HSN flexpay

I made a purchase on Home Shopping Network and selected flex pay as the option for payment. Shortly after I received an email with payment confirmation, and the money was taken from my account. An hour afterward, I received another email that my order has been cancelled. When I spoke to a customer service rep, he stated that the flex pay department is responsible for cancellations. He also stated that he had no information to provide, and that I would receive a letter in the mail. The cancellation is fine. I made another purchase at QVC for the exact same items. The issue and concern I have is that my account was debited, and an hour later my order was cancelled. I do not understand why HSN is OK with taking the money from someone's account prior to evaluating for flex pay eligibility. Nor do I understand why they do not specify that the flex pay is subject to approval before they allow the purchase to be approved. The money was removed from my account, and now I have to wait 72 hours for the funds to be released. This is ridiculous. Most reputable companies check for eligibility of credit before they debit an account. I am furious, and now I have to wait for my money. I will never purchase from HSN again. I am reporting to the BBB, and I will spread the word to friends and family.

HSN flexpay

I have been a customer of HSN for nearly 10 years and have bought several fairly high priced items including a Dyson and a $700 laptop, all on flexpay. They have always been paid on time and the products have always been good. Never had a problem. I went to order an Xbox One for my son on Black Friday this year, and after placing the order and having the $120 authorization amount taken out of my account, they cancelled my order saying they couldn't approve flexpay for this order. No explanation. It makes no sense since my other orders have been more expensive. So now I have to wait 3 days for the charge to drop off. I loved this company before this. I had also planned to buy two more computers this holiday season. Oh well, they lost a good 2 grand worth of business from me the Christmas, and I will never order from them again.

HSN flex pay of item 524594

I had purchased this Item through your mobile App using flex pay. After the first payment as well as the shipping and tax had been deducted from my account. Your flex pay department decided that I wasn't eligible for flex pay and cancelled my order. So now I no longer have an order placed and am out the money until it gets credited back to my account which the operator I spoke to said 72 business hours which since this is friday evening means I may get my money back by next Wednesday. I have been in retail for over 30 years and have never done this to one of my customers or had it done to me. If my flex pay worthiness was in question it should have been reviewed before any money was deducted.

HSN charging my card and not applying the payment.

HSN charged my debit card and did not apply it to my HSN account. They said they didn't get the payment. Even after my financial institution contacted them and faxed proof of payment, they still refused to do anything. The next day they acted dumb founded as if they'd never spoken to anyone or received a fax. Date of drafted payment 8/31/16. It's strange how all the payments I made on my own went through but the payment they sent through didn't. All I simply wanted was for the money taken from my card to be applied towards my HSN account. Now the card is canceled and no payment will be made until it's resolved.

7/16...I placed an order at HSN. When I got to the checkout bag it stated the amount due. After I checked out the price changed drastically. When I called they refused to help so I cancelled the entire order and they had to refund the money back. I was overcharged! They sent alerts stating that the items were on sale but said it was a mistake. Really!

HSN joy super chic vacuum

I recently purchased the joy super chic vacuum. I have had nothing but trouble with this vacuum. I can only use it for a few minutes before it becomes so hot I am unable to hold it. It will then shut off which renders it unusable. I called hsn to return this item because I can not use it and I was advised to call ingenious designs ref the vacuum because it is under warranty. All attempts to reach ingenious designs have gone unanswered. They do not respond to email, answer their phone or return messages, as the recording instructs you to leave a message and you will receive a call back. I am so frustrated. I want to return this item, it is unusable and in my opinion, dangerous to operate. Please contact me with instruction on how to return it for a refund. I am waiting to hear if the unit I gave as a gift is also having this problem. I also reviewed the comments ref this item and was shocked based on all the claims that it overheats and shuts off that hsn or ingenious designs was not issuing a mandatory safety recall.

I have a restaurant in St. Pete, and I am regularly doing business with HSN employees by delivering their food they order. To get into the HSN facility in St. Petersburg, Florida you have to get thru security checkpoint. I have delivered the catering orders to HSN many times and I noticed particulary rudeness and unprofessional behaviour of the security...

HSN service I did not authorize.

I called Account Assure to find out why they were charging for protection plan on this account something I did not authorize. They said they would send me information regarding these charges that go back to 2012. It has been two weeks and no word from them. Im looking for a refund of all charges going back to 2012 when I applied for HSN card not account protection services.

