ICICI Bank very hevay intrest chages

Dear sir,
Sir I use icici cridet card card no #### of outstainding is rs 85, 000.00 which is I not pay regulary so I request the above bank manager I ready to pay the amount in emi but thire not ready to take the emi and doing me harsements and use wrong words after thire has infrom me I pay monthly rs7.072.00 per month in 18 months so I seen this come very heavy intrest rate so I lot request them but not here and doing thorcrhing to me and thire finaly told me if I not pay so I face problem I see this all things I finaly dised cont to you on this matter,
I request you please do me need full help me on this matter and make the emi in 24 months of rs 85000.00 im ready to pay this much amount only in emi only, and I want infrom to you I have three childrens if I pay thethis much amount to icici bank so how was see them you see this all facts and help me.

ICICI Bank locked card

My credit card was issued in 2004, I have locked the card few months back, after using the card for 5 years. When I requested the reissual of card they told it will be chargeable. The points earned by me were transfered to imint account, which is a useless account.

ICICI Bank credit card swiped twice

On 18th of June, 2009 I bought fuel of Rs 1000 from ANAND FILLING STATION, New Delhi using my ICICI credit card. But my credit card bill showed an amount of 1000 and another amount of 520 from the same petrol pump on the same day.

It seems that the petrol pump staff swiped my card twice, once for the right amount (Rs 1000) and other for a wrong amount (Rs. 520). I have signed the slip of Rs. 1000 and never signed for Rs 520. ICICI bank has sent me the slip of Rs 520, which shows my credit card details but the signatures are not mine.

Though the amount in not a big one but I am reluctant to pay the amount for which I have never been given the fuel.

I have launched a complaint for the same with the ICICI bank but all in vain. As per ICICI normal process they cancelled my credit card and reissued a new credit card to me. But today they have sent me an email showing their inability and asking me to pay this amount (Rs 520).

I need to register a complaint against the ICICI bank for their inability in resolving my case. Request your guidance in order to resolve the case.

My ICICI credit card no is: [protected].

I have wrong ICICI LOMBARD policy chareges put on my ICICI credit card.

This issue start on Sep 2008, My husband have recieved call from ICICI Lombard for Mediclame Policy, He have listen compete call but showed no interst in theie policy as He have already had the same policy of diferent company. But after that thay are saying it is whole family policy
But i was shocked to see the insurance policy chares in my mothly statement. regarding this i have called first ICICI custmer care and later ICICI Lombard .
We have not recieved any polocy document from ICICI Lumbard after receiving policy document I shocked to see it was ony singal policy instead of family policy again I have called first ICICI custmer care and later ICICI Lombard .to change my policy but they started taking very roudly & started puting my calles on hold till i cut the call.
I again call ICICI cutomer care but they also not helped to resolved the issue.
Than .After lot of calles with ICICI Lumbard they have cancelled my policy and after three months
In March 2009 i have finally blocke my card to sotp the instalments going every mont o ICICI Lombard, all in when.
In August i have recieved first call from ICICI recovery dept to whome i have told whole issue of my account, but they said they cant help only suggest me to pay the outstanding.
After that in SEPT i have recived same call from ICICI how also not helped me.
from OCT 2009 i have recived hundreds of call from delhi, These peoples were taking very roudly and have no manners of taking. I am fedup of there calles & feel harrashed.
In 2nd April I got mail from ICICI Bank Credit Cards Team. I Reply that mail to rsolve this issue. again I got mail on 6th july 2009 & four mail in Sep 2009, two mail in October, & 3 mail in Nov I tolk to Ms kalpana, jyoti, luxmi on 17th Nov 2009 Salma in Hyderabad ICICI Bank Credit Cards Team. On 26th nov 2009 talk to Mr. Purn Chander he also denied to help.
After that i have written lot of mails to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com in to resolve the issue but not recieved any help.
In April 2009 i was get cheated by Mr. of ICICI caller who told me that he will settel my account in only the service charges.
maybe clloection agent but now recieved a letter from ICICI Credit Card Line marked my bank A/c [protected] and. Rs.5243.61 line in my bank A/C This is my last request is that is any one avaliable there in ICICI who have the rights to solve this issue.
if not then dont expect any thing from me.

