When our daughter in law requires health care services, she has been giving our telephone number (without our permission). When she does not pay the bill, the collection agency calls us and each time it happens, we tell them to take us off their calling list. I expect there will be another call in the future as I don't think my daughter in law will change her behavior any time soon and HRRG (and the medical care providers) are too F...ing STUPID to catch on to her bad number even tho it is obvious that her number does NOT match to her address nor anything else about her... she lives in Columbus Ohio.

HRRG is not friendly and will not really do anything to help us get this really fixed. You cannot talk to a real person and the people that man the phones are total idiots and will not let you talk to a supervisor.

AND, you cannot call corporate either. What a terrible company!

I received a bill with no information on what this money I supposedly should send to them. Very rude and hostile customer service. This company has operated under very shady circumstances with the bill I supposedly owe them, I was unsure the letter I received was real it seriously looks like the scam bills that the IRS FTC and FBI warn about.

This "agency" has been calling me at least 3 times daily for more than 6 months. The only answer I get is an automated phone service. I have serious thought of getting law enforcement involved and acquiring legal assistance.

The bill that HRRG is trying to collect on is a scam bill according to my insurance provider from there point of view and in order for me to discuss this more with my provider i need a original copy of the bill.

Vassar admitted to their error in producing an emergency health care services for my son Ethan Gross in the amount of $707.00 for $219.35 of services. A new bill was produced for the amount of $219.35 and this was paid in full. The account number is [protected] and the new statement date is 03/28/10.
Thank you,
Dr. Seth Gross

I make so much money off of these jokers every year. They're easy to sue in Federal Court. Know your rights under the FDCPA of 1974. Don't avoid these people. Do it right and bother them like a an irritating mosquito using the court. They usually don't settle before you get them to the discovery process. And, hey, if you're broke, go in as en forma pauperis. These jokers can be beaten. Remember, the alleged debt doesn't matter, they busted your civil rights under the law and you caught them. The alleged debt is COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT!