HSN I have never dealt with so much run around!!

I have been dealing with HSN for days just to make them cancel my order! I have ordered some items a long time ago and my order never showed up and they cannot provide me any information about it! They refused to cancel my order and refund my money, but I did not give up and continued to fight. Spoke with many reps and they all were very rude and sarcastic. Really nasty people who did not want to help me at all! But in the end they finally agreed to refund me and promised I'll get the money in few weeks. Well, I hope they said the truth.

HSN product poorly made - iman luxe suede soho chic bag

I purchased the bag from HSN. When the zipper broke they were great at exchanging it in June 2015. Well now the outside zipper broke. One would think a product would last longer than 10 months. I would accept this if the bag just cost $20, but it didn 't. Very dissatisfied and will NEVER purchase an IMAN product again.

HSN I can't create an account!

I joined www.hsn.com because of their great prices and items. But first I had to make an account. When I added my personal info it said wrong address. I tried again, but there was the same error. Tried to contact customer service, but never got a reply! Then I tried to make another account and the same thing happened! I don't know what was wrong with my address! I'm doing online shopping for years and never had problems with my address! Well, bad for them, they just lost a customer.

I had the same issue. Come to find out my 24 yr old daughter who still lives in my home has an account with HSN. apparently she has not been paying her bill on time. So HSN will not allow any orders to my address. My wife and I have great credit, between QVC and Evine we spend around $5k per year. HSN had some nice products so we figured we would create an account. I spoke with customer service, no help. My daughter actually moved out several months ago yet my address is still on the naughty list. HSN loss they miss out on two good customers

HSN officially done with hsn!

This website is the worst ever! I was a loyal customer for ages, but now I'm officially done with HSN! I moved about 5 months ago and changed my address on my account. After that I ordered twice and every time they sent my things to my old address. I emailed them several times and they said something that made no sense. First they said that I have to change the address on my profile and when I said that I already did they said how sorry they were. How is this even possible? I'm so disgusted! Never again! I'm out of here!

I returned a ION digital converter on November 2015. I was not given credit for it till recently. I am being charged fees and interest charge to the amount of $3.74.

Since It is your mistake for not crediting me on time, I should not be charged interest and late fee. I spoke to your representative two week ago and they said everything was taken care of.

HSN Credit Card services provides credit repair services to clients nationwide and offers a free consultation with a trained credit repair specialist for any of your credit repair work. My friend has already working with them since 3 years. Also pick other credit repair companies like Fowler and Fowler Credit and Debt Solutions, Inc. which is located at Florida, USA.

HSN joy mangano fragrant vacuum cleaner

I ordered this in sep '15 and before i finished paying flex pays it stopped working. I am disabled with als--in a wheelchair and thought this was light to use in my chair. I called hsn they didnt want to help me by replacing it. They referred me to an 800 warranty number. I am done with joy products and hsn. Now not having much money, i am forced to buy another. Shame on joy and hsn--my life is hard enough--dont need this. Karma!

HSN joy mangano travel ease quilted luggage set - navy

Luggage comes with a 10 year warranty. After traveling with this "marvelous" claimed luggage, the duffel bag handle ripped off after the second trip. I have retired outside of the U.S. When I called several times, I was informed that the warranty is moot outside of the United States. Also was told that I can still use the luggage by using the "pull out handle". The Color was also not available but I can try calling before the warranty ends. Or I can have it shipped to someone in the United States, and they can bring it to me in the country where I am now. I then asked if I can have a refund for the damaged item, "no" can I have it repaired and would they reimburse the cost. I was told "no". I tried to resolve the issue reasonably before I turned to this place. I was given a Reference Number: [protected], not that it helped. I requested I left s few messages and did not receive a call back. I did speak with a couple of ladies and outcome is described above. Not exactly satisfied as it does not resolve my issue with the luggage. It may not seem as a big issue to some, but I do like to keep what I own it good shape . I would have like to speak with Ms. Mangano, but of course that was not available to me either. Refund for the duffel bag; to my Credit card or a check or replacement to the country I reside. HSN their customer service is as poor

Ordered a blender on October 15 for $250. But I never got my blender and their tracking system showed no update. Contacted the HSN and they told that my item is already shipped out. I was told it will arrive on November 3. I waited and waited, but the same happened. I called them again and was told that item will be delivered on November 25. Another excuse. Well, it already December and I don't know where my blender is. I contacted them the third time and was told they guarantee a refund. After that they stopped answering my calls and messages. Until I pushed I wasn't allowed to talk to a manager. He told that maybe they will give a refund, but they still need some time to discuss it. Well, I understand the meaning of that statement. They don't want to give my money back, but I'm ready to take strong actions. This is not the end!

