incomplete set of dvds

out of a set of 15dvds only a few work. others stick, or dont play at all. some are just blank, a couple are duplicated. i cant reach the company on the web site, phone or receive a reply from any source ive tried. any help would be appreciated. thanx! Andy V

i can help you regarding that. Please try to contact this number 1-800-787-1219. They are very accomodating. They refunded my purchase, and now am waiting for the postage envelope to be send to me so i can return the product to them, and it is in their expense.

Hi there,

Iv'e just come across this complaint section for TV DVD World. I've ordered the complete Six Million Dollar Man TV Series 2 days ago and they are telling me the same thing; it's on backorder. I am leaving the country end June begginning July and explained to them that I would like my order as quiick as possible. They claim the backorder takes 5-7 working days. Can anybody give me advise as to what to do now as I didn't realise thios is a possible scam. Iv'e also got no reply to my email,

I have ordered complete series of "JAG".
Was charged twice and managed to get refund of one payment.
Have now received series but with missing episodes, duplicated episodes and discs from another programme. Have sent numerous Emails and have had no reply.Telephone calls ask to wait for an operator who never seems to be available.
I cnnot find an address to write to them, but having seen now all these comments wonder if it would be a waste of time

I received the "complete" series of WKRP in Cincinnati... 18 discs... 4 were Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, and 3 others were duplicates of other discs. It took 3 attempts, and a long time on hold, but I was able to reach the 1-800 #... they have promised a refund, and I'm waiting to see the results. By the way, the quality of the shows was terrible... like someone had taped from tv and re-recorded back to another disc over and over. Wish I would have done some research before ordering!
