IGE is a rip off!

IGE is a ripoff for sure. I purchased gold that I was told was delivered and I received nothing. After several online chats I was told that they delivered and I was out of luck. I would not use this service under any circumstances. I was told they couldn't guarantee delivery.

I’m in the same boat as you. I ordered 2000G and was send an email by them stating that my order had been completed, but when I checked and had only received 700G from my order. After a weeks worth of being called a liar from Ige.com, I was told I was out of luck and without being able to prove that my order wasn’t fulfilled, there was nothing I could do. Do not use them under any circumstance.

Don't use Ige.com!!

If you buy gold for the online game WoW (World of Warcraft) do not use Ige.com. They may appear to be reputable by the number of sites that seem to endorse them, but don't trust them.

They only delivered about 1/2 the gold they had promised and only after weeks of complaining to them. And they have refused to give me a refund for the rest that they have not delivered. This after 2 months!

And they LIE to me claiming that they have delivered more gold when in fact they did not deliver any at all. This company, Ige.com, is a ripoff and should be investigated for fraud and deceptive business practices.

And PayPal was of no use either in trying to settle this. After asking Ige.com 5 or 6 times now (2 months) for a refund they won't do it and instead continue to pretend that they are trying to fulfill my order.

Don't use Ige.com, you'll be sorry if you do!

I am worrying now... I just bought 550g from IGE.com, its been one week and still no sign of my delivery appearing, i think they are making up excuses on live help saying: 'Please be patient as we have lots of deliveries coming through' and another excuse! 'We will deliver it you ASAP'. It isn't really hard to log on ingame to me, ffs.

If it doesn't come within another week, I'm calling them scammers, because I've already waited long enough for them to deliver, and even ordering was a big frustration for me, it took them 10 minutes to answer one question on live help! Its so annoying ordering with them!

I just purchased 1 Billion ISK for Eve and they processed it, delivered it, then had a GM reverse the donation and they won't return my emails about the reversal. The reversal of course went right back to the person who donated it so you would think they would want to follow up on that to make sure I got it. It was a scam sure enough.

This seems to be their new business strategy since SE has become much more aggressive against RMT. Two weeks after I made an order I finally got an email saying that delivery was complete. Logged in and my delivery box was empty. IGE kept telling me over and over to check my DB like I'm an idiot and couldn't figure that out. They claimed that had a screen shot verifying they made delivery but refused to fwd it too me saying that it was a security risk. So after much complaining I finally got them to promise to re-deliver. Well they reneged on that and now refuse to give me the gill or a refund. I had bought from them in the past and had no problems but now that times are tough they decided to just rip people off. Since they're based in Hong Kong there's nothing left to do but flame the shit out of them to keep people from trying to buy from them and MPK'ing every one of their bots I can find.

I had to go through the same crap with some FFXI gil. After a week of sending constant emails and threatening them with legal action, they gave me a full refund. After that I decided to quit the game too, because if I need to spend extra money just to enjoy it then it is a bullsh*t game anyway.

If you bough there and got no Gil / Gold send them a email and tell them refund or lawyer one of this you can have o.O
In my case : they told me they will refound ..... next day a email they did refound it to my paypal.... i check that no money entrance at my paypal.

I called my credit card institut spelled my problem ..... lol now listen !!! they told me im one of hundred ppl with that problem !!! check this up !!!! gdi ! lol !

you don't have to blame the company for this.

i have craps to reveal.

their agents sometimes makes mistakes and just tell their bosses that the gold or whatever has been sent even though it's not.so it's sorta the agent/deliverer's fault not the company.and if ever the company knows about the agent who missent the gold, they would be punished a great deal..depends on what mistake they did.probably a memo, suspension, or even fire the agent.

as for ffxi..there wouldnt be a problem sending their gold or gil since if u noticed that u have written a wrong name, u can cancel it and just re-send to the correct name.

as for wow,im certain that ige.com is doing their best to deliver the gold as secure as possible.

as for eve,it is kinda confusing when u send money there right?since if u order a billion, u could probably make a mistake and add another zero or deduct a zero and it's a big loss for both sides.

for all the gamers out there, if u order, i hope u go online all the time be prepared to travel wherever char to deliver is.

im trying to save ige.com's ass because i know someone who works there. they receive tons of delivery so it's not really easy. you should try selling gold for yourself and see that it is not that easy.

and btw, the whole process is partial right?i hope u all know that.

and i am saying this cause im sure that ige.com is trying it's best to keep the company as healthy as possible and assuring the convenience of everyone.

those said complaints are all very shallow. if you are so unsure about a thing, how could go take a risk and order a big one? why not test it for a while and order something lower. then if you liked what they did, you could continue ordering.

all im saying is..it's everyone's fault. yes,even you who ordered has a fault in this. you shouldnt blame em too much.

Yesterday I put an order to IGE.com for gold after a while I got abit worried since I dident get my gold. I went around to sites and found this site. This site dident really calm me down :>. Anyway I emailed them for a refund 10 mins after my money was back on my paypal account.

I think many people on this board uses abit of a wrong approach calling them names and stuff as if that has ever helped :p


Anyway I dont know if they deliver gold but atleast they refund when asked too

This is not satisfactory for me. I would like a full refund. I've spoken to my lawyer and he agrees nowhere in your policies does it state that the gold can't be return for security reasons.
