I ordered shoes, did not receive them and cannot get a refund.
It is not possible to actually talk to someone, they just respond to emails every now and then.
Before buying shoes just try calling the company, see if it's possible to talk to anyone.

I made the mistake to order from here worst company ever they are such a rip off I order and never received my order they took the money the minute i gave them my account but they havent even respond to my emails and Til this date i havent received my money back.. BEWARE ! DO NOT BUY FROM INCREASINGSHOES, COM of Brooklyn, NY. They sold me three pairs of shoes that look great but fell apart in 3 Weeks. The soles separated from the body of the shoe because they are glued together and although the say the shoes are leather, my shoemaker said they are all plastic. One pair I left in the box and when I took them out I say that the soles were separated from the tip of the shoe, in the box before I even put them on. The shoes were cared for and never set foot in the rain. The customer service agent admitted they have this problem with many of their shoes, but there was nothing he could do. I wanted the shoes repaired or replaced, but he said the company policy is to offer a free pair with my next purchase of shoes. I wrote two letters to the company office in Brooklyn, NY, requesting my 3 pair be repaired, but the letters were returned to sender Not At This Address.

Don't buy from increasingshoes - the shoe models are often fake leather. There's some type of plastic leather wrap around the shoe that bubbles off the moment you walk in them. If you rub against anything, the fake leather wrap rips like paper - total garbage.
You'll spend over $100 per pair, and when it arrives you may as well throw them out. Increasingshoes is a psychotic company.
I ordered a pair of shoes and tey sent the wrong size. When you call the company, they tell you that returns and exchanges are handled only through email, but increasingshoes.com does not respond to emails.
These people are Chinese bandits! All their products are shipped from Hong Kong, I think several other of the elevated shoe sites on the web all link back to this one company.

I purchased shoes from this company that were so faulty that they could not be worn without injury. I immediately informed the company and was told to send the shoes back at my expense ($69.00).
