IFB Industries the worst service of ifb customer care.

Okay, it's IFB one of the best home electronics products, but it's a waste if its not backed by good service.
We have been facing a problem with the washing machine, called the ifb customer service number +[protected] bangalore, Karnataka. The technician came the same day... He said the board is not working, he needs to remove and take that along to rectify the issue, that was end of the scene for our product... We called them back, checked for the same, no response.. Once got in touch with the manager, he said he will arrange a call back. The technician called us and informed he needs 6000 to Fix the issue and he needs approval, when he agreed on the same, it's been 1 week there has been no reply on the service. This is one of the worst service every done by IFB... We need this problem fixed...

IFB Industries microwave

Hello, Sir I am an advocate from City Zira Tehsil Zira Distt. Ferozepur Punjab, my brother in law Sh. Ramanpreet Singh From Faridkot purchased microwave product by IFB . He gifted me at day of Raksha bandan 2019. My Microwave suddenly switch off and after I try to start but not start. I try to IFB Complaint No. [protected] and [protected]. Rply me This no is temparary shutdown out of range. After I searched on google customer care of IFB Distt. Ferozepur. I Saw Grotal .com Distt Ferozepur and try no [protected], this no is also out of range. I try many time on above numbers but not met me postive response. Please registered my complaint and solve my problem. Thanks

Ref ticket no [protected], Repeated Calls to your Call center at [protected] and further contacts at your IFB points dint result in repair of my Elena washing Machine. Your team is so eager to sell a product, but the after sales is pathethic, Offering free gifts and discount will sell your products but try resolving complaints. Dont sell machines if you cant replace a drive belt.

IFB Industries worst customer value/satisfaction by ifb, shame on you

Sir/Madam

It's so irritating that why I bought an IFB product. I bought an AMC for my washing machine Elena DX. Though the service centre was very prompt in charging me the AMC charges for two years.

But after that the IFB service centre and customer support tantrums started. I registered complaint 3 times in that period from 8 May, 2019 to till date, details of which are given below:

1. Dear Customer, Your Ticket No. is [protected]. IFB representative will visit shortly. For assistance please call [protected]/ [protected].

2. Dear Customer, Your Ticket no- [protected] has been pending due to Customer Appointment/Re-scheduled. For any query call [protected]/ [protected].

RESOLVED WITHOUT TAKING ANY ACTION

Dear Customer, IFB Ticket No: [protected] has been resolved. If resolved - SMS " YES".If not - SMS " NO" to [protected] from Reg. No [protected]

3. Dear Customer, Your Ticket No. is [protected]. IFB representative will visit shortly. For assistance please call [protected]/ [protected].

Now the best part, Customer support centre said that you should take number of the Service Centre named S.K. Services, Delhi having land line number [protected].

Now the most shocking part I faced after calling S.K. Services on [protected] a very rude person person picked up the call and said that we don't have the parts and you should take refund from IFB for the amount you paid towards AMC. When I again call them to request for repair a lady name Ms. RANI picked up the phone at S.K. Services, Delhi and told me we don't have neither parts nor man power and we will close your ticket because it's time window is limited, great work done by IFB, Delhi Service Centre.

Your Supervisor Sh. CHANDRASHEKHAR at IFB Customer Care Centre is one of the worst fellow I have seen in any customer centric industry. I requested many times to the Executives to transfer my call to Supervisor so that my grievance shall be handled but he was always busy, may be in making fool of customers. Executives told me that they will arrange call back. But till date I am waiting for that call.

This is my last mail to IFB. Now I have all the call recordings and ticket number. Now I shall sue you in Consumer Court as well file a Civil Suit against you for the mental harassment and agony I faced and make sure that story should be published in media.

IFB Industries non attending of complaint by technicians from last 10 days and giving trouble to customer

Dear sir,

Inviting your reference to the Ticket No
[protected], two technician are called and given timings for attending washing machine on 16th and 17th Nov 2018 for attending Door lock problem and tripping of main supply trouble and finally 3rd technician came and told that door was locked and front has to be cut and opened mechanically for removing the front door lock and returned. Again visited the home by 7.30 om on 17th Nov 2018 and returned back, asked them to attend but they left the place without mentioning the reason and told will come after attending all pending complaints of the day or tomorrow i.e., 18th Nov 2018.

One or other reason the issue of Front door lock and tripping of main power supply was not able to attend by your technicians and 5 times technicians have visited the home and wasting our valuable time and energy for get attending the above issue sir.

Due to complaint of above issue unnecessarily all these technicians are asking who are all came for attending and calling them and behaving adversely and finally giving trouble to us. Really we are confirmed that, now on words we should not purchase or tell anybody not to purchase the IFB machines as services are very worst by these technician.

