The managers and/or owners of this shoddy business use threats and intimidation to avoid giving refunds for their low-grade "service". Do not use Jessica Mott, Keith Mott, or any of their cohorts for ANYTHING! Unless you want to be threatened and insulted without receiving what your paid for!

Definitely agree, they are horrible. I have not dealt with a single person that did what they say they were going to do.

I can't believe they are still in business, it's simply amazing.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. They do not use native speakers to do your homework. Once I received the assignment (which wasn't completed by the way), I had to spend TWO HOURS conjugating all the verbs and completely re-writing WHOLE paragraphs. When I sent an email indicating the assignment wasn't finished, one of the managers? (Logan) had every excuse in the book about what happened. I of course ended up getting a terrible grade. I spent hundreds of dollars to get a grade I would have gotten better myself if I had enough time to complete the assignment.

I repeat, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I will never ever use paymetodoyourhomework EVER again! So I asked that my assignment be sent to me on June 11th at 11:59 pm, this was not done! The next day I was so worried I called the numbetr that they have posted on the website [protected], There was no one picking up and the only direction were to go online to submit a new order, I called about 10 times still no one picked up! I was so mad at this time because I had paid them 400.00 bucks! So I decided to call the number that was listed on my online credit card statement, well that number was no longer in service! This company is terrible and the worst I have ever dealt with. I am paying you lots of money for a service and they just throw you on the back burner AFTER they get your money. Finally about 3pm I got a call from a Logan in California he said, oh your lab wasnt due until June 12 at 11:59 pm thats probably why you havent gotten it yet? I told them in my order instructions I wanted my lab to me by Jube 11th at 11:59, so as you can see this company does whatever they want. So on June 12 th at 11: 59 pm came and I still had not had a lab, so my lab was late as they did not send the file until 2 am this morning, and if course I was sleep because I waited up all night for my lab that was due at 11:59 pm!

So, as you can see all I got was a sorry and today I was supposed to get a call from the mgr Keith? No call was recieved, when I called him no answer, just a text that he would call me back tonight... I am sorry but its after 9 pm now and I still havent heard one word! I am not sure what kind of business they are running but they are scammers for sure, I hope I get a passing grade. My first impression was terrible and they did nothing to make it right! I'm having a similar problem. The first time I used them i paid $90 and got a C on my assignment. I contacted them immediately and I got a prompt response and a refund. However, the second time I used them I paid $90 and once again got another C on the assignment. I once again contacted them immediately and received no response. The one time that I did actually get to talk to Jessica she was very rude and said she didn't have time and she was about to leave the "office" (even though it was well between office hours) . I have contacted them via email, phone calls, chats, messages again and again and again for weeks with no response. I'm not going to stop trying yet, but i'm getting to the end of my rope with her. She is beyond beyond rude. I don't know who she thinks she is, or why she thinks she can disrespect me, but I will never go back to that website and I will tell everyone I know not to use them. oh my god. Im having the same issue. They promised me to complete all my work on time but they never did. I was SO unhappy with the service because they screwed up my grade and they promised to refund me within 2 business days. However, it has been two weeks, i never received my refund. I called and keith told me that the expert said they did all the work. I was like "WOW", really? i tried to contact him again and he never pick up my phone anymore. Everyone please stay away from this company, they will promise anything to get your money and then if there is a problem they will never try to solve and help you. Please take my word for it. Be very careful with these people. They do not always answer the phone or answer e-mails promptly. You get what you pay for only in the sense that it is something better than nothing. My assignment for a final was not done as expertly as advertised. When asked to revise I was told "expert has left the office for the day". So I had to take what I got. They wait until the last minute to deadline. I did receive partial refund, however that did not help my final grade for the course.
