iHerb no delivery

Stay away from IHerb international shipping. The shipping was lost, as per iHerb 'explanation' due to customs procedure. Checking further I found multiple no -delivery complaints international and local.
I made $200+ iHerb purchase as New Years gift. They offered to use DHL shipping, 14 days promised delivery. After 1 month of non-delivery, I was told to wait, that happens "sometimes". After 2 months I was told they do not request from DHL information on shipping within 3 months of sending. After 3 months I was informed they are NOT going to deal with DHL and refused to refund.
I called Global DHL for tracking and was notified that only the sender can request tracking information.
iHerb looks for SALES not taking any responsibility for delivery.

What We Believe Happened: We believe that your customs office considers this product to be restricted product or that local custom fees have not been paid. In any case, your customs office is not releasing it for local delivery.

What We Are Going to Do: While our international shipping policy states that iHerb is not liable for packages that are lost when shipping with this shipping method, we will make an exception with your order. Within the next 5 business days, iHerb will refund your order 100% including shipping.

i even spoke to customer service and they basically said not our responsibility that is a 100$ ill never see again!

iHerb damaged item in order

I have placed several orders with iHerb & recommended them to family & friends. I always choose DHL for shipping (the cost of this seems to be rising) & have had excellent service & fast delivery - thank you DHL. Last order placed on 20th April 2012 delivered on 24 April contained a serum in glass bottle which was damaged. I have emailed iHerb with pics of damaged item & requested replacement...no reply...subsequently sent further 4 emails & still NOTHING. When I compliment them on their excellent service I receive an immediate reply, seems when something goes wrong Customer Service disappears. Now looking to order elsewhere in future. Please advise if there is a Consumer Affairs Dept in US which can investigate complaints like in Australia.

I can't agree with you. I have only pleasant experience shopping at iherb.com. It is not their fault that some items get damaged, they always pack the goods very carefully. I had about 4 orders where some stuff was damaged, emailed iherb and got full refund for the products, I didn't even send the pictures. Try to contacts them through the website Contact us form, they reply very soon there. Overall I like shopping at iherb, don't let one unpleasant experience cross all the positive that shopping there can bring. Don't forget that they offer free shipping for orders over $40. Great deal. Many of my friends shop there too, I give them my discount code ROP388 to get $5-$10 off their first orders.

iHerb refusal to credit after receipt

My experience with iherb was shocking. I received out dated, expired vitamins and after returning them and getting a signature, they still refuse to credit me. They will not answer my emails or return my calls. I had to do a chargeback to get my money but i am warning the public about this store. I herb iherb.com .

iHerb did not receive order

I ordered food supplement pills for my knee joints
I live in the Netherlands (Europe) and paid for international shipment.
I received a tracking number but the Dutch Postal Service never received my shipment.
After contact iherb just reminded me the shipment was uninsured and did not want to take any action.
€50 lost ($83)

iHerb - never received shipment

I ordered from iherb.com over a week ago and I never received my order! Then they gave me an invalid tracking number. Once the tracking number was rectrified they said that it had been delivered to my front door. Never received it !! If your thinking about ordering from this place please dont.

iHerb no delivery on internet order

I placed an on-line order with iHerb for international delivery. It never arrived. They charged my account for the product and shipping. They sent me a tracking number that did not work. Later they told me that there is no tracking for international shipments and that they will not resend or refund my order. I paid and received nothing from this company.

iHerb theft!

I have a nearly two-year non-delivery! I have spoken w/ customer service on multiple occasions and wasted several hours of my time (mostly on hold); moreover, they have not returned calls that were made in response to their own calls to me. This is the worst customer service i've ever experienced! Actually, it's just outright theft ($200+)!

As it was only a few bucks, i didn't pursue the matter. Otherwise, i find the site easy to use and would certainly recommend it to everyone. My apologies for any confusion - certainly a space-out on my part - sorry. The negative comment will be resubmitted in the right place. Unfortunately, this site doesn't seem to allow me to delete the mistaken comment - maybe Complaints Board needs to upgrade and include a help link and an update/delete option.

Your chat service seems to be another company, you don't provide phone service and the emails are no reply. I want my money back for package not received. Order # [protected] supposedly delivered the 8th, 9/8/2023

I've put in all the information, except my credit card number, why does the request have to be long?

This is the 2nd time I've had to cancel a card of mine due to an unauthorized transaction. My bank statement lists it as IHERB IHERB.COM. most recently woke up to a transaction notification from 5/16/23 at 23:05:55.

I ordered on 12/19/22 and the order number is [protected]. I put a correct address but it was delivered to a wrong address ( it was supposed to sent to ZheJiang in China but it was delivered to Hong Kong. ) I requested to refund but it was denied.

Ordered pills immediately confirmed immediately said shipped but 6 days later still says,package,waiting for carrier s9 its not shipped at all total crap can't cancel cuz they say it's shipped want a refund the company is iherb have horrible ratings had I noticed before would never have dealt with them

I have ordered some protein supplements on Dec 1, and now is Dec 16th and it has not arrived yet. CS refused to resend my order, refused to issue a refund. Every day I " chat" to a CS, they just asked me to wait for another day. It is so bad, I will NEVER ever buy from them again

They have charged my credit but did not ship the order. I have copies of the on line chat transcripts with their customer service reps. Not a dependable company. They ignore you when you want to cancel the order and be refunded. Take the money and run operation.
