Sub : Delay/Non delivery of Gas Cylinder

I am one of the consumers of Indane Gas, bearing consumer no. SJ22861 refill the cylinder through Sahaj Enterprises, 256/3, Govind Puri, Kalkaji - 110 019.

In this respect, I would like to bring your notice that we are facing lot of problem in booking the gas. I have booked the cylinder before one week ago but till date I yet to deliver the same also they are not attending the telephone calls for whole day. When we go there, they say that telephone calls will be attended after 3 O'clock but practically they are not attending the calls for whole day. Due to this we are facing lot of problems also it is not possible for us to go there every time. Also they are not providing any booking no. Now it has become a serious issue.

Further, I request to kindly acknowledge my complaint and take it serious also please rectify the same.

I want to after how many days we can book for a new refilling while having two cylender.Agency owner told after 21days with one cylender & after 30days with two cylender.

Recently i have received a gas from RAVEEN GAS SERVICE, from pitampura Delhi, they have delivered the same when we were ( me and my wife) not at home, but gas delivered with seal opened position. There is no any proper reply from the concern gas agency. That the delivery man is also forcefully doing & not at all giving any valid reason why the seal is opened. Also we have weighted but which less than 2kg as compare with normal filled gas. They are trying to cheating us, Kindly do the needful.

I am residing at Puzhuthivakkam, chennai-91, My gas agency name Ranie E/p at madippakkam, chennai-61, Tamil Nadu. My customer no.37579. I am the customer for past 10 years in this agency 7 years back i changed my address nearby. Now they are
harasing me without change of address in ration card they will not supply gas. I applied for change of address & given acknowledgement to them one year back, still i am not geting
any reply from govt. But agency people dont care about govt delay. They are harrasing me to give ration card with new address.

I also had the same experience from SANKAR GAS agency, Chevayoor. When I booked, they informed that the refill will be delivered after 20 days. After 25 days, when I rang them up, they informed me that it will take more than 30 days. They added that this also cannot be ensured.

I am komal customer of indane gas consumer no 10067 . I went in person to m/s jeet gas agency, karnal road, Indri, pin 132041 (haryana), for booking of DBC, but i was unethically denied by the owner of the gas agency and regarding this matter, i am approaching the said owner since last one year but neither my problem is shorted out nor i was guided properly regarding this.
So your good office intervention is required for the booking of DBC connection.

I want to book my gas by phone but nobody have picked my phone in Gandhi Nagar gas Service at Gandhi Nagar, Delhi. what can i do for this it is very irresponsible behavior by the employees of Indane gas agency.

HI. I am Shahnawaz from Seohara of distt.Bijnor .I went to seohara gas agencyof indane Co. for a new connection but the manager says the new connection are banned .however petrolium minister says new connection are open.who is right?
Agency gives my uncle I.B.P. cylinder instead of indane now they are refused to take the empty cylinder back.

Me ek gas connection chahta hu par Mehidpur ka distributor kahta hai ki Gas connection chahiye to apko ek gas ka chulha lena compalsary he. our he said to me 4200 Rs. me I gas ki Tanki + Regulator + 1 gas ka chulha. I am getting service from the above agency for last one year and earn very bad experience.
1) No one pick their phone at office hours
2) If we go in person for any purpose, we should wait min one hour. The phone in their table keep on calling but no one has worry about it.
3) I handed over my family card to them at the time of cylinder booking (two times) but still they are telling that you provide family card which is not entered in their system. Since we are employed, we can not go in person by carrying family card for cylinder booking every time.
4) Totally I am unhappy with their service. Hence please let me know the possibility to change the agency within Kancheepuram.

booked the cylinder 10 days back. gave them reminder three times already but no use .every time it is said today but in vain...my agency name is NATRAJ, YELAHANKA, BANGALORE 64.if possible take some action.

Agency as on 24.05.08 and after 13 days I have received Gas as on 06.06.08 but Receipt Slip is showing the date as on 03.06.08 and value is 299.35 but he take Rs. 350.20 I asked to Hawker & Agency owner but they cann't satisfied to me.
How its happened.
Plz tell me the logical reason & Sir plz also inform the booking & Delivery Rules.

The agencies in dwarka refuse to give new connection, excuse is given that all connection are closed due to shortage to gas, also they give an option to go for commercial connection (which not affordable), and later on can transfer it to domestic connection. Tell me how is that possible if domestic connection is closed why gas/cylinder is available for commercials.

i agree this happening with me also, i wanted to apply for new connection, Rashmi gas agency in Mysore road bangalore is insisting me to buy gas stove . they are not coming for inspection of my existing gas stove even after i put a formal request 10 days back. they are not giving proper answer for when they will come for inspection.

