Dear Sir,
I had applied for issue of passport at passport office Ghaziabad on i8 Oct 2007. File no being A022326/2007.
After police verification etc, I was supposed to meet PRO Ghaziabad with my Matriculation certificate.
I met PRO on 27th Dec, 2007. She was indifferent & un-coperative & rather rude. She asked me to meet enquiry clerk , who told me to fill fresh form , attach photo & copy of my matriculation certificate & told me that everything is in order & my passport will be despatched in 10 days. However he did not give me any receipt or slip to confirm my reporting to office or submission of fresh documents.
Surprisingly, Status on internet is still showing that I should meet PRO with my matric certificate , though I have met him long back, which is ridiculous

Passport office does not entertain telephone calls & put irrelevant qureies to harass public & encourage middlemen with ulterior motive. I am senior citizen, visited passport office repeatedly
So I want matter be investigated & passport issued to me immediately.