ICICI Bank reversal of late fee payment

Dear sir/madam,
I am sundarajan yokesh. My card number is xxxx. Iam holding this card for past 3 yrs. My last statement date is 18/11/09. The last statement shows late payment fee, service tax, intrest charges&service tax of total amount of rs 2901.92.
I have deposited a hdfc bank cheque at kalmandapam icici atm holding an amount of
Cheque amount rs 35778/- cheque no: 063549 cheque date:31/10/09cheque holder's name :s. Venkatesan
But the statement shows that the cheque was been received on 11/11/09.
Please verify my past records, there was no default on these past 3 years. I dropped the chequeon 31/10/09, but the statement shows the date 11/11/09. However i'll see to next payment making a evenmore earlier payment on the correct due date. Please consider this humble request & do me this favour.

ICICI Bank exchange rate

I have transferred $24, 396 via MoneyToIndia power transfer on Nov 25th . Money got credited to my account within 24 hours, on Nov 26th. at the conversion rate of Rs. 45.87, instead of the advertised exchange rate of Rs. 46.17130 on your website. I lost Rs: 7325.515 (after deducting their foreign currency conversion charge and service tax), due to this discrepancy.
I understand that their conversion rate changes two/three times in a day. I have been monitoring the exchange rate from your website since I gave the wire instruction to my bank at 10AM on Nov 25th. I have saved screenshots from different times fro 25th and 26th. It never went below Rs: 46 for USD 24000+.
This has happened to me before also, but I did not have any evidence to prove the conversion rate then. I have been very cautious this time to prevent such an incident.
I have called your Customer Care number and they could not help me with this issue.

No such thing like free gift when money sent first time and when called CS they said to mail them and the cycle went 3 times but still they ask to mail some wanker nri service but nothing happened... unsatisfied beneficiary,

sent money few times thru M2I, but never got shown exchange rate, when phoned CS always the same answer "we are sorry" "am sorry"
proper rip off ...

Please be careful with icici Money to India, Icici got worst customer care service if u would like to cancel the money to India account u never able to
cancel ur account. They will have ur social security no and everything but they never cancel ur account. I asked to cancel my account please read the reply mail from Icici Bank

With respect to your mail we would like to inform you that we are unable to cancel/ delete the user ID.

However you can reset the password or alternatively you can create the new user ID.

You can disable the old user id by 3 wrong attempts while login.

ICICI Money2India cannot be trusted if you want to transfer moneyto non-ICICI bank. I initiated the trasnfer one week ago, using power transfer service, and it is still not transferred to the beneficiary. They have this cheap way of making money by holding your funds. There is no guarantee if they will even transfer the amount. I would highly discourage anyone from using it.

ICICI Bank hypothication charge in vehicle registration certificate without loan

Dear Sir,

I have applied a loan for Piaggio-ape 3wheeler through Icici Dsa at tinsukia (assam) & they have issued delivery order in the name of the vehicle dealer. After delivery vhicle got registration charged in the Icici bank hypothication name. But, after sometimes icici, commercial vehicle division Manager, Nitumoni goswami inf0rmed me through their dsa that they have stoped finance & my vehicle has not financed by Icici. As a good relation with vehicle dealer i have cleared the balance amount within 6 month directly to dealer.

But, main trouble is the bank charge name as loan in my vehicle registration certificate. I & my representative have contacted all concerned person of Icici commercial vehicle division office like, Biswajit Majumdar, Talukdar, Nitumani Goswami, Maheswari at Kolkotta office many times in last 3 years of time but noone help me in this regard & till date i am struggling for NOC from Icici. The same case happened with many people at Tinsukia.

I want to sale my vehicle but due to hypo charge nobody interested to purchase. I am very much upset.

The people of Icici bank having no humanity they only know how to earn money.

