i have been recieving phone calls probablly close to 6 calls a day from them and on the weekends, i though this wasnt allowed... they even call past 6:00pm... they harrass you, they never let you talk to a manager or someone in charge becuase " there is no one to talk to but the customer service people." this is ridiculous, almost every single time i get a call from them they have either changed information on my account, or they tell me one thing and then the next tim that they call the information is different. for example about three days ago i called they told me i was on a settlement plan and i have been on it since novemeber. i got a call today saying that i am no longer in the settlement plan, bcuz of a voided check... a check that i sent to them in september that they didnt try to cash until deecember. obviously i cancelled the check bcuz it took them two months to cash it... they do that just so they can charge you late fees, and say u werent on time. i need a good lawyer, im really sick of getting harrassing phone calls, and having my account information chagnge without my consent, its really ridiculous and it needs to stop! if there is a lawyer reading this i need your help please! im leaving my email for you to contact me. also, the lawyer needs to be from massachusetts so i can use them.

f you have HSBC for your company, they are very hard to get rid of. I did not want to pay an annual fee anymore as my credit had improved. All of my attempts to cancel this card failed. What started it, was a "rush payment fee" if you pay on line the day BEFORE it is due. Apparently this is the only company that cannot process an electronic transaction unless it is made 48 hours in advance or more. But they can do it, it just costs $14.95 to process. Compounding the issue they change the date around, putting it after holidays, or Sunday. It's a great trick to extort money from even the best customers who pay every month on time. This month it is due on MLK day. A monday holiday. I just pay it a week ahead. They have not figured out how to legally charge me for that. Also I pay it off every month so there is no interest on my purchases. They will probably drop me for this soon. Recently the term of the card are changing, and all customers have the opportunity to opt-out. After reading these customer experiences here, I think that's what I will do.
