True. Harassment was there in 2001 when I joined. There was no other choice for me then. IT was new to India, I could not step outside, I don't have the habit of changing companies. Very bad people. Bad CEO Suresh Kumar. Bad HR Director William Paul. There was a worse COO at that time his name is Suresh Chakravarthy. During training, he said "We are a good company, and have high values, we have come to do "Human Relations". After that he mentioned, we are going to induce "mild fear" in you (during training). I thought he was joking, but no - he was a psychopath who lost his bonkers when he went to america, and during the 2001 recession, he had no other place to plunder, but invaded India claiming he was an expat and wanted to do "human relations". Just another East India Company, this time, expats Suresh Kumar and Suresh Chakravarthy are the cause of it. Very dishonest people. I even spoke to the then HR director of Pershing - Jon Scheller, but he's also a fraud. Not a good company. In 2001, they invaded then, but now, I think there are better options.

Very true . There are many managers so submissive and they get profit for themselves . They gain name for themselves on others' efforts. What the true developer gets is a betrayal and some money but no exposure . If you are looking to join this company, then consider it when you are in late 50's when you will a couple of years to retire. No process is followed here . If you are ready to lick boot of these brainless managers, then you will survive long.

iNautix a bank of new york mellon company is the worst ever company as it is fully now controlled by pershing and other humanless people like suresh kumar. he has been the most important case of turning this company so bad because of selfish politics and so on. people who just do "chingchak" to him like ashok bhat, karunakaran danasekaran are the ones who does maximum amount of politics and grow very quickly in this place. they keep everything under the table and no openness in anything like hikes, promotion, favoritism, etc I have spoiled 7+ years of my career sitting there and earning nothing...heavilyl feeling for the same. please dont ever join this company as this has no future anymore with brian shea, suresh kumar at the top of the management and these heavy politics folks at indian management screwed up the place...not worth to work for this place...no benefits for employees
