they signed me up without permission, over drafted my saving's account, want my refund, they tell you to go to www.cancelidtheft.com&fill refund form out, when you go there, there's no refund form to fillout.

I.D.Theft.com...same here.I needed a paydayloan to keep a check from going nsf.I did not get the loan and was debited 31.98 instead for theft protection that I distincly remember checking NO!needless to say both checks bounced, so I dont know what will happen from here.I called and cancelled I.D. Theft and I cant find the form.
