Incorrect charge on my credit card
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 16 votes
Today I received my credit card bill with a charge of $84.97 on it. I have never ordered anything from this company. When I call the phone number listed it is a recording telling me how to order products on line. I do not intend to pay for something I did not order.

I had the same charge on one of my accounts! Hope something gets done about these thieves. My bank will be looking into them. Any help would be appreciated.

Same here. I rec'd two charges. Where is this coming from? I didn't even receive these items, so how could they even charge it. I hope someone looks into this asap.

Me too. $84.97. I have deactivated my debit card in case they try it again and have to wait for a new one to be issued. We get inconvenienced like this while some head is in Vegas spending his new wealth.

Similar thing happened to me. I signed up for a free 7 day trial with them on this GPT site a week and a half ago. I never received a confirmation email and still hadn't received my product. I called them at 1-866-408-2218 and the woman who answered claimed she had no record of me placing an order. BUT THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT!! I asked her how could she have no record of me but they managed to charge my CC. She told me the only way she could look further for my information is for me to give her my credit card number again. Are you serious?!!? I asked to speak to a manger. She claimed SHE was the manager. Since when does the MANAGER answer a toll-free number? I warned her that if she didn't get this resolved and credit my account that I would report her to the BBB. She laughed and told me to go ahead. So I did. I also called my credit card company and started a fraud investigation on the company. I am extremely pissed at these people. Here is there website: http://www.aldrx.com/.

I just checked my bank statement online, and found the $84.97 charge from ALD Enterprises for Hoodia. I tried to call the number listed, no answer. Went on the web and called the number listed for them - no longer in service. I called my bank, canceled my credit card, and will be going to the bank tonight to fill out the unauthorized charge form. I am so careful when I use my credit card, that I feel violated that this company got their hands on it. Who are they? Never heard of them. My bank is going to investigate them. Hopefully maybe someone can do something about companies like this.

I was on my honeymoon for a few weeks and came back to find 6 charges ranging from $4 to $84.97 from ald and urban nutrition. I never ordered anything like this or did i receive anything. I had to have my bank cancel my card and am trying to get back what they took from me-about $400.

Have the same charge of 84.97. Never heard of this company.

Called the number and the woman told me to call back another time because her computers were down. Said there was no other way to help me.
