Hydroderm - fraud

I oredered the Bodyshape product and after 4 months have seen absolutely no change. I wanted to cancel my order, they send a two month supply for $69 at a time, and when I tried to go to the member login site, the webpage no longer existed. I went to the main website and found no area for login so I called the customer service number, which is no longer in service. After more research, I found four other phone numbers all of which were either not in service or wrong numbers. This company is a farce!

I ended up requesting a new card from my credit card company so as to avoid any future charges. This whole expereince has taken two days to solve and now I have to contact three other REPUTABLE companies once I receive my new card to give them the new information.

Hydroderm - do not want this product sent and charged to my bankcard - this was without my permission

I received a sample and paid $5.95. I never authorized them to continue sending me the product automatically. I have been charged TWICE on one bank statement. On was $84 and the other was $89.95. I cannot reach them on any of their phone numbers not am I able to log in to their website. Something is very unethical - I don't know what is going on with them, but I want to issue a formal complaint. I have contacted my back about this issue. I want this resolved - I don't need the extra stress!

Hydroderm - Cancellation of account/return of unused portion

Unable to reach company by phone and/or online. Phone system cuts you off everytime you reach a customer service representative. Online address is bogus and does not work. Have been trying to reach the company for over 3 weeks to return the items and cancel the account. Need to have a company representative contact me for a RMA return merchandise number and to cancel account.
This company should be prosecuted for fraud and missrepresentation.

My elderly father has received 2 shipments of Hydroderm products within the last 2 weeks. He did not order these products and is entangled with a perpetual billing/ship cycle. Hydroderm or aka Body Shape is not registered with the Secretary of State in California or with the Secretary of State in our state, under either name. Which means they are NOT authorized to conduct business in either state. This potentially presents legal problems on a state level for this company, if these are the business names they use. You can request a copy of their current Charter ID# with your local secretary of state. They usually post this information online for all registered/active businesses.

I will not follow the RMA return policy as described on their invoice to return the products, as this would imply that there was an actual order agreement between this company and my father. Anyone who has received these products without requesting them or through identity theft should not recognize their terms and conditions for return, since there is no REAL contract that exists. I will request Hydroderm/Body Shape's UPS account # to return all products COLLECT through their account and expense.

I will also send with my request for their shipping account # a copy to our local District Attorney's office to pursue a criminal investigation. Our state criminal codes 14:68.6 (Unauthorized ordering of goods or services) and 14:73:5 (Computer Fraud) seem to be applicable for this situation. I am not an attorney nor do I have any legal background; however, I have found several very useful criminal code (law) sites on the internet.

It will be up to the DA's office on how to proceed with this matter. If this is a criminal case, it's better to put our tax dollars to work with our local DA's office, than to retain a private attorney. I think the victims have lost enough time, money and worry on this!

This happened to my mother this past year... She thought she was getting a free sample and then her credit card was being charged over 100cdn each month without ever ordering anything. She tried to call the company and cancel a bunch of times... They said they would send her a credit for 4 months and sent her a letter stating they had cancelled her account. Meanwhile they were still stealing from her credit card... She finally had to call the bank and cancel that credit card and receive a new one... They have finally left her alone but she's left with over 1000 dollars worth of product that I'm not even sure works :( whatever you do do not get any free sample because none of it is free and it's a total scam!

Order free sample from Warehouse waiting to be claimed advertised. Paid required $6.67 for shipping and handing. Than on my Master card statement I see that you took a payment of $118.15 on June 6, was this in regard to free sample? Than on June 7 you took $133.07 for what. When the Bank Customer Service support and I called was advised by your Comp# 2008 that was for a second bottle.

When I received the free sample there was nothing in the box to advise any instructions at all. Just the bottle of Hydroderm Original age-defying wrinkle serum. This to me makes no sense as only does not seem like 14 days too me. However she advised that she had cancelled this request as only wanted to try the free sample. She advised that I would receive confirmation of this call. To date have not seen this confirmation. She also advised that the second bottle should be coming via mail shortly this also to date I have not seen. .

As I have not received the said above serum I have nothing to send back to Hydroderm 1 - Serum 2 RMA# [protected]. I would like payment back of the $133.07 that you took. Also why would I be charged an additional $118.15 for an free sample.

I can not believe that the business bureau allows this kind of business to go on and on.