After lapse of 10 days your company is not giving intended services to customer sir. Really we are fed up with local technicians and please conduct investigations on these agencies especially Vijaylakshmi Enterprises sir.

IFB Industries ifb washing machine eva aqua 5.5 kg

I've complained that my machine got fire by short circuit in machine 1 month ago...and still not repaired every time i contacted the service centre every time she says sir today surely it will repair, sir aftrer four days it will repair, sir part in not available at the movement...I'm facing those difficulties you can't understand.
At the time of purchasing machine the seller says sir it has the best and the fastest service...now i highly recommend anyone that not to buy IFB products and i just hate IFB service now. 😡

IFB Industries pathetic service from ifb for my washing machine request # [protected]

Hi,

I am an IFB customer for 9 years, having a Senorita DX 5.5 KG washing machine. I have faced lot of issues in your support & service in these 9 years but this time it is even worse. On 21st January 2018 I logged a complaint in your customer care regarding my washing machine (Request # [protected]), getting an assurance that in 24 hrs. technician will call me and visit to rectify the issue.

Actually, the issue in my washing machine is, on 21st January 2018, when my wife is try to start it on a regular program lot of black smoke came out of it. we immediately stop it and called your customer care.

on 22nd Jan 2018, I got a call from one of your technician Mr. Rohit Shukla, mobile # [protected], he visited my place & without even touching or looking at the machine and looking into the problem he stated that the tub of the machine and one more item from the machine is damaged it needs to be replaced. also, he asked my wife to buy de-scaling powder from him worth Rs. 850/- and run the de-scaling program. also, he doesn't have brought any tool along with him, he will come tomorrow again. But that tomorrow has never come till now.

On 24th Jan 2018, I got a call from another person from this mobile no. [protected], I don't remember the name actually, but he was service in charge from IFB at Rajouri Garden. He asked us about the visit and told us to call again next day between 10:30 to 11:30, he was trying to fool us that our machine requires extra time to get repaired. I asked him why to call again to you, kindly send the technician tomorrow at my place. I also told him that I don't think that tub is damaged, it is heater or something else which needs to be replaced. He again told me that no sir, it is the tub that needs to be changed and it requires more time.

Now there are several questions which got raised from the above for which I need an answer from IFB.

1. Why the technician didn't look into the machine & find out the exact reason of the smoke?

2. Why he straight away said that tub of the machine needs to be replaced, he even didn't touch the machine?

3. Why he visited our place without his set of tools along with him?

4. If he said that he will come next day, why he didn't come again?

5. Why he asked us to purchase De-Scaling powder, worth Rs. 850/- which has nothing to do with machine fault?

6. Every time an executive come for repair, they always force us to purchase the De-Scaling powder or Machine Detergent? Is that company forcing them to do so?

7. Why the executive trying to replace the working part from the machine instead of the damaged part? What is his intensions?

8. Why the service manager trying to cover his technician? Ans asking us not to escalate?

9. Why till date my request is in pending state and not been resolved?

10. I purchased AMC repeatedly from IFB every time or 2 years from last 6 years or so. Is that a reason IFB didn't want to give their AMC customer a priority, because they have already charged AMC money from them?

Really a pathetic experience from IFB, you can check from your records, how many times I have to call your customer service whenever there is a fault in my machine, it never happened that your executive come to our place in one call.

I am going to post this complaint online on several portals along with emailing to you. It should be resolved as soon as possible. And with replacing only damaged part not the working one. I have purchased AMC from you doesn't mean I can replace any working part from my machine as well.

So kindly keep a check on your service centers and technicians, it only spoils the image of the company and not any individual.

IFB Industries refund of the amount paid

This is to bring to your kind notice that the IFB - Executive front load washing machine bearing Sl. No. WT EXB 000564 was not functioning due to water coming out from the front door. We registered a complaint for the repair and the ticket no. IFB10091112535WM on 28.12.17 was given

Mr Kiran of IFB Services, having office at No.473, Ground Floor, 7th Cross, 1st Main, Gokula 1st Stage, 2nd Phase, Yeshwanthpur, Near Bombay Deing, Bangalore 560022 (Mobile Nos. [protected] & [protected]) had come to our house for rectifying the same and advised us that the existing door is to be replaced.

The cost of the door he asked to pay was Rs.5, 000/- for which my mother promptly paid. A bill to this effect was also issued, as my mother turned around to attend her mobile, Mr. Kiran of IFB took that bill for having received that 5, 000/- without the notice of my mother and my mother could notice him taking.

