd. They said they will deliver it on same day it self. On 4th They brought the refill and when i asked for the bill they said there is no bill and i want go and get it from the office and took the refill and went back. They concern delivery person’s name is Raju.

The behavior of the delivery person is as such we are at their mercy. I was using HP at Mumbai. Their service is 100 times better than that of Indane.

Pls. give us a solution.

delay in supply of refill.i tfd my connection from dawn gas pala on17 may2010&coll 2 cyls from bindu gas aluva.the cons no was 36630.i bkda cylon 23 sept &got bkg no as492.the second cyl alsogot exhausted on19 oct.iwent to bindu gas agency&they tell me that the cons no has changed to53444.they never thought it neccessary to inform change of cons no.thus causing this mishap.however they promised to supply me a cyl on 20oct which never happened.today when i contacted them they say they dont have even one cyl .this seems a bit farfetched to put it mildly.pls arrange to expedite &oblige.philomina.fd

I am a customer of M/s Sondhi Gas Service, J-3, CSC Market, Saket, New Delhi. My Gas connection no. 21934 dt. 08.01.2017. I have received only one cylinder at delivery time. 6 months ago when I requested to give the one more cylinder, they answered to wait becasuse the at that time the gas was short and since last 6 months they have only one answer, shortage of gas.

I am CA Siddharth Ranjan, a consumer of Indane Gas, bearing Consumer no KLG 18847. My dealer is Kleen gas, # 26 (SCR) Kharvel Nagar, unit- III, Bhubaneswar .

Till date, since obtaining the consumer card one year back, I have taken only 4 (four) Gas cylinders from the above named dealer and on all four occasions I had to personally visit their office and plead before them- personally- to get the cylinders.

At their office I saw- in their computer- that about 10 booking have been made in my name and all those have been delivered!

To appear concerned they have made provisions of multiple telephone numbers and also a cell number where one can make reservations through SMS.

They frustrate genuine consumers, like me, in the following manner:
1. It’s virtually impossible to reach to one of their customer care executives as all the numbers provided by them remain perpetually busy or the calls are not attended despite the telephone ringing for a very long time. Even if you are fortunate enough to reach to one of their representatives the curt answers and tendency to evade or lie leaves no other alternative but to visit them personally.
2. As fraudulent reservations are made, from their side, the computer system automatically rejects genuine cylinder booking requests sent through SMS. For the system may have been programmed to send an automatic SMS intimating the rejection of the booking if a booking has already been made with in 10/15 day. Though the genuine consumer may have taken the last delivery a month back; now owing to the fraudulent booking/ delivery at the dealer’s end the genuine booking of the genuine consumer meets with this rejection. Now also he is left with no other option but to go personally and plead his case as he can not talk to them over the phone.
3. Personal visits cost a lot of opportunity cost so one would not be able to run after them every time and they benefit by this.
Rampant illegal use of subsidized cooking gas at commercial establishments like hotels etc and increasing use of the same in cars and autos has put an enormous pressure on this subsidized product.
Ready availability of cooking gas in the black market and their wide illegal use points out that a lot of people are involved in this. It’s no surprise that all the complaints yield no redressed or just cosmetic reprieves, in the form of expeditious allocation of a cylinder to the complaint after a few personal visits to the dealers place.

A realistic solution would be to do away with the subsidy; for the genuine consumers anyway pay up the extra money and only the black market and the enforcement officers are benefiting at the expense of revenue!

I have LPG gas cylinder for domestic use of indane gas compony. last time when i replced empty cylinder with filled one, burner could not flame properly. i checked cork, nozzle everything but problem was remained same. burner could not flame properly and intermitantly burner offs. theni asked to my neighbours, they replied that this is due to simple air admixed with LPG so it create the same problem mentioned above.
means here distributors admixing air with LPG as this types of cheating is going on. and normal people has tosuffer becausethey has to flame burner continuously and same time loss in total quantity of LPG.

It is to bring in your kind notice that Customers are being cheated in the name of Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) by the distributor- G.K. Indane Gas Agency, Address: Kamla Kant Road, Ratu Road, City: Ranchi, Pincode: 834005, State : Jharkhand.

Following are some of the major malpractices adopted by them.

1. Black Marketing of LPG Cylinders, always resulting in shortage of domestic supply to the original customers.

2. No home delivery system is available to the consumers.Even then, they are being forced to pay delivery charges.

3.If the delivery persons comes to deliver the cylinders, the stock gets exhausted before fulfilling the needs of all the consumers.And most of the consumers have to return empty handed, with a false assurance that they will get the cylinders in 1-2 days.But it is not guaranteed that there will be supply of cylinders in next 3 weeks or a month.

4. Mostly supplied cylinders are under weight.

5. Misbehaving by the staff for any customer inquiry.

Sir, cheating with customers is really a matter of serious concern.Most of of the consumers in our locality suffer from this problem Therefore, we request you to look into the matter and take serious action against culprits.

Sir, kindly also let me know how could I get more information about the working and responsibilities of agencies and distributers of domestic LPG gas cylinders.

