Hydra Skin Sciences vital information - brio lotion and allegro anti aging cream

I, like many, chose to try these products for the 14 day trial for the cost of shipping. Like many, again, I did not read all of the Terms and Conditions (T&C). I did read enough to understand this was an automatically renewing "membership".

You can go on and read the details of my dealing with this company if you want, but the take away is -

IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE CHARGED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, YOU MUST CALL TO CANCEL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PLACING THE ORDER and you do not have to pay to return the products.

Even though I had only received 1 of the 2 products, I decided to call customer service 13 days after placing the order. This was very, very fortunate for me because you only have 14 days after placing the order to cancel. If you wait until day 15, they've got you - which, I guess, is why the products takes so long to get to you.

The email order confirmation had an 800 phone number, but when I called it, there was a recording saying the company was no longer receiving calls on this line. The email came from HydraSkinSciences.com, so I went to their website to find the customer service number.

I called and said I wanted to cancel the membership. The representative, Josh asked how I liked the products and offered to give me an additional 14 days to try them. I said I wanted to cancel now. In order to not pay the $109 for one product and $113 for the other, I would have to return the products - at my expense - within 30 days. I asked where on their website it stated this. He told me to go to the product website - brioskin.com or allegroskin.com and read the T&C. Sure enough it stated I had to return the products. I was given the return address and RMA number. They had to receive the products back within 30 days or I would be charged.

After I hung up, feeling like I was screwed - paying for shipping to receive and paying for shipping to return - on what I thought was a free trial offer.
I went to the company website - hydraskinsciences.com - and looked at their T&C. They stated that as long as I cancelled within 14 days, I would not be charged anything.

I called back and told this to the representative and after again referring me to the product website and reading from her script, I again told her about the T&C of the company website. When she couldn't get me to agree that I was obligated to pay to return the product, she actually hung up on me. Now I was on a mission.

I called back again, received the same info about T&C on the product website. I again referred him (Peter) to the T&C on the company's website. We went back and forth on this and eventually he asked if he could place me on hold. When he came back, he told me they would honor the T&C on the company's website - I would not have to pay for the products, I did not have to return the products and I would not receive any further product from them.

Hydra Skin Sciences allegro

What a scam! I ordered the sample on the internet for $4.99 shipping and handling. A few days after I received the product my credit card was charged $103. I immediately called to inquire about the charge. I was informed that I was enrolled for more products --- I did not want more products. What a scam. I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET AGAIN.

I also got scammed by this company. I went online to order the trial Allegro for $4.95 shipping, but after reading more about it I decided to not order it and backed out of the website. Unfortunately, I had already entered my credit card information before doing so. Even though I did not submit the order, I still got charged and the trial showed up in the mail. I went online immediately and emailed them to cancel any future orders and thought that would be the end of it. Then in a few days, my account was hit for $103. After much searching I found a phone number and called. They finally agreed that if I returned the trial that I had (I had to pay for the shipping), they would refund me $83 (they kept a $20 reshelving fee). So I shipped it back and made sure I had a tracking number so I'd know when they received it. I waited the 5 days he said it would take for the refund to come to me AFTER they receive the package and there was no refund. So I called again. He assured me I would get the refund within the next 5 business days. I finally got it yesterday. So at least I was fortunate enough to get most of the money back. They are obviously still making money on the scam since they kept $20 plus they have the product back that probably cost them $3 to make. DO NOT ORDER THIS STUFF. If you have already though, here's a number in case you are having trouble finding it. [protected]. Address: 14925 Heritage Crest Way, Bluffdale, UT 84065. If you are returning something, be sure to call them first because they require some long number be put on the outside of the box or they won't even accept it.

Hydra Skin Sciences company policies and marketing strategies

I ordered this product in June. Free Sample +shipping in large font. Apparently in very small print, that was not seen by many other customers, were the following policies:
* automatic shipping after a certain date
* no refunds on products a different month than received
*no invoices of any kind or contact information, no prices
* no online access to your order
I started examining the box carefully and found in very small print the name of the company.
October shipment came in and I finally was able to call. A person who has English as a second language, " I thought you would appreciate that we are taking the October shipment back." I could understand everything if the policies were noticeable .
I don't know about the product. I haven't opened the first box because I was waiting to finish what I had of another product.
It is now to me logical to assume, if the company policies and marketing is disreputable, be WARY of the product!