We had to repeatedly call Mr. Kiran (Mobile Nos. [protected] & [protected]) to get the new door and one fine day he turned up saying he has brought a new one on checking we could notice that the one removed of ours had been painted and was brought and the paint was still wet on checking. On arguing we came to know that he has still not got a new door and went back saying he shall come back next time with a new one and further asked for Rs.2, 500/- which was blankly refused and insisted that he get us back the door that he had earlier taken of ours.

Even after many calls he has still not turned up and not picking up our calls. As Many clothes started to pile up We had no choice and again called up IFB service person who came with a new one and fixed it and charged us Rs.1, 650/- for the door and Rs.350/- as labour charges.

We request your kind intervention towards getting us the refund of Rs.5000/- paid to Mr. Kiran (Mobile Nos. [protected] & [protected]).

IFB Industries water stagnation

we bought IFB opentop washing maciene in april 2017.we found that water not came out and stagnated in the machiene on [protected].we called customer-care and the-technician attended on 11-12-2017. He told that due to dust in the water pipe water stagnated and if we bought a water filter for RS 2560 /- the problem would not be occurred as it purifies water. we bought it and the same was installed by the technician. But the problem was repeated when we switched on the machine on 19-12-2017. We also gave compliant in customer care with ticket number [protected]. i would like to bring to your notice that tee technician didn't do any thing to rectify the problem. I think he came to market the water filter. I think you under stand the mental agony of the customer as the water stagnated and not dried up in the machine. more over the time is also extending against the given time in the machine for the cloths by taking 4 or 5 hours.
Hence I request you to kindly send responsible technician to rectify the water stagnation problem and time maintenance. I think the reputed company of you take necessary action as early as possible to remove the mental agony of the customer.

IFB Industries charged for free service of 1.5t dc inverter ac

This is the second time im registering a complaint as it wasnt resolved earlier. I had bought an IFB 1.5T DC inverter AC and I was supposed to get 3 free services. only one free service I got despite people in IFB assuring us to give 2 more free services, and told they would come by themselves we neednt call them. But none of them came. later there was a minor block in ac outlet pipe. The person who came to do free service charged 590 rupees. We had told him we didnt get free service. He told we will get it refunded by company if we give a complaint. He went off without even giving a bill. Later we complained. The lady in the customer care enquired to him about this and she told company wont refund, he will give that money back to us. he called us and told he would give us back the money. after 2 weeks he came with the bill, which is dated the day he came earlier for service. He told the amount (590 rupees) has been cut from his salary and told us to complain once more, the company would refund. when we called the customer care in this area the lady told company wont refund, he will have to give us the money. Such a shame on the way the workers in IFB try to fool people.. strict action must be taken against such frauds.
I require the amount I was charged for free service back ASAP, whether that person should give or company should give isnt my concern.

IFB Industries door lock replacement

Replacing door lock by IFB care Alappuzha, they realized Rs.1830/ as cost and Rs.590/ as service charge, as per invoice No385 dt 03/10/2017.I understood the cost is below Rs.700/ on searching the same.I think I have been deceived by the service center.
So I request the refund of excess amount realized.Also attaching the photos of the replaced door lock and invoice.

IFB Industries front load washing machine model: elite 5kg

The door hinges of my IFB washing machine is broken and the door fell down. The machine is a front load one. The model name is Elite 5kg.

Complaint booked with the company on 19.09.2017. Not replaced the broken hinges till today. It is very difficult to live without getting the machine back in running mode. Please help to resolve the complaint.

IFB Industries washing machine

I have raised a complain [protected] (Bangalore Customer Care) on 27th June for my IFB washing machine not functional. Till date no one bothered to visit and check the problem. The machine is under warranty (4 years). Getting fed up of calling customer care, they give one or the other excuses like your mobile was not reachable or will come surely by today. In the name of free service till date these IFB just looted us by selling unwanted products and when it comes to the actual need (machine is not working) no one is visiting the site yet. In a nuclear family with 9 months kid the essential item (Washing machine) is not functional for almost a week, are not IFB responsible for his liabilities and product warranty contract. Please take some serious steps and escalate the matter to higher authority.

