Hi,
I Have sold the study table through quikr but at the time of delivery the delivery guys damaged it very badly buyer is not ready to take also no one buy again this table in the damaged condition it took almost 3 weeks for taking follow up there is no response from quikr team.
My product not sold also it is damaged, as well as still with quikr

Quikr is a fraud company and their staff too.
Company staff assured me and received their payments as they told but they simply cheat us. Socially a staff Faiyaaz Sekh.
They did not set my deals but they promised to do that for thai I have payed three times on Quikr link.
I am suffering near about almost One Year.
I want justice. Otherwise I have to go to court. And I will claim a huge amount of money for my haressment.
Totally fraud me and it's not tolerable.
Now tell me what I have to do?

I am chinmoy basumatary from assam I had applied in LG company in quikr, then after they called me that u have to give interview. After selecting in interview they said that u have to pay the payment first then u will get a joining letter in the company and they have given their account number: 53370100001956, account holder name : Akash, IFC CODE: BARB0HARINA, Bank of Baroda. After I know that this is fraud agency. So I request you to please take some action against them

It's a dangerous place both for buyers and sellers. Everyone tries to lie to each other, cheat, loot. Oh god, what a terrible place.
I was cheated by a seller. I received a broken item. Tried to contact him, but he never answered, a day later he deleted his profile.
The customer service did nothing to protect me, they said they have no responsibility for sellers actions. Great :(

I had placed a prepaid order with Quikr for a Study table.
Reference-Transaction ID: [protected].
I was promised delivery on Oct 3, 2017 by a message and also by the customer care executive. The delivery person also had confirmed the same.
After waiting till 8 pm on Oct 3, I called up Quikr and I am told it is rescheduled. I was not informed of the same by Quikr, the Seller or by the Delivery person. I also called the delivery person and he says it will take 5 more days. Then I call the seller who does not answer by call nor is my call returned.
So again I call Quikr Customer care on the same day (Oct 3) at around 8.30 pm and request them to cancel my order and refund my money. I was promised that it will be done.
On the 4th of Oct, after getting no calls/messages/updates from Quikr, I called them up at around 10 am and I was again told that my order will be cancelled and my money refunded and that I will get a status update by afternoon or evening. I waited till about 7.30 pm and I call the customer care again and now I am again told that my order will be cancelled and money refunded on priority within 24 hours. I was also told about the 200 Rs Cancellation charges which was not told to me by any previous officers.
Anyway I don't mind paying that Rs. 200 even though it was Quikr's/Seller's mistake in delaying the delivery.
I have completely lost trust in Quikr and the way things are managed. The status of the order in my quikr account is not updated, also no messages/information/call about cancellation/refund. I call up customer care again and again and they simple again promise that it will be solved in next few hours but nothing happens.
So it is my humble request to please take your Rs 200 cancellation fee and then refund my money back to my bank account.
Again, for absolutely no fault of mine, I have already wasted my time and energy behind this.
It is very surprising that a company like Quikr manages a customer in such a careless and haphazard way. I have lost my trust on Quikr.
It is even more surprising that I have cancelled an order that was not even initiated, so what is the difficulty and why is the delay in processing my refund in this age of technology and automation.
So please, take your charges and then refund my money to my bank account.

I bought a refrigerator (AD ID-[protected]) on 8'Th of April 2016 and they promised to deliver the same the next day and its been 5 days there is no sign on the same they simply say everyday, when I call, that we'll deliver the same today and never call back and there is no attempt made to contact the seller and they send me message that the seller is not available even though he is available and waiting for them to come and pick it up.
Now when I saw online to complain there are thousands of similar complaints and realized that this is a fraud business they are running and they are deleting all such sold out adds from their site and the site says "Unfortunately, there are no ads in this category right now." This is not normal someone has to stop these frauds and make them accountable for these acts.

Recently i got an sms in my phone ([protected]) from Quickr.com that some user replied to your ad which is "iPhone 4 is just 14000". But i didn't post such ad in quickr or i dont have any iphone.There the email id is given as dipayan.[protected]@gmail.com which is not my email id at all. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

How can this be happened without verifying my phone number?
People are calling me based on that ad and this is nothing but a pure harrasment to me.

Quickr.com should be answerable for this illegal act.

Do NOT bother advertising at this scam classified. This company is a SCAM classified all the way around. This is what they do. They advertise a fake ad with your phone number then they send you a ton of so called replies you supposedly got form your original ad posting. Then when you REPLY they send all the replies back to you. They give you this FAKE form that lets you add a reply message. Well the message you write NEVER gets really sent. They send an ad they wrote with your phone number. So the fake ad is the only one that really gets advertised, this place is horrible! I had to dissconnect my phone because of these people.

SCAM do not trust these scammers with your personal phone number and details!

Do not EVER post on the Indian free classified site called Quickr.com. I posted an ad on there offering work and started receiving a ton of notices from quickr that my classified was expiring, well the classified wasn't mine! It was written by Indian decent you could tell by the language so someone else wrote a fake classified in my account using my phone number and telling people I was looking for work rather than offering. I started getting bombarded with calls from spammers. The leads I did receive from quickr I answered and they sent me back my reply to my own address as if I was replying to my own ad. So either someone broke into my account or quickr did this themselves either way I submitted 5 help tickets through their website already and they never answered one so I guess they are the culprit. These are scammers running this site and your login information phone number and personal details will NEVER be safe through this website so beware. I am going to report this site to google s well.
