Illegal automated calling

Calls with automated dialing equipment. When you answer, there is no one on the other end. You have to respond several times before a human being answers. I am in Washington State. This practice is a violation of Wa. State law. A complaint has also been filed with the Attorney General's office. I think it is bad enough when I call someone and am immediately put on hold, but it is outrageous that someone calls me and I am already on hold. If you want to talk to me, use a human to do it.

I apologize that you are unhappy with the calls that you have received. You can be removed from our calling by simply staying on the line and telling the Representative to please remove your phone number. It is not Illegal calling, as we only have your contact information because you entered into one of our website while looking at the services that we offer.

You can contact our customer service department at 800-479-0979 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm Eastern Standard Time and they will be happy to assist you. If you've already tried our customer service department and feel like you weren't treated fairly please contact me ASAP and I will address your concern immediately.