IFB Industries purchase of front load washing machine

1. I am a defence officer and purchased an IFB Front load washing machine from M/S Sham Lal Krishan Lal an IFB Dealer at Sadar Bazar Delhi Cantt.
2. I made the payment by cheque on 09 May 17 for Senator SX 8 kgs front loading washing machine. The delivery was made after around a week. The service representative came for installation after 3 days after various reminders. When the machine was opened for installation it was damaged so it was re-packed for exchanging.
3. After around a weeks time the new washing machine was sent and the damaged product was returned to representatives of IFB.
4. Again IFB representative came for installation as usual after 4 days, it was found that the serial no of the washing machine and the one mentioned on the bill was at variance, therefore again various complaints were raised for sorting out the issue.
5. After various complaints, finally a call was taken by IFB reps to exchange the product. After keeping us in a spin for 21 days the product was sent on 30 May 17. This washing machine which was sent this time was really in bad state. The carton was torn and damaged at three places, the binding strips were torn and very loose and also the product was manufactured in Jan 17. However all thoughout we have been told that due to short supply there was a delay in providing the product.Both the products which were delivered earlier were manufactured in May 17. It appaears that this product was either faulty which was returned by some one ( in similar fashion as it happened with me) or it was a refabricated product.
6. The packet was sent back on 30 May 17 after informing Mr Tushar, IFB area manager for Delhi.
7. We have given numerous calls to IFB customer care including calls to Mr Kailash(Regional head) and Mr Tushar however no one has helped us out. It has been a thorough harassment at each stage from IFB industries leading to delay in installation and also delay in use of the product for more than 30 days which has led to financial loss as well mental agony.
8. You are requested to take up the matter with IFB industries to address the deficiency in services.

IFB Industries ifb washing machine

I am from Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Two months back our washing machine fell down and stopped working. Upon raising a complaint, a technician visited our house and told Mother Board is not working and has to be replaced. He further recommended us to sign up for AMC by paying around Rs.4000. We were told that after taking AMC, the Mother Board will be replaced for free cost and any internal components will have free replacement. We waited for 60 days for the contract to get activated and raised a new complaint again recently.

Another technician visited and told us that there is no problem with the Washing machine. The input current which is coming to the machine is more than what is needed. Hence he told us to call an electrician and get the problem rectified.

We were dumbstruck on hearing that. It is pure cheating on part of IFB service center guys to give misleading information to customer and trapping them to sign up for AMC. Dear IFB Customer Care department, please take appropriate action on this and provide me justice.

Additional Details:
The name of technician who first visited our house and made us take AMC is Prasanna Kumar.
He is from Vivekananda Nagar IFB Service Center.
The name of technician who visited recently is Gopi and even he is from the same service center.
The coordinator of the Service Center is Mr. Sumanth.
None of the above people are responding.
We do not expect such a derogatory or downgrading behavior from IFB team. This is cheating the customer by giving incorrect information and forcing them to take AMC.

Request IFB Customer Care team to take an immediate action on this and get my problem resolved. I need refund of the AMC money if there is really no problem with my PCB.

Worst customer service that i ever seen.
I had a problem with washing machine and reported it to customer helpline on 1-April technician has visited and i was facing the same issue again i reported that, but they closed my complaint.
I made a new complaint on 4-April. Till today i did not receive any response from them till today i.e; 14-April.

IFB Industries Microwave built in oven - IFB 34 Ltrs 34BICI

Hi,

I had registered a complaint regarding the non-functioning of my oven (TKT number: [protected]) on 4th March 2017. From there since I have been following up with customer care team and must have made more than 12 calls but till now my issue has not been resolved.

In this period, customer care has given me the number of technician, service in charge, head of the service but either the phones are switched off or nobody is picking up the phone.

Even I spoke with two supervisors, Neva and Pooja, they both said, they will call me after 2 hrs but I never got a callback.

I never expected this kind of pathetic service from IFB. It's really shameful.

I would like to bring to your notice the harassment I am facing due to the negligence of IFB customer care and technical team.

As I wouldn't be staying at home so I thought IFB would be a reliable brand for my parents and also I was assured service at door step for my location. My parents were noticing more than normal vibration in the washing machine. So I had raised this complaint many time but my parents always complaint, firstly as my location is in the rural area of Gurdaspur either the technician is not well trained or is not interested in serving in this area. Secondly they have always notice this thing your technician is more interested in selling the accessories like descaling power etc. I guess either there is margin for them to sell it or this is the only thing they know.

Recently I was at home, and I also notice abnormal vibration and noise. I had raise complain for this, there was a technician visit. He didn't bother about the noise and vibration but was selling descaling powder. When I insisted He checked the machine again and told me as one of the machine feet is broken its due to this. He told me we will bring the machine feet next time and will fix it. I waited for 1 week but he didn't return. So I called the customer care on 9th March to my surprise they told me, my complaint was closed without confirming with me. The customer care guy assured me there will be an engineer visit within next 24 hrs and the broken feet will be replace without cost.