ICICI Bank qabchgs deducted by icici bank

I am the a/c holder of ICICI Bank from last 3.5 years, I am having a zero balance a/c, Now they have started charging Rs.827 under this category (QABChgs). I am not aware what type of charges are these. They never informed me regarding these charges either by Email or by Letter. Who has given right to ICICI bank to deduct the money without informing us. Because we kept the money in Bank that give right to Bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted twice from my a/c.

ICICI Bank harrasment

Case: An employee of ICICI bank collections branch at RPG in Mumbai is continually calling and mentally harassing me, putting baseless allegations and trying to establish false relationships.
ICICI Employee name: Mr. Nityanand

Assistant manager for collections, based at ICICI Mumbai as mentioned by him
Background: One of employee of my company Mr. Sateesh Sudani seems to have defaulted a credit card payment, this credit card was issued to him in 2005 by Icici bank in Mumbai (Information as shared by Mr. Nityanand).
Currently Sateesh Sudani is an employee of Our Company – Delta Technology and Management Services Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad.
Mr. Nityanand is continually calling me and asking me to make Mr. Sateesh Contact Mr. Nityanand. I want to make it very clear that Nor Me Neither my company is responsible for this situation and are not a part of this situation.
Mr. Nityanand behaved very rudely and completely unmannered with me without any reason and is continually trying to harass me mentally, cause mental tension, establish baseless relations and allegations.
I would request you to take stringent action against such employee and make sure they do not repeat this again.
I never had a relationship with Icici bank but after this would never like to or refer Icici bank to anyone. I will be forced to take legal action if the harassment doesn’t stop immediately.

ICICI Bank home loan

Subj : Illegal charges and holding up info for reduction in Interest rates

Dear Sir,

I and my friend are ICICI bank home loan account holders (LBABD000003524000) for past 5 years. On several occasions the bank has reduced the interest rates as per the RBI guidelines and financial condition in the market.
During that period I have got to know that bank has deliberately withheld to inform us reduction in interest rates so as to switch over to the lesser rate. It has been repeatedly brought to the notice of the bank authorities during personal visit to SG highway branch and also spoken telephonically on their customer service no [protected].
They would have an explanation that we have already released an Ad in news paper for the same (which newspaper nobody knows) since it’s difficult for them to send letters to every customers though even our mobile no is registered. Strange but true that when there is a hike in the rate of Interest there is immediately letter issued to our residence stating the hike as well as increase in no of installments. Clear case of open manipulation.

Secondly when I have gone to the bank for changing the interest rate on the existing loan bank has also been charging switch charges (.2%) Is that LAW VALID AS PER RBI RULES? CAUSE OTHER PVT BANKS LIKE IDBI DO NOT CHARGE THE SAME.

Even was informed when I asked the bank for closing my loan account and transferring it to other bank, we shall be forced to PAY FORECLOSURE CHARGES which is NOT VALID AS PER RBI RULES ( AS PER NEWS INFO IN TIMES OF INDIA DATED 22ND SEPT)

We request to take up the matter with ICICI sternly and get a permanent suitable solution for the same cause otherwise we will approach to consumer court as well as file an RTI to this effect.

ICICI Bank reversal of incorrect extra charges

Dear Sir,
i, Lt Col rameshwar gupta am holding an ICICI Bank Credit Card with No [protected]. i had deposited a cheque of Rs 2679.50, cheque No 010961 dated 27 Aug 2009 at ICICI Bank sadar Bazar, Agra.however, in your statement it is shown as cash payment thereby forceing an extra charge of Rs 110.00 without any fault of mine.

when i went to deposit my next payment of Rs 1495.00, i was told to deposit the amount with out the extra charges, as it would be refunded later by Ms Kavita Gupta of sanjay place Br, Agra.

