They recently called me and said they had a pre-approved family to buy my timeshare. They asked me for 1200 dollars up front to cover all the costs of selling my timeshare. I haven't had any communication from them after sending them my credit card information. I am really pissed that I didn't read these reports online first.

SCAM...SCRAM..SCAM. I was contacted by iCare Timeshare and was told they could sell my timeshare. I told them to mail me the contract and info for me to review and sign. They took my credit card number and it was not to be charged until I signed the contract. This occured in late October and they will not answer my calls or return messages. I have sent my complaint to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and consumer Services. I have not recieved any up date from them but it has only been a week since I contacted them. Anyone needing help try http://www.doacs.state.fl.us/ an file your complaint.