On September 12th I agreed to trial two products (Allegro and Brio). Customer number 5499299 and 5499269. I was told I had 14 days to decide if I wanted to keep the product. One week later, I was billed for both products. I did not get the 14 days. I called the company on 9/19 to let them know they billed me a week early. At that point, I cancelled the trial and did not wish to proceed to conduct business with this company as I felt they are unethical in their practice. On 9/19 I was given two RMA numbers to send the product back with. RMA 714887 and 714897. I was told I would have by money back in 48 hours after the product was received back. I shipped the product back to the address given to me. Almost two weeks later I still had no refund. I called and they said they never got the product. However, I showed the items were signed for on Thursday, October 6th at 7:25am with tracking numbers 9500116173716278027700 and 9500116173716278027717. Once provided with the tracking numbers, then I was told they were "found". I was told a refund would be given to me on October 17th. It is now the 24th and I called again and this time was told my Sarah Walker that my refund was not authorized. She stated she would escalate this through a supervisor, however, she would not allow me to talk to a supervisor. She had no idea why my refund wasn't authorized. This company states they have a money back guarantee. I have been fighting for my refund for almost 6 weeks now.

On 9/14/16 I was offer a sample for shipping and handling for $3.99 + .99 of the company's product. I accepted it. I got another product along with it that I was charged another $4.99 that I never ordered.
I just got a bill for $109. for one product and $103. for the other.
I called their services department and they would take the products back but charge me $40. restocking fee.
On9/29/16 I closed the account and told them I would ship the products back but refused to pay the restocking fee. They said it would be reduced to $10, I told them NO. I will send your products back and charge you the postage charge.
I had to cancel my credit card.
The product came with no invoice?

Hydra Skin Sciences allegro anti aging cream

This is definite a scam !
This was a popup ad for a sample of the Allegro product that all you had to pay was $3.96 for shipping & handling. Did not state about returning in 14 days or auto renew order. Was not able to print that page at that time.No receipt or any paper work was enclosed in box other than booklet. 2 weeks later my credit card was charged for $103.00 and 1 month later was for $109.93 .
Called my credit card company, explained situation. They will dispute charges. I feel certain I will get a full refund.
Then on 9/13/16 I received this cream again which I never ordered. I will call [protected] to find where to return it.
Unfortunate this happens too often.Think before you order!

Hydra Skin Sciences brio and allegro skin products

I ordered brio and allegro skin cream for 7. 99 plus shipping and handling one time with my bank card. Little did I know that they would be charging my bank card every month and keep repeatedly sending me the products. I have canceled this product 4 times now. They do not provide a phone number, they only give you a place on their website to comment or cancel by email. This company as well as their products are deceiving. I have now been charged nearly $800. 00 after repeatedly canceling.

Hydra Skin Sciences brio and allegro skin care products

I ordered a sample of these products to be sent to me and the cost was to be for shipping only of $4.95. When I got my bank statement the charges were for $8.40. I did not complain about that. However today I checked my bank account and on August 3 there were two charges to my account of $109.00 and $103.00 that I did not authorize. In checking on line I see that is how you do business by not making it clear to the public what you are doing. I have been scammed. I am notifying you that you are not to make any additional charges to my account and my bank has been notified of this. I would appreciate it if you would refund the $112.00 to my account. In any event I do not wish to do any further business with Hydra Skin Services. If these charges do not cease and desist I will seek legal council.

Hydra Skin Sciences brio night & day serum

Like many others, I sent for the free trial of Brio Night & Day Serum. I paid the $4.95 for shipping and handling for each product on 7/14/16. I read offers very carefully and there was nothing about canceling in 14 days or else receiving monthly shipments of the product. It was quite a shock when I looked at my checking account today and saw charges pending of $103.00 for SKINCARE/Ref1:[protected] Ref2:[protected] Ref3:[protected] 17 Expires:[protected], and $109.00 for EYECREAM/Ref1:[protected] Ref2:[protected] Ref3:[protected] Expires::[protected]
I have not used the trial products and do not intend to.
I want to cancel any further orders and I want a refund of the trial product shipping and handling, as well as the above referenced costs. To date it has cost me $224 in overdraft fees because of these unbudgeted expenses. I am a senior citizen and a widow. I live on a fixed income and have to budget very carefully. I also want to be reimbursed for these charges.