When i got my next statement i was shocked to see that i had to pay interest charges summing up to Rs 317.81.

i kindly request you to reverse the Extra charges as there is no fault at my end. may i request you to kindly intimate the same to me on my mobile No [protected] or mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com

This is in reference to my above-mentioned credit card payment for the month of September 2017 falling due in the month of October 2017. The total amount generated was Rs. 3824/- and a cheque vide no. 911065 dated 14-10-2017 drawn on Vijaya Bank amounting Rs. 3900/- was dropped at your Luxmi Nagar Branch {Maharaja Banquet, Luxmi Nagar, Delhi}. But, when I got my next billing statement generated for the month of November 2017, there had been “Late Payment Charges” and “Interest Charges” amounting to Rs. 728/- approx. citing reasons that your last payment has not been received.

The statement was received by me on 03-11-2017, but why I had been started off getting calls from your end before the statement is received by the customer at least. And, also to mention that once you have applied late payment charges or interest etc, then why it reflects that an IMMEDIATE payment to be made, given that next billing cycle/payment due date fall in the mid of November 2017. There had been at least two three calls a day to make a payment, even before I could have received my statement as and when it falls due. Also it was found that my cheque has already been received at your end before the stipulated date and if there had been any delay after that, it’s the default at your end. If any of the default is at the customer then he/she should be intimated well in advance so they can look out for possible solutions. I think this is the reason why all details such as name; contact information etc. is mentioned on the cheque, so as to let them know if there is problem on their part.

It had been more than 15 days that cheque has been lying at your branch but I had not been intimated of the same. The cheque should have been returned to me in time or my local bank or me itself should have been intimated from your end. Also the messages that a customer gets in regards to the payment deposit clearly says “Please deposit so and payment …. And ignore the message if already paid.”, but nowhere down the line it reflects about any of the discrepancies on customer cheques, the reason which your department has cited. Also if I would have known about the issues in time, I would have either made the payment in cash or issued another cheque so as to avoid any of the charges that have been applied. Nowhere down the line it’s a customer default and therefore you are requested to resolve the issues as early possible.

My father owns a credit card of ICICI bank with a credit limit of Rs.18,000. Without any use of the card it declines when swiped. They no provided on the card which is 020-[protected] has been constantly on an engaged mode. Do not know who to speak to either?Ridiculous...

Sir/Madam,

I am a Mid aged wrking lady and i was having ICICI Banks credit card. Last years in month of march i found unknown transaction on credit card statement. The details given was: amount Rs. 25000/ approx for Nokia mobile purchase from shop S.R Telecom Khar on dated 19 mar 2017. I was shocked because i had never visited that shop in my life time and i gave written complaint about it to bank (Complaint no. SRXXXX) within a month but bank took no action. When i talk to bank representative, she told me if i pay amount Rs. 3700/ approx. bank will settle the things by sending zero balance statement. Also the representative threat me, that if i dont pay i will be in trouble. That was difficult time as i was pregnant and i was mentally upset as collection agents had started for visiting to my office place. So i paid Rs. 3700/- approx. in excess to bank but next month i got a statement which mentioned above transaction as a 'Desputed'. But still Bank applied a interest and service charges on same transaction. I send several reminders to bank, gives visits to Andheri and Lower parel branch but no one pays heed to my complaint. Bank keeps on sending me statements with more and more demands and threats on telephones and visits to office place by collection agents.After watching my nervous condition, one of my friend advised me to tell these thing to my husband otherwise things will affect to my baby also. So i told all the problem to my husband. We cut the credit card and it in drop box. My husband also visited to bank at andheri and asked for proof of transaction but invain. One day when my husband was carring my mobile, he got a call from collection agent of ICICI bank and that man gave bad words to my husband. We made police complaint in chembur police station. In month of november i got a baby boy. My husband wrote a email to Mr. Kamat (MD) ICICI bank by CC to Reserve Bank Of India and ICICI customer care service. Then my husband got call from ICICI bank service manager meghana kazi. We asked for proof about the transaction and after some days we got another shock after receiving proof (image file) of purchase receipt of mobile. Signature on the receipt was not exactly matching to mine but some one had tried to make my signatures. As we went to police station to make a complaint, police officer on duty refused to take complaint and threat us that if we make complaint, my whole family will be suffer.
Still bank is sending statement along with phone calls from collection agents and amount has become over Rs. 50, 000/- due to interest on a purchase of mobile which i have never purchased and seen. New charges 'Overlimit' Rs. 500/ are also get added. Three days before i got a legal notice from solicitor of ICICI bank with demand of Rs. 50, 000/ + within 7 days.

