| This is the worst company to ever deal with! I received a fax from New York Textile in February of this year (2008) advertising cheap prices and fast shipping and all the works. When I ordered 50 boxes of supplies in February, the ladies in the office who answered the phones were so nice and it seemed like it was a good company. They told me my order would be received by next week (first week of March). Ok, so March rolls around. I call the next week to check on my order, they say it will be shipped on Friday. Ok, so thats fine, it still seems reliable, I'll go ahead and order a few more items-big mistake. Well here is the second week of March, and I'm getting worried that my first order still hasn't come in. I call the company and they tell me that my order will be in the next week. So, when I don't receive it the next week, I call again. Also, these calls aren't any walks in the park. Once you call them, you are connected to shipping or accounting or something, then put on hold for 30-40 minutes, then either you get tired and hang up, or they disconnect the phone. Now I finally receive a shipment (first order) in the middle of April. Out of the 50 boxes, only 8 boxes are sent. I call the company, they tell me that the rest will be there next week. The entire process of calling, being put on hold is again reenacted. It is now the last week of April, and I receive 9 more boxes of the 50 that were initially ordered. So this is a total of 17 boxes out of the 50 ordered in February. Please note that nothing of the second shipment that was made at the beginning of March has come in. Once again, I start my process of calling every other day, and if I call on Monday or Tuesday, they will tell me that it is being shipped on Friday. If I call on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, they say it will be shipped on Monday. This shipment never comes in. Your probably thinking, why did this manager keep trying even though there seems to be no hope whatsoever. Well, the prices are unbelievably cheap. But now that it is the beginning of July, I have decided that I have spent enough of my life "on hold" for this bogus company. Just before I searched for this forum, I requested a full refund on my second order and the refund on my 33 boxes that I still have not received. I put on the email that if I don't receive a reply by next week, I will contact the better business bureau. In conclusion, never ever ever order anything from this company, ever. |