I shall be highly obliged to you for your kind intervention in this matter.

the customer delivery of gas is very bad.
even after 5 days of booking and the customer personnel agreeing to deliver the gas does not show up.
if inquired again the customer personnel use evasive talk and postpone the delivery date to a few more days.
this has been happening every month.
kindly look into it.

I am customer of Indane Gas in Vadodara with Rathwa Gas Agency, Subhanpura. (Cust. No. 17196). I am not getting Gas Cylinder within stipulated time lime of 21 days (between delivery of gas cylinders).

The Agency is delivers gas cyliner after 15-20 days later after booking the cylinder and again they take 21 days time for booking the cyclinder after delivery. Hence, total time taken for delivery of cylinder takes abount 37 to 41 days. The agency give excuses that supply from Inidan Oil is very less compare to the demand. We have also noted that other distributers of Indane Gas are supplying Gas Cylinder within the time limit satisfactorily.

I request you to kindly inquire and ensure that the supply from Rathwa Gas Agency is regularised as per the norms. It is also noted that Indane Gas Cylinders are easily available if Rs. 400 per Cylinder is paid.

Kindly inform whether I can transfer my account any other Indane Gas Distributer.

On dated 24/9/10 at 10.00 reported regarding Leakage of Gas from pre-issued cylinder which was serious in nature required immediate attention but the Dealer Ramkrishna agency, Puratan Bazer/Kharagpur was so damned care to say you report to Indian oil, we have no staff to attend immeadiately, thay have not provided any staff for this purpose.Still today on dt.25/09/10 nobody attended till 1 p.m.On contact their customer care again misbehaved and demanded false that theeir staff retuned back due to room closed which just by-passing tendency.
My question is that how a dealer dared to become liliant in such cases where SAFETY of Human life involved.I expect at least anybody their to listen me please .Pls give a feed back e.mail ghosh_anup223@yahoo.com

The cylinder f0r the consumer number 52188 is booked on 15/11/2017. The message of delivering shortly was sent on 18/11/2017, Till 25/11/2017 the cylinder didnot delivered yet and if we call for the indane complaint number [protected], they will receive and cut the call. I request for the concerned authorities to take disciplinary action and to deliver the cylinder immediately as possible. I am a resident of Hirandahalli, Virgonagar post, Bangalore East Taluk-560049.

I lodged the complaint for not getting connection, as i got a clear reply no gas connection available, try somewhere else, a Nicolion gas agency situated in ramesh nagar new delhi 110015, owner gave the answer, how embarrassing it is Indane number one leading company of india's executives masterminded are sleeping for such a minor problem of a consumer, who is in very need of gas.

Sir,
I am a consumer of indane gas service having Consumer no- 6288, in vaisnudevi indane gas service, No.2/68, Sarjapuram road, Bagalur, Hosur Taluk, TN, Pin-635103. Ph-240255
Last month when I went for booking of gas cylinderto the above gas agency they asked me to give a self certificate for not having a ration card and after that they issued me the gas cylinder. I had applied for ration card and the same has not yet been issued to me till date.
yesterday ie on 06/08/2017 when I approached them for booking gas cylinders they asked for a certificate from civil supply authorities for not having a ration card.
It is not easy to get a cert from civil supply in one day.
For service people a minimum of two days leave will have to be taken for this purpose.

What I vehmently say is that, it will not serve the very purpose of eradicate malpractices of consuming both kerosine and cooking gas, as one can make malpractice in getting such a cert.
So it should be done by the agencies them selves, by sending a consolidated list of consumers not in possession of ration card to the civil supply and get the confirmation.

More over if it canot be done Minimum of one month time should be given to the consumers to get the cert from civil supply.

I have a indane gas connection and had applied for an extra cylinder the allotment letter was dispatched on 18-03-2017, details as Consumer No. 20118 and DBC (SL69A) Reg No. [protected]. It reads as present the letter and take your cylinder but I am trying from 3months to take the delivery from M/s Madhu Agencies, Shanthinagar, bangalore, but they deny saying Non-Released status of gas cylinder.
I don't know what to do. At head office they do not answer.

I AM SHIFTED FROM MOHALI TO CHANDIGARH. I AM WORKING AS DY. MANAGER IN STATE BANK OF INDIA, ON 31.05.2017 I HAD REQUESTED YOUR DEALER AT MOHALI M/S HIGH FLAME GAS PHASE 9 TO TRANSFER MY CONNECTION TO CHANDIGARH THEY ASKED TO DEPOSIT THE CEYLENDERS AND REGULATORS. I DEPOSITED THE SAME ON 31.05.2017 AND THE DEALER ISSUED ME TRANSFER VOUCHER BUT YOUR DEALER M/S CITY GAS SECTOR 37-C REFUSED TO ISSUE ME CYLENDERS AND REGULATORS IN CONTEXT THAT THEY HAVE NOT SUPPLIED STATIONARY BY THE CO. PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE IMMEDIATEDLY AS I HAVE NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE FOR COOKING OF FOOD.

But due to some agencies we are geting very much problem and we are residing at Valanchery of Malappuram dist and we had book a gas cylinder on 07th Feb 2017, but till date we are not get our refilled cylinder till date the agency addres was as follows
