I have been charged during the last three months without any authorization and I have called to the toll free number and I never get a satisfactory answer. Please stop this company of doing that.

I also get automatically subscribed to the living lean website for $19.95/month when I ordered the tea.

I ordered the one month trial of Wu-YI Source tea. As delicious as it was, I cancelled any future shipments and told them the tea was not work $29.95/month. They shipped it anyway and when I opened the box, the box looked the same but did not have the date when the leaves were picked. The original tea was a nice dark nonbitter tea. The 3 boxes they sent without permission and are charging me 29.95/month is an inferior tea. The outside wrapping has their name on it, the first box did not. It was in a plain wrapper and the tea is weak and brews a pale yellow color. I tried to email the teahelp.usa or whatever the email address is and SURPRISE, the email was returned.

I did the same thing, I ordered the trail period. I didn't see any change in my weight. I got charged from Wu-Yi Source as well as for LiveLifeLean. I called them (using the number on my bank statement) and couldn't even understand the person I was talking to. I asked who they were and why I got charged. They said they were part of Wu-Yi tea that I order, it was an additional membership that I was signed up to for ordering the tea. I told him I wanted to cancel the membership and get reimbursed for the fee they took out of my account. He keep telling me he can extend my membership. I was getting really upset at this point. I said.. You don't understand I want to cancel the membership and I will be reimbursed for the fee I have sent an email to cancel the tea (since I was told it had to be done in writing over email).

As of today, I still have not been reimbursed for the tea or LiveLifeLean membership fee. I resent the email I sent to Wu-Yi and this time put a deliverary confirmation on the email. I really don't know what to do and how to get them to stop taking money out of my bank account. Anyone that can give me advise I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