From 9th March I keep calling customer care almost without missing any day but no one care. Finally engineer visited on 1st April (22 days come back time) then he told me it is not the feet which is broken but the screw in the cabinet is broken. ( I am not surprise that the dialogue by the first technician was wrong but it show how well trained are your so called technicians) Instant of fixing the real issue of cabinet He replace all the four foot of the Machine and handed me a bill of 1186. I told him the guy from your customer care has told me it wouldn't be charged on me. He told me to call customer care and to my surprise customer care guy told me they don't maintain any log.

It really unprofessional and disappoint I can never trust IFB again for any product. Let me list down issue you need to fix in your support services:

1) Complaint raise on 9th March but engineer visited on 1st April. How can 22 days be justified as the reliable customer support
2) I didn't get this your customer care don't maintain a log of conversations or the person I was talking to fooled me.
3) Your technician are not well trained. In the rural area they first send the untrained people to diagnose the problem then they wait so that there will be three or more complaint in the same area.
4) How can you close a complaint ticket without confirming with the customer. My complaint was close without fixing the feet without checking with customer . Now they have changed all the 4 feet without solving the real issue

On 1st April I have video graph the complete engineer visit. if you want I can share it with you. For the time been I am sharing the screen shot of bill and the some snapshot from video. Please look into this and try to close it asap.

IFB Industries Damaged dryer delivered

I placed an order online on Dec 30th, 2016 on the www.ifbappliances.com site with order # [protected] for Maxi Dry EX - Exchange. They took my old dryer and the new dryer that I received was damaged. I immediately called Customer Service and they requested that only a service technician can determine that. I waited. The technician arrived on Jan 3rd and said it requires a replacement. Since that day I have tried to contact the service center and customer service. Customer service says that the service center will address my issues. Service center says they can not help me.

Why is there no clear ownership of such issues? Who will help me?

I would like to bring to your notice the harassment I am facing due to the negligence of IFB customer care and technical team.

As I wouldn't be staying at home so I thought IFB would be a reliable brand for my parents and also I was assured service at door step for my location. My parents were noticing more than normal vibration in the washing machine. So I had raised this complaint many time but my parents always complaint, firstly as my location is in the rural area of Gurdaspur either the technician is not well trained or is not interested in serving in this area. Secondly they have always notice this thing your technician is more interested in selling the accessories like descaling power etc. I guess either there is margin for them to sell it or this is the only thing they know.

Recently I was at home, and I also notice abnormal vibration and noise. I had raise complain for this, there was a technician visit. He didn't bother about the noise and vibration but was selling descaling powder. When I insisted He checked the machine again and told me as one of the machine feet is broken its due to this. He told me we will bring the machine feet next time and will fix it. I waited for 1 week but he didn't return. So I called the customer care on 9th March to my surprise they told me, my complaint was closed without confirming with me. The customer care guy assured me there will be an engineer visit within next 24 hrs and the broken feet will be replace without cost.

From 9th March I keep calling customer care almost without missing any day but no one care. Finally engineer visited on 1st April (22 days come back time) then he told me it is not the feet which is broken but the screw in the cabinet is broken. ( I am not surprise that the dialogue by the first technician was wrong but it show how well trained are your so called technicians) Instant of fixing the real issue of cabinet He replace all the four foot of the Machine and handed me a bill of 1186. IFB Industries Washing machine

I have had the worst experience with your customer care. Its been 2 weeks & your customer care is making me to go round in circles to resolve one issue. Moreover your technician has taken Rs. 1800 (even though the washing machine was in warranty period) stating due to water, the machine was not rinsing nor drying. - Ticket Number [protected]

Its very frustrating to speak to your customer care...instead of resolving things, they have made things worst by logging one ticket after another & then asking me to wait for 2 days for each ticket. They don't bother to resolve the old tickets & keep logging new tickets..Haven't seen such dumb people/process.

Overall, its a frustrating to deal with IFBcustomer care & repenting for buying an IFB Washing Machine...I've brought washing machine of other brands & they have worked for 7 to 10 years without ANY issue.

IFB Industries Washing machine

As I had already registered a complaint for the fully automatic washing machine, till now the problem is not resolved.

I had talked to customer care in the morning and they have registered a new ticket no.again.

My ticket nos. are following:
25th October 16- [protected]
7th November 16- [protected]
11th November-16- [protected]

Customer care again gave the no.of Mr Mohit Pathania who is again lingering the service and now his no.is switched off.

Apart, from it I had recieved a call yesterday i.e. 10th November from [protected] that service will be done today but still 11th November day is going to end.

Even I had recieved a text that your problem is resolved and pls text yes or no if you are satisfied with our service. Send text to [protected].
Really surprising... As complaint is pending and every time they our registering a new complaint and closing the previous one.

Will it be resolved... I think now need to proceed for legal action.