I am not sure to whome should i complaint ?

I am living in chennai. I am also have the same problem with my area gas agency. Where I have to complain about it.

Yesterday I went to Indane Gas Agency for renewal of my gas booklet. But I was shocked to see that they were forcing consumers to buy a gas pipe which costs 170/-. I was not agreed to buy this pipe because I renewed my gas pipe only few weeks back. I have been very aware of these things such as gas cylinder and its accessories.

Now agency officials are not ready to book my gas even in this festive season, when a person needs it most. When I tried to contact to the customer care number, he doesn’t pick my phone. Even on land line number.

I GOT MY INDANE GAS CONECTION FROM AURANGABAD (BIHAR), THEN I GOT IT TRANSFERED TO DALTONGANJ(JHARKHAND). NOW I WANT TO GET IT TRANSFERRED TO FIROZABAD(U.P.) BUT THE PRESENT SUPPLIER(SWAMY ENTERPRISES) HAS DENIED TO TRANSFER MY CONNECTION, HE TOLD ME THAT EARLIER DISTRIBUTER OF DALTONGANJ(ARUN ENTERPRISES) HAD ISSUED JUST DOUBLE CONNETION OF ITS CAPICITY. HE ISSUE ONE CONSUMER NO. TO TWO PERSON THAT IS WHY HE CANNOT TRANSFER MY CONNECTION. I REQUEST AUTHORITIES TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

I am leaving in Kalol(n,g,) GUJARAT from last one year. At Present, I am working in mumbai(kalyan- east). I have taken a LPG connection at my native place (kalol) some times before (more than 6 months). Now, I want to transfer the connection to mumbai - kalyan(e). I have all documents (Transfer Voucher, Subscriber Voucher, Customer card and address proof) that needed for transfer the connection.

But the agency owner is asking for RATION CARD from mumbai - kalyan. I believe, RATION CARD is only required for new connection or multiple connection.

It is to inform you that in nangal township your dealer NANGAL GAS AGENY is not delivering the gas properly he is selling cylinders in black Rs 420 per cylinder to the sweats shop ,hotels , dhaba & to the persons who are runing their cars on LPG so I request u to take some proper action against this ageny so that the cousters can get gas at proper time

a) I had requested for supply the gas on 2 January 2007 vide my Consumer No. 16747 at Telephone No 011 [protected] to Indane Gas Services, because my suppliers - Nairs Gas Services, Vikaspuri, Delhi could not receive my several calls on 011-[protected] and 011-[protected]. please take necessary action against this complaint. Also, I visited yesterday to Nairs Gas Services personally by saying that your gas cyllender would be delivered tomorrow i.e. 10 January 2008, but still it could not be delivered at my home.

b) Last time the vendor of Nairs Gas Services delivered less weighted gas cyllendar.

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. Regarding my first complaint, which is no pick up of phone calls, is a very ridiculous one since there is no response at all for gas booking through phone. Whenever I dial the number, I just get it on a busy tone. However nobody bothers to pick up and answer the phone for booking. And since this is the only source that we are able to do the booking as our office timings are from 8.30 AM in the morning and there is no fixed time to get back in the evening and also the gas agency is far from the plant site/office.
2. Even though if we have succeeded by frequent trials for gas booking, there is no timely delivery of the gas cylinder.
3. Since I am having a single cylinder I am facing lots of problems. If it gets emptied then on that day we have to manage the things by having our food at outside restaurants. The agency does not give us the provision for double cylinder and ask us to apply for one more connection for the same. For taking another / separate connection they have a mandatory rule of purchasing the gas stove also from them.
4. Mismatch of valve of cylinder with the regulator is a very frequent problem. If we bring the cylinder from the gas agency and while fixing the regulator on cylinder the mismatch of valve is a very common problem. We again have to carry back the cylinder immediately back to the agency along with the regulator and fit that accordingly and bring it back to home. This had happened many a times. By doing this a single cylinder cost around Rs. 350-400/- by paying extra money fro to & fro traveling by auto rickshaw.
Kindly provide solution for the above problems and also take necessary action.

I am having a Consumer No. 20704 in the name of Vijay Kumar Verma with the M/s Nirnjan Gas Agency, Dhanshree Tower, Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur - 302023. I booked Gas cylinder on 20.11.2007 but cylinder delevered on 07.12.2007 and today (21.12.2007) I call on mobile number (Lanlind no. is not working) for cylinder booking but a lady say that you can not book the cylinder today becuase booing accepted after 21 days from one dilivery and you will book on 28.12.2007. Please do the needful and help me.
