ID Fraud - never ordered, but they have Bank acct #

We never ordered WuYi tea. Orders started showing up. Cancelled & returned product the first time. Funds are being withdrawn from our bank account, so it has to be ID theft.
We don't know how they got our info, but cancelling is proving quite the fight. Getting our money back is even worse.
Second, getting our bank to help us makes me think the bank is nothing but thieves (That is US Bank) also. They say I OK'd the fund transfer, but I can't cancel the fund transfers. Figure that one out.
