Scam charges!

I have already notified the bank of these unauthorized charges and still this company takes money out of my account every month. There is no way to get a hold of them just this e-mail address. I have no clue what this is for and I never authorized this.

What do you mean you didn't authorize for it? Have you read the disclaimer? Well, the fact that you don't have a clue about what it is means you didn't read carefully. It's posted on the site, on the first page, in bold fonts, right above the "continue" button. Don't tell me you just signed up without reading it. Seriously, I don't think it's right to blame the company for your negligence.

It's posted on the site what those transactions are for. You can check them again if you want. If you don't know what it's about, then it's obvious you didn't really read the terms. Next time, you may want to do so, since it will save you lots of trouble.