HSN my order still has not arrived

I purchased a very expensive Bose sound system from HSN and paid extra for expedited shipping as it was a present. The order confirmation indicated I would receive the unit in 3 days. After 5 days had passed I contacted HSN about the order and was told it had not even shipped, and I was not allowed to cancel the order! It is now ELEVEN days after my order and it still has not arrived. HSN is not a reputable organization and I will never do business with them again.

HSN cell phones

I went on HSN to purchase an unlocked cell phone, By the morning time I had received an email stating that they couldn't verify me by an address that I had been living at for over 5 years, so I had provided them with my previous address which they were able to identify that I was a real person by then. After being told that this was the only thing holding my order up. They then proceeded to tell me that now I had to answer 4 question to verify who I was after telling me that the only thing I needed was an address. After I answered the first four questions as honest as possible and to the best of my knowledge the customer service rep told me I didn't passed. I was pissed and confused already by what happen this morning with the address isssue, so she said we have to ask you 4 more question after answering those questions honestly she told me I didn't pass that either. From the moment I placed an order for this phone through HSN they had target me I 've never had this problem before they were very rude and cocky I told them i was going to write a reveiw to let everyone know how they rejected my order after answering the questions correctly and my bank card being linked to my current address and having the money in the bank for the phone. After speaking to the VP of HSN they treated me as bad as customer service and they also stated I don't know why your having a problem there isn't any notes about fraud.JOKE...DON'T ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL GET THE RUN AROUND!

HSN exchange

This is monica brooks i called hsn on yesterday and the night before concerning this issue. My hp all in one pavillon i purchased from a show that aired on 9/20/2015 on hsn and the facetime feature and hp support are not available to me. I have been unable to access this feature without any help the the vtech support i also purchased, the hp support or hsn's ability to resolve this with hp. I have been shuffled back and forth from one transfer by hp to another on this feature that was clearly advertised as a part of this bundle package with this pc. I also was told that i need to purchase more tech support by hp for this feature. I took this instructional home and it did not work on my pc the directions are clear but the options are not on my pc. I called hp last night and was transferred 8 times and then told i would have to purchase a higher level of tech support from smart friend. I did not purchase it since i purchased the bundle through hsn. I think this issue should be escalated and hsn should be contacting hp on my behalf at this point. I have a case number with them but i don't have access to it right now but they can use my telephone number to pull up the case, [protected]. I really want to hear from hsn at this point so i can decide if i will send the pc back, exchange or they will work with hp to get this resolved. Thanks monica

HSN deffective luggage

In March I purchased a 3pc set of Joy Mangano luggage from HSN. My purchased was made for an upcoming trip in June. I used the luggage once and the handle ripped from the duffle bag. I called HSN and they sent me to a "warranty" company, of which HSN owns and Joy is the president of...kind of fishy. The warranty company sends a label return the label, but I am NOT issued a refund, I am issued a HSN credit that I only have 30 days to use! After reading the reviews over 200 people complained of this same issue. Joy Mangano should be ashamed to have her name associated with such poor quality luggage. To STEAL money from hard working people, you sold defective product, YOU JOY WERE PAID. I on the other hand have no usable luggage on no money! DO THE RIGHT THING AND GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY! I bought your product in good faith, faith that you made a quality product, that faith has been shattered.

HSN false advertisement

Farris nuts & berries, $49.95 for three 1lb containers. Advertised as large nuts, not the ones I received! Not happy with purchase, tried to return, was told not refundable. There is no mention of this product not being returnable. I am out monies while hsn keeps their piece of the pie. This is a scam by hsn and farris. Sick of false ads.

It looks like HSN has a 30 day return policy unless otherwise noted... so I don't se why they wound not take it back.