Credit card was charged for product not shipped. Have tried to contact this company by phone, and internet without any success. I have been trying since Oct 10, 2008. When I phone them I am put on hold for 20-30 minutes and then disconnected. When I try to reach them by internet website am given phone number [protected]. The same thing happens with this number also no answer disconnected everytime. I am sending a certified letter to them telling them about this problem and asking for a refund and to cancell this membership. I have notified by credit card and am asking for a new card to avoid future charges. I will also notify the better busnise bureau about this company.

All I'm trying to do is contact the company. The 800 number that is on an old invoice is no good; the number I found online [protected] goes to a residence, and 1411 has no listing.

Unable to cancel my membership either by phone or internet.

No customer service rep to speak with, and no login ability to
my account. Shipments continue and can't be stopped.

I have been a member for many years. I have been happy with the service and the product. I received my Sept. shipment[none in October] None in November. My credit card was charged November 5th. Still no shipment. I have called several times to be put on hold for 30 minutes. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was cut off x 3, and get no results. If they are going broke, let us know and quit playing games, and quit charging. Where are the consumers rights in this area. Just tell the truth.

I have attempted twice to cancel this order and they have continued to ship and automatically charge my credit card. I have tried both by phone and internet to contact them to no avail. This company is a rip off. The product is bogus. They need to be investigated and stopped. The billing comes through support@eletra ashpayments.com. You cannot access this e address. I am at a loss as to what to do.

Not only was there absolutely no visible improvement regarding wrinkles, but I ended up with two subcutaneous cysts (YIKES!) on my face! One was near my nose and started swelling up the area under my eye. Both were so full of puss that the cortisone injections my doctor tried to give me could not even be effectively administered in one office visit. I have never had anything that bad on my skin before even though I used to have bad acne many years ago as a teenager. (My skin looks really good now.)

I reported this somewhere on line a year or so ago and cannot believe that this company is still in business and has an ad running on my home page on MSN. These people should be stopped! This stuff is dangerous!

Hydroderm - cancellation of order

On Oct. 13th I cancelled my order. On Oct. 14th the company billed my credit card.
I did not receive any merchandise for thise charge.
I call ed the company and they told me their computers were down, buth they took all the info and said I would be credited in three days.
On Oct. 29th I received the merchandise I did not want.
I tried using their website which is not working. I then called their phone no. - was on hold for 3 0 minutes - andthen a recording came on and told me to call bAck the next day.
We called the credit card company and put a dispute in for the charge.
They too have not heard from the company.
I want to return this merchandise, but they say I need a RMA no.
which I havee to get from the company. How can I do this, without being able to get in touch with them
If I cannot reach them in the next few days. my only thing to do is to get in touch with the Better Business Bureau.

I looked today and the Better Business Bureau has them back on their list. They still have an "F".

Looks like the Better Business Bureau took this company off their list. It was on there before and had a rating of F. I'm not sure you can complain to them if the company is not on their list. I complained and it didn't help me anyway. I filed a complaint with the FTC and I'm thinking about filing one with the Internet Crimes Complaint Center

Hydroderm - Cancel my account

I tried to get in touch with the company with no luck. I want to cancel my account due to financial hardship. I can not longer buy any of the products, and I do not want to get charged to my credit card.

I FINALLY got through to get an RMA number and was told to use my order number and put it on the outside of the box and return to 8500 Higuere Street, Culver City, CA 90232 using a method of delivery that could be tracked. The CSR had to put me on hold twice to get those answers. Good luck - I am sending my trial back UPS no signature required.

Hydroderm - Trial Order delivery

Is this complaint going to stop Hydroderm from billing me. I have no need for the product. I haven't even started showing signs of wrinkles. I recieved a package from them and now I can't even get in contact with them to send it back. Website is down and don't even try calling, they want answer, they acutally hang up on you. I'm a single parent, struggling to make ends meet and they're trying to cause more hell for me. I can't believe this. I can't even afford to buy groceries because of these gas prices and they want to attempt to make me purchase something I have no use for.

I called the no. given by Hydroderm to cancel my subscription so I would not be charged for further shipments.I was told that they couldn't do anything until today, Thurs. Oct. 2nd. I was told they would confirm this by E-Mail to me. I have not received a confirmation.
