Unauthorized withdrawal overdrew my account

This company took $29.99 from my checking account which I did not authorize. I have never even heard of them. I found them on the internet and tried calling their contact number. The person I spoke to was rude and obnoxious. In addition, they refused to refund my money. Does anyone know how I can stop them from doing it again (I have asked my bank to block any further transactions but I want to be sure they don't get any more of my money. Also, has anyone been able to get their money refunded? Someone needs to stop these people!

I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS PRODUCT OR WHATEVER IT IS THEY SELL, AND IF I DID I NEVER RECEIVED ANY NOTICE, THEY DEDUCTED 28.95 FROM MY ACC'T. NOW I HAVE A NEGATIVE BALANCE.. I WOULD LOVE TO PRESS CHARGES FOR NOT INFORMING YOU THAT THERE TAKING MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACC'T..THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS .

I checked my bank account and I was charged $28.95 and I don't know why. If I can be notified of why I would gladly appreciated.

I was charged 28.95 also and I do not even know what for, does any one have a phone number? Left me over drawn now my bank is charging me 25 dollars over draft fee. I am pissed off.

Didnt Authorize.
I didnt authorize 28.95 from my acct. I would love to press charges for taking money whith out my consent. I dont know anything about this company and i dont know what they sell. I would appreciate if someone can help me. My email address is lastenia37@aol.com.

THEY TOOK $29.95 THEN $28.95 A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER FROM MY BANK ACCT AND THAT CAUSED ME TO GET OVERDRAFT CHARGES AND FIGHT WITH MY BANK TO GET THE MONEY BACK AND TO STOP PAYMENT ON THEIR WITHDRAW.

Somehow this company got my banking information and deducted $29.99 out of my account. I called the company and they could not tell me who authorized for this to happen. They said they would cancel the subscription to identity theft online services but they could not refund my money. This company must have gotten information from a hacker. I am notifying the authorities in Seminole, FL.. I urge you to do the same if this has happened to you.

I would not recommend going through the company to get your money back. This usually leads to dead ends, being on hold forever, etc.

The way to get your money back is to go through your bank/credit union. There are rules set in place by NACHA (National ACH Association) that protect consumers like yourself from these types of scams. All you need to do is go to your bank/credit union and fill out a Written Statement Under Penalty of Perjury. This form states that you never authorized IDOnLock to take money from your account. Once you have signed this form, your bank/cu MUST put a stop on EVERYTHING from IDOnLock, refund your money that was sent to them, PLUS any NSF charges you may have incurred.

The only catch is the debits have to be within the past 60 calendar days from when you file the complaint.

On December 12th, I was searching for a payday loan. Noticed that i had been enrolled in idonlock. Went to the website and got the phone number and immediately called and canceled.

When i received my bank statement, noticed that they had charged me $29.95 that was charged to me on the 16th of December. I am furious that they can get away with this.

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF SCAMMERS WHO ADVERTIZE PRODUCTS FREE FOR A SMALL FEE LIKE ONLY 1.95 SHIPPING AND HANDLING IN BOLD PRINT AND AT THE BOTTOM in very tiny print THEY TELL YOU IF YOU DON;T CANCEL IN A CERTAIN NUMBER OF DAYS THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY START PUTTING THIER GRUBBY PAWS IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND START HELPING THEM SELVES TO YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I have recently been looking through my acct, and have noticed this company has been taking out money from my checking since dec. 08, I contacted company to advise I never allowed this, and they sent me back a confirmation stating they would cancel my acct. But I told them I never authorized this transaction and now they still haven't tried to contact me about this situation
