I ordered two bottles of natural product as advertised for the relief of sciatica pain. They took the payment plus freight out of my account almost straight away but I have never received any product. You cannot contact a real person. IIf you send an email it comes back as failure to send or mailbox full! Warning bells . They say to go onto a chat line but that is a scam too as it fails to connect saying all sorts of excuses. They are the ultimate scammers and should be visited by the USA consumer watch and exposed. total rip off. BEWARE.

I am from Australia and thought it was just me. I ordered back on 31/8/14 and the money came out next day but I still have not received my order. I have sent lots of emails to various addresses on the site and still have no answer.
I cannot believe that these complaints date back so far and still nothing has been done. Who are the authorities?

Me too - they should be investigated. I ordered the sciatica relief on 28 October, they took my money plus first class freight and haven't received anything. Made contact on several occasions to Heather at Natural Remedy Support. First she wanted my receipt - sent it. Then ignored my emails. When I threatened to put it on Facebook (which I have) got a reply saying she was confused about what I had ordered, could I send her as copy. Did this and heard nothing since. Have kept all my emails.

I wish I had of seen these before i committed to apparently purchasing the bottles for sciatica relief, I am from New Zealand and forked out $172.00 including the extra fast freight only to find what the above people have gone through. emails undelivered, no contact numbers, so hence no products either. I ordered mine at the height of my sciatica pain and was ready to try anything payment, charged on the 28th Nov 2014, still no products...How disappointing that ### like this would take advantage of other peoples pain and miseries, still suffering and now out of pocket!

This requires a class action and if any legal hound out there was willing to test his claws out this would be a perfect case, I'm sure you would have a long list of litigants and all would be willing to give 50% of the losses just to see them receive the punishment they are due.

I too have been duped by this mob. It is unlikely that a refund can be obtained from skilled scammers such as these but it is important to make a complaint to your credit card provider to have them blocked. If everyone did so they would be cut off from credit card sales. I intend to notify Visa immediately and hope others will do likewise.

I am from Malaysia. I also have placed the same order from this online company called INCREDIBLE HEALTH REMEDIES but when I tried to reconnect with them but without success. The website .com appeared to be a decent company but when I asked for the USPS tracking numbers, it just failed to respond. I am sad to learn from the other online purchasers that most of their online purchases from this company were not honored. I AM SO SORRY THAT SUCH A COMPANY EXISTS IN ..USA...hsik

Oh dear! We've previously purchased from iherb which is a very trustworthy company, so were quite willing to trust this company without cross-referencing through Google. Paid in late May for product which hasn't arrived. Since then have sent 6 - 8 emails, 3 via their Livechat and the others by ordinary email. Still no human contact. First time experience of an internet rip-off. Ordered from New Zealand.

And the same here, I live in Ireland - I ordered 6 weeks ago and have not received my goods, nor have been able to communicate with the company. This company must be making hundreds of thousands of dollars - I think they should go to jail for this. I wish i had checked this company out before ordering from them. I am going to look for a way to officially report this scam - If I find a way I will write it up here for others to follow suit.

I placed an order from this site 4 weeks ago and so far have not received the goods.
Sounds very fishy. I am in New Zealand, but even so delivery should not take this long!
Don't say this is an elaborate scam?

I've purchased Ultimate Bursitis Relief several times from Jeff Brown. The last two occasions I'd to email several times before I received a response and eventual delivery. I've been trying to contact Jeff Brown since February and now I desperately need to order a further supply, however no response and I don't want to pay for an order and have to wait two months for a reply about it. It's very sad as the products are amazing - it could be a great business. Does anyone know of any alternative supplier? I did find reference to a supplier in South Africa, however the reviews were very bad so they are to be avoided. Any help in sourcing Ultimate Bursitis Relief would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

I to have ordered from this
s company it, s been 8 weeks and as i have tried to email, i got a email back saying due to low staff that this was the wrong site to email try there on line chat, they have no problem taking our money and sending nothing, but keep sending emails asking to purchase there new products, they are truly evil human beings we are in chronic pain and desperate or we would not be buying these products, just to be able to get out of bed ever day i checked hoping to find my order, until i found one of there emails in my spam box, we are not just in pain we are now all out of money.I hope these people no one day they will have to answer to God and he may send them back to live the lives we are living to see how they handle living with pain and than getting scan out of hope. from sad australia, so sorry for everyone who has been coned and let down, i wish you all luck finding pain relief from someone honest good luck and God bless.

I placed an order on 30/01/14 and its now 27/5/14 from Incredible Health Remedies and still have not received my order. I've emailed them 4 times and no correspondence from them. They recommended this 1HerbalRemedies which I think is the same company. BEWARE! Lost U$108.50. What a ripp-off! They should be ashamed of themselves as they are ripping people who are in need of relief instead they burden them with the cost. Poor and helpless people like us don't deserve to be treated like this.

There is a trend that began in the fall of 2013. These people got too busy and are now in the field of "scam". They post daily adverts to us instead of trying to deliver the very first order. BUYERS BEWARE, Very ugly. Speak up and stop them.

I have the same situation as those sufferers, Do check your account everyday for problems, I called the credit card bank to stop the payment after 12 days, don't make your complaint more than 20 days, otherwise you may suffer the loss. I hope my bank will take care of me. This Jeff Is Running More Than 1 this type of Co.but using different dot com.

Same story. I sent them an order on 29 Jan.2014 . Now 6 weeks later 6 emails one phone

call to a disconnected phone it looks as though I've done my us$65.

What I have done is contact GEOTRUST and NORTON and made them aware of what

their client is doing. I felt that with them securing the transaction that all would have been

good.Sure was, for these thieving mongrels.

I suggest that you do the same.

I have the same issue with this company. I placed two orders two weeks apart and have received neither. They have not responded to emails and are unavailable continuously on their chat line. They took the money the day after order was placed and that was the final correspondence I had from them. I ordered the bursitis relief and the back and body pain relief. I am in Australia and would not suggest anyone purchase from them. I have since read only negative feedback on them. I only wish I had looked into them before I ordered. They are scammers and should be investigated.

I have had the same experience! I ordered the bogo of great night sleep 5 8 days ago & have not received the product yet! I have used the product before with great results, but that was several years ago. I guess there has been some corporate changes for the worse! Would highly advise to NEVER buy anything from this company!
Also, like many others, I have tried the phone number & email with NO SUCCESS !:(

I had exactly the same experience as the complaint above. This company is fraudulent and needs to be shut down. This Jeff Brown from Incredible Health Remedies (if that's his real name) should go to jail after getting piss punched out of him. Society would be so much better off without low-life ### bottom feeders like this ###.