Kindly help me as my whole family is disturbed by such a bad experience by ICICI bank credit card service. I also warn people about this service from ICICI bank.

i have EMI credit card, by chance i have used for RS.5600/- one time only and i have made payment same day with all intrest charges, when i got information on SMS, because i do'nt received any statement

now they are charging late payment charges, interest on late payment charges. i have cancelled my card through customer care but till date they have saying your card on hold . your card transfered to recovery department . your recovery department people threating me for payment. I have launch complianed with our area police station.

they again called me for settlement for 400/-rs. I have paid but till date i have not received any no dues certificate. but i have received Mail stmt of rs.2600/- Aprox.

After subscribing ICICI credit Card i have received call from them saying that they will deduct my Reliance Phone bill directly through my credit card but before that i will receive Confirmation call from their side. I havent recive any Confirmation call from their side and after 2 months i have recived SMS that amount of RS.4200/- deducted from my credit card on account of bill Payment. Immidetly i call them and ask to reverse the payment and they have confirm that they have deleted the same from my account and they will reverse the payment next day again i have receive SMS that your request of Address change have been processed and now after 15 days i received bill of 4200/- from ICICI bank.

I had got loan amount of Rs 9.50 lac from ICICI home loan branch .But during this period, I have been tortured in many ways. Please see this behave:-
(1) In Shivpuri, there is no office, so no question of responsible officer.
(2) I get calls from hyderabad, nearly I have got calls approximately 1000
(3) I never got my statement of A/c. hence a no of installments have been misappropriated.
(4) TO get A/c statement, I should go to gwalior and pay extra. If you do not pay money you can not see the A/c, hence to make fraud again and again.
(5) After payment of installment, my loan should be reduced but criminally they have enhanced it. can any intelligent person audit my A/C but w/o paying money –perhaps auditor shall not be able to check the A/C.
(6) I wonder how Bank has varied installment amount and penalties again and again ..is there no rule in this “jungle raj”.
Please,
(1) appoint some sincere officer to investigate the frauds and
(2) pay compensation of rs-1.50 lac
if you do not look upon the matter, I shall no option but to file the criminal case against jungle raj.

I have joined the icici bank at hanumangarh as fos in RMAG. I have done my work very well whichever is assigned to me. On the joining I have informed that my basic salary is 3500/- & the incentive is on the basis of performance. I have joined at 20 dec 2017.ON 1 may 2017 I have leave the RMAG. Different reasons behind that & one of them is the salary disburse to me. I have received only 13600(approx.) till march & till now I have not received my april salary. The reason behind that the FOS code mentioned in AOF is changed in BIKANER by anybody & I have proof of that. I have some AOF who sourced by me & codes are change in the bikaner. In this matter of April salary I heard that all fos in bikaner is received his salary but we are not.

ICICI Bank refund for rs 130500.00

We are very much disatisfied with the services of ICICI Bank Ltd, A-31, Anand Vihar Branch, Karkar Dooma, Delhi - 110092.

On 23rd October 2009, we had deposited a cheque for Bank Rs 145000.00 in ICICI Bank of HDFC Bank. The cheque was cleared by HDFC Bank and we were surprised to note that ICICI Bank gave us a credit for Rs 14500.00 instead of Rs 145000.00

We called the Branch Manager Mr Nearaj at his mobile number & he did not take the matter seriously & told us that he is not in the bank & advise us to talk in the branch.

Finally, we had sent the complaint letter to ICICI branch at Anand Vihar for the refund of our balance amount Rs 130500.00

This is really a harrasment to ICICI Bank Ltd customers. Besides this, we have lots and lots of complaints against this branch. Cash Deposit takes lot of time, printers does not work properly, server system is always down, draft mistakes in figure & words & many more.

