immutol review: auto ship 1

My husband ordered ONE bottle of immutol from this company and received it. Two weeks later, he received another one, which he had not ordered. He called the company and was told he had checked the 'auto ship' box when he placed his first order. We have a copy of that order form and 'auto ship' was NOT checked.
The company did agree to take him off of the auto ship program, but I feel this company is, perhaps not actually dishonest, but decidedly unprincipledas are many internet-based companies these days. We will never order from them again.