I am in the same situation as the other ladies above as well . I too signed up for the trial offer and continued to receive the products that I haven't use and will not use and I don't want them. My complete charges have total up to $382.44. I received no paperwork nor a invoice I was not aware of any other shipments after the trial offer this Company is very very misleading and to me it is a BIG SCAM . When I called to dispute the charges I was given the run around as well and so I had to call my bank to dispute these charges to my account so that their will be no other charges to my card but I am seeking Legal Action against this Bad News Company

I have the same story as the others. I received the product a week after I ordered it, no paperwork was included in the packaging. I didn't know they would be charging my card within 14 days of the order. I hadn't even had a chance to use the product to see if I liked it yet. When I tried to call and dispute the charges they told me that the time frame was 14 days and I was out of luck. They told me I would receive an email showing the product was canceled, I still have not received any email. I have had to cancel my debit card and do a dispute with my back in order to stop and avoid future charges and product. Stay away from this company, they are BAD NEWS!

I also want to complain about this company sending me product that I had not agreed to. I have been trying to contact these people to stop the orders. I just wanted to try the product and paid the shipping charges. I got very suspicious when the orders continued every month. I have every last one of the bottles mailed to me. I do not need them taking money from my account. I want to send these bottles back as they have not been opened. I need instruction.

I found the same situation. When the products came in "THE TRIAL" there was no paperwork included in the package as to who it came from, the trial period or notice that I would receive another full order in 30 days. It is impossible for me to use the product in that period of time. It would take me more like 3-4 months. I am cancelling.

Hydra Skin Sciences auora anti - aging cream and auora eye serum

I ordered the anti aging cream and eye serum. The advertisement stated that I would receive both free with paying 4.95 for shipping. I only received the anti-aging cream. When I called about it I was told that I only ordered the one. I went back and checked and it says that I would receive both for that price on the shipping. When I said to take me off the account I was told that I would be charged over 100.00 dollars for it. There was nothing in the advertisement about paying for the cream. It said that it was free! It was a 14 day supply for free. If I don't want to be charged the amount I have to return my free product and pay for shipping to send it back. This is false advertisement and unethical. I am very disappointed and will be putting on facebook what happened to me so other people won't fall into the same trap that i did.

Hydra Skin Sciences Hydra Skin Services- Skin Creams/Serums

Scam in the grandest sense of the word! A $4.95 (shipping only) charge that turns into a $109. charge 15 days later. No invoice or contact information with the product when the product comes so you can cancel. When you find the information for them on the internet and call, they will tell you that 70% of your money can be refunded. If you want to return the product (which I never could get the address for) a $20. restocking fee will be charged.
Thank goodness for my wonderful credit card company that is going to bat on my behalf. I really feel sorry for anyone (especially seniors) who are trying to battle this alone. BUYER BEWARE..

Hydra Skin Sciences brio serum lotion and alleure face cream

I ordered samples of the above items and paid $4.95 for shipping per instructions on your website. I did not receive any samples. What I did receive was the actual products and my bank account was debited $212. I did not order these items and didn't even know the price or I would not have ordered the samples. I am 81 years old, disabled and my only income is social security. The bank refunded the $212 now my bank account has again been debited $103. I have not used the items, they are still in the original shipping boxes. They were shipped from 14925 heritage crest way, bluffdale, ut 84065. The boxes say return service requested — does that mean that is where they are to be returned. I have received no correspondence requesting me to return the items and I do not know where to send them. As a very low income senior citizen I would like the money returned to my account. Obviously you have my bank information. There was no packing slip, order number or company name on the boxes. I received them about the first of may.

