I made an order with this fraudster back in June. I paid £80 to an:

Was very quick to email back and forth once paid the money, waited 10 days and nothing to emailed him again and his reply was there had been a lot of seizures and that he would send it again. That was the last I heard from him.
I made another email and messages him an order and he got back to me straight away, this time I sent emails asking what happens if I don't receive my goods etc do I get a refund and his response was 'no as that's why he sells things so cheap' so I said well that's unfair you keeping my money and his response was ' it's unfair on your competitors taking steroids and it's illegal' this guy is a complete tool and needs to be found. He was using other names such as Ali and El Morressy.
I have spoken to my bank (lloyds) and because the money was sent as a transfer into his account they are unable to retrieve it.

Has anyone had any other news with regards to getting your money back or locating this tool?

You have broken the laws by attemting to import steroids from abroad. Report it to the police and you will get nicked

Think I've just been scammed, was told stuff would arrive within 10 days as it was being shipped from Thailand, it's been 14 days now and no response to emails, he's using the name Ali El-morssy now. Anyone know if that address is correct as I wanna pay him a little visit.

The number of underground 'steroid labs' in Wales which sell illegal performance-enhancing drugs has risen and is a cause for concern, says Public Health Wales (PHW).

The situation is getting worse because of a new law making it harder to import steroids, health officials have said.

Pharmacists and drugs workers have also reported seeing more steroid users accessing needle exchange programmes.

Injecting steroids can cause ulcers and gynecomastia - where men grow breasts.

It also increases the risk of developing hepatitis or HIV.

Until 23rd April 2012, users could buy steroids online from outside the UK and get them delivered.

But the law changed meaning users have to bring them into the country personally.

It is now a criminal offence to order steroids online.

"You might see someone coming to the gym and they're not eating properly and not training properly yet the next time you see them they are about 100% stronger than they were a week or two before, " he said.

He told BBC Radio Wales' Good Morning Wales programme that illegal steroids could be found by word-of-mouth.

"They may have something which is five times stronger than the regular stuff. They can sort of tailor-make it.

"Someone takes your order, the person knocks them up, and they get sold on."

Josie Smith, the national lead for substance misuse with Public Health Wales said: "Because of the change in the law our concern is there is an increase in the manufacture of steroids and image-enhancing drugs in underground labs, " she said.

"These are not regulated; the substances they are manufacturing are not regulated.

"My understanding is that some are quite well-run laboratories. However I am aware also that perhaps some less conscientious individuals may be trying to produce substances in garages."

It is legal to possess steroids for personal use as long they have not been manufactured on the black market but it is illegal to make or supply steroids without a licence.

Bruce Davies, professor of applied physiology at University of South Wales, said one of the main problems with people taking anabolic steroids is non-sterile injection.

"If on top of that you super-impose a situation where the materials they're injecting could also be non-sterile I think you've already exacerbated an already serious problem, " he added.

The Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) says the steroid trade is closely linked to the supply of class A drugs.

The mark-up in profit on steroids can be around 400% according to the agency.

Professor Martin Davies, a pharmacist working in Newport, said steroid users were increasingly accessing needle exchange programmes, originally aimed at heroin users.

"Going back two to three years the number of (steroid using) clients we were seeing was about three to four percent of those who came in, " he said.

"That has now increased to 30-40%."

Experts warn the next generation of performance enhancing drugs is already emerging - a mixture of bacteria and genes injected into muscles.

Prof Davies said: "The two things I'm always amazed about are the pharmacological knowledge that these people have and how quickly the drugs are made available to body builders.

"We're talking weeks, weeks, and they're using these things."

I ordered off this guy a few months back, I assumed Id been scammed and reported it to the police, I since received a package of steroids sent from Thailand, I could have been nicked as its now illegal to import from abroad, just hoping I don't get into any troble from this.

You need to report the fraud to your bank and also report the fraud to the police . You need to be honest and tell them what happened . They will then try and get your money back for you

Same old story, genuine sounding emails with advice, then the line that "it should've been there mate", then nothing else. Definite fraudster.

Andrew Fuller is now ignoring my emails. It would seem I have been scammed too. After seeing this today I am going to the police station and reporting him. Then reporting him to Halifax.
He told me, he was out of the country and his friend was dispatching the order, and he will chase it up. Now I've heard nothing from, for over a week, despite sending countless emails.

This guy banks with the halifax, the fraud team are currently investigating his account. Go to the police station and get a crime reference number and report it to your bank its the only chance you have to get you money back the number for the halifax is [protected].

Acc number [protected]. Stay away from this guy. I have reported him to various Internet fraud agencies around the world so hopefully will get stopped. In my experience with people like this, they get too greedy and get caught in the end.

Same story, the sites a con. Total rip off! Don't even think of going near. The comment on this thread saying 'postal delay, order did arrive' is fake too, different name to original poster. I've also had email conversations with Dave Simpson, which after a few days delay he just stops replying. I tried under an alias enquiring into making an order and receive an email reply instantly but still if i ask about my order on my original email he just won't reply. Beware, you will just be throwing away money! People need to sort out these low lives and take down these websites and put these criminals away.

On me too, I have been waiting for 10 days now with 4 none replied emails iv had to except iv been scammed for £650, I will have a heart attack if I get my order

I too am waiting, 2 weeks so far, he uses the same lines on everybody then no answer . If anything arrives i will be shocked! And if it legit even more shocked, this person has 2 sites and the I have reported him! Best that everyone does this!
