I have 4 kids, my oldest is now 18 yrs old (Today!) I have "always" used huggies since she was born, well I now have a 2 yr old and a new 5 month old. Going with tradition and my favorite brand of diapers I "still" use huggies... Well the last 2 boxes I have bought have had very hard pieces of something rolled up inside the diapers... My 2 yr old has gotten a bad rash right under neath his belly button and I noticed thats where most of the hard pieces of whatever it is inside the diaper are in that area... My 5 month old got it also but in her upper back area... Again thats where the hard pieces of stuff were on her diapers.. Not sure what it is or what you guys need to do but I am not happy at all with this out come and I would like some kind of compensation! I buy the big boxes of diapers for both of my kids and they are not at all cheap... Please please see what can be done for my kids suffering from these rashes, I dont want to change brands but if I get no outcome then I will change, and I will be contacting my lawyer! Thank you...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I had coupons to use, so the last 2 boxes of diapers I bought all the flaps ripped right off. I've now spent $60 on diapers that I threw in the trash. Thanks Huggies
i had purshed a bag of huggies diapers size 3 for my baby...most of the tabs on them came of when went to put diaper together, and they were very loose which lead them to fall off... diapers are not cheap to be having to by a new bag because of this problem i just had with this bag.
I just took a picture of the hard piece that was in my babies diaper. I didn't put it on her do to finding it. And she has had a rash since i bought these huggies. I normally use pampers but thought I would try huggies Which was a big mistake. I do not like an unknown substance on my little one and feel horrible that I did not realize this was why she had a rash. I will never use huggies again.
i just bought a box of huggies snug n dry size 3 n the first time it happend i didnt notice thought mabye i was pullin the tabs to hard but after like a quarter into using the diapers i noticed the tabs come off to easy ive used huggies many times n never happend b4 think bad box hmmm do i call in n complain =?
Have the same issue with my grandsons ..and myself used huggies when my children were young and i always told my children use huggies for my grandbabys that they were the best ...well not to sure any more I just picked up a big box of the 98 sug and dry and they are leaving blisterts on my grandson then I just found out im not the only one a lady just complained her baby got second deg..burns on legs and private area something about the dye in the snug and dry pampers for huggies ..I am going to contact someone tomorroe because I refuse to put any more of these snug and dry on my grandbaby ..I have the reciept and still a full case all but couple taking out ..these welps like burns on my grandbaby have upset me very much ...never felt bad about huggies until this happened
I just noticed this on a box I bought my daughter.. most of the diapers have these hard pieces, and some are very large bunches. My mom suggested I take the box back to K Mart where I got them and see if they can get me a new box or something. Has anyone tried contacting Huggies about this problem?
I was just researching this because I have the same problem with my son and the package that I just bought. I am not happy about it either.
I to have noticed hard pieces of something inside the diapers. Usually though near the crotch of the diaper or in the front. I bought a box of the snug&dry diapers and he's had a rash from them in his area since i've tries every diaper meds known to man plus prescription from the Drs. He will scream and cry cause it hurts. I as well would like an answer to it, i don't want to switch brands cause he has a reaction to most other brands including Pampers and Luvs. So i don't have much of a choice on brands of diapers i can use on him. It would be nice to get a free box of diapers or a discount on another box.
i purchased a 60ct. of stage 6 diapers and the tabs were missing on about 20 of the diapers.