SAME STORY HERE! They tried telling me I HAD to have agreed to the terms and conditions (WHICH WERE NEVER DISPLAYED). I now have my credit card company involved. An ad with Victoria Olsteen popped up on my computer screen saying free sample - just pay shipping and handling of $4.95. Due to a death in the family I've been out of town and certainly not paying attention to my credit card statement. They also sent me a serum and charged me saying I ordered that as well. CROOKS! I also was scammed with these Hydro skin science products. My bank account was overdrawn $211.25. I am disabled and am on a small monthly income. I called the company to cancel and have my money returned. I only ordered a sample trial item but was sent a full month supply. I paid for the sample trial product but the company did not send what I ordered. they sent it 5 days late thus cutting my 14 day trial time to cancel. I sent the first order back after I called the company and fought with them for over an hour about the scam they are pulling using Victoria Olsteen name to endorse this product. this is the only reason that I trusted this company. Victoria Olsteen DOES NOT endorse this product . THIS IS A REAL SCAM ! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ! Denise Scanio from Louisiana

I was scammed as well! Same thing! I saw a pop up ad which claims we'll receive a FREE SAMPLE for $4.95 shipping. I was billed $80 + $90 for two samples, which is $260 Canadian! They claim it's actually the full size of the cream 1oz each! They refused to reimburse me as I was sent the terms and conditions. Actually there was no obvious terms and conditions as it was part of the payment process hidden somewhere. It is posted on their website. BRUTAL! I can't even use it because it's too strong for my face! They all sound like they're asian people on the phone and very rude!

I also was just scammed. I ordered a FREE Allegro cream for shipping charges of around $5.00 and also Brio day and night creams also for around $5.00 shipping. I have had the products about two weeks. I threw away the packaging as I never intended to order anything. I just checked my credit card to make a payment and was shocked to see that they charged me $103 for the cream and $109 for the serum. Two separate charges. One with a company in Florida and one in California. I called the one in Florida and they first said that I owed all the money as you pay the shipping up front and for the FREE product later. I told them no way. Then they came back with I should pay $40. I did not agree to that either. Then they said I must return the product (half used) and pay a restocking fee of $20. I also told them no way. One half hour later they agreed to restocking fee of $10 each and I must return this used product. I told them I would pay nothing, period and was disputing the charge with my credit card company. For those who want the address: Hydra Skin Sciences, Ltd, 14925 Heritage Crest Way, Bluffdale, UT 84065. My credit card company said NOT to return the used product and they would handle it. He did say that he cancelled my account with both charges and they are the same company.

Hydra Skin Sciences night and day wrinkle creams

I recently ordered their products on line, my mistake - the old adage if it appears to be too good to be true - it usually is. Unfortunately, I was scammed! It says that to order both packages it would cost only $4.99 for shipping and handling and the products were a free trial offer.

I received the product and then they charged my account for $212.00 and I had to cancel the account within 14 days or they would continue to bill me monthly - however, I never received any information about this from them at any time.

When I went to their website on the Internet and called their number I too received someone in India with a heavy accent and she stated that they couldn't return my money and the best they could do is reduce the charge by 50%. After an extended conversation where she kept putting me on hold to discuss my demands for a full refund with her supervisor she finally agreed to refund the amount less $10 restocking fee and the amount would be put back in my account within 7-10 days and I had to return the products within 14 days to an address she supplied with return product numbers at my expense.

My advice - don't purchase any items on the Internet unless they are a reputable US established business! Read all the information on line and print out the information for future reference and complaints.

Don't wait to contact your bank or credit card company and file a dispute immediately against this charge! Don't trust that they will do as they state during the conversation - they are not in the US. However, they do provide you with a fake location in Utah and operate out of India.

All scams should be filed with the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureaus and any other entities that govern the Internet to close them down.

After trying the day cream for 3 days, it doesn't make any change they claim it will, it only irritated the skin around my eyes.

Again, buyer beware!

Hydra Skin Sciences allegro and brio serums

I seen nothing on the site that I ordered from that this was a trial period, all it said was to pay 4.95 for shipping. I did not knowingly sign up for them to take over 200.00 out of my checking account! This is a scam and they need to be stopped

They are a scam company and the words used was trial size for $4.95 and then they charged over $200.00. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