Last week ur chennai nungambakkam office executive Mr. venkatesh & his manager came to my home n take my above mentioned policy renewel payment thru my icici credit card. (swiped) but not yet response n they said my brother Mr. R. Madhan kumar policy only renewed myself and my family policy notable to processed so i said to mr. venkatesh and his manager pl cancel my brother's policy and my family policy also but he is not giving correct answer n he said already we reverse that amount to ur credit card n he is not taking any further action n there is no response from ur side.

i m not satisfied ur service (mr. venkates & his manager not given the correct information also ur mount road (opp. to lic) office staff ms. dhanalaxmi & gayathri said nungambakkam office staff not able to proceed ur family policy, daily ur chennai telecalling people called me sir this is not correct bla bla bal... ... (mr. venkates & his manager is not correct) so cancel my all policy i dont't want ur icici lombard policy. also pl take serious action to this person's.

ICICI Bank qabchgs

ICICI Bank is worst ...I have an account [protected] with ICICI bank, Koramangala branch, Bangalore. I have been told that min balance should be 5000rs. Though Iam maintaining the min balance, ICICI bank deducted 827rs with out my notice. Not sure the reason for this.
On 22-Octl-2009, there is sudden debit of Rs.827 by the description: "QABChgs, ----+ST77". For which there has been no intimation or explanation. It had repeated coutple of time with me.

Please help to revert the charges for which there has been no explanation or reason or hearing.

ICICI bank is really a criminal bank!
They have cut the same amount of 900 twice. It's not a small amount but a substantial percentage of my saving ! As far as i correctly remember, my account was zero balance or atleast a 5k for last four years and not a single rupee has been cut unnecessarily when i was there in country. If they have revised their policy, customers deserve to be notified at least! They have no right to cut a single penny without my authorization! If they have some charges on my name, ideally they should notify me first and get my authorization. If i don't comply, they can drag me to court but cannot touch MY ACCOUNT without my authorization! I am not in country so can't do anything other than watching helplessly my saving getting diminished day by day!
If we can unite and can file a group consumer court complaint against this dacoit bank, this will be great!
Can anyone advice how to seriously take up this matter and also penalize the bank for creating psychological trauma.

ICICI Bank harassment by bank employees of icici

I have been receiving numerous calls from the nos. [protected] from the past 8 months .These calls come after every 15 to 20 days where the bank employees ask for some [Gautam Gaikwad] who has taken a car loan and is yet to repay it. And my no. has been given. This is a total fraud. The person who has been granted the loan has given a fake no and i fail to understand so as to how the employees of ICICI haven`t made any cross checks before granting the loan to the person.This is totally un-professional and intolerable. Let me make it clear that even after repeatedly telling them that they are calling up on the wrong no. no sort of action has been taken by them and they continue to harass us with those calls. Please look into the issue and please i repeat please try and resolve this issues asap and save us any kind of further harassment.

It is matter of regert that i am getting numerous calls from above numberv by your bank employees for last 4-6 monthsasking for Mr.Rajesh kumer we have been told to your employees that this number is beloining to the undersigned but inspite of refuse several times after a gap of 4-5 days we are receiving the same call asking for the same person it is an harressment to the undersigned & the members of the family. undersigned is not expecting such type of calls from bank like ICICI. i once against request wants the person who are repetadly dialing my number ( 022- [protected]) hope you will take necessary steps to avoid unnecessary harressment

ICICI Bank fraudulent transfer from my account

Hi There,

I have a problem with ICICI bank, there was an unknown transfer of Rs.52000 from my accout to an unknown account with out my knowledge. When I contact the customer care they keep neglecting and postponing the issue.

ICICI Bank excess charges levied

No statement recd since july, 09 till date. As card is used not frequently on 3/10/09 I did purchase of petrol of rs 1500/but card was declined.
After contacting customercare today and lodging complaint I came to know that as there is an outstanding of rs 4100/which includes transaction value rs 3198/ of sept, 09 and late payment charges levied since last two months alongwith interest as such card is blocked. Since last four years I have this card but have never defaulted in payment when statement recd. As such I am really suprised at such irresponsible behaviour of the bank & request all charges be reversed
