I took a look at the IDCustServ.com site, and in really small print at the bottom it does talk about $31.98 monthly fee, but it's almost a scam to make it so small that no one will even notice it.
I"ve read through your comments and many others on the Complaints Board site about IDCustServ.com. they are not uncommon for the type of wesite you mentioned. I am a Certifiied Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist, like what a CPA is to accounting I am to helping people who have been scammed in the area of fraud and identity theft. What you have described is cetainly abuse and boarders on fraud, but it happens to people every day.
There is a way to deal with this company and have your rights protected and respected and to quickly resolve your problem.
