Not compliant with law
House of Beauty is operating outside the law by taking payments in their website and never filling or shipping orders. They don't respond to emails and they don't ever answer the phone. They will not refund. This is illegal. They should not be allowed to continue. Their website needs to be shut down. I have to spend my time filing complaints with the Pennsylvania BBB and the Pennsylvania Attorney General just to recoup the money they have fraudulently taken from me. "Orders usually ship next day"? What a joke. I've been waiting for 3 weeks and others are waiting months. You can't lie and misrepresent and stay in business House of Scammers.

Horrible! Don't spend your money here. I placed an order on 4/20/2020 and it is still in process. I cancelled my order today and I am waiting on a response. I have not received any products and the customer service number has been closed with the same message since the order date ([protected] & [protected] & [protected]). I have emailed the following email addresses: ordershob... & supportgroup...in regards to the coupon and free shipping that was not applied to my order to no avail. My next step is to contact the pa attorney general's office. They are stealing people's money at the worst time. I know other reliable sites are more expensive but don't trust this merchant. Disgusting behavior!

I ordered several products
I placed an order through HouseOfBeautyWorld.com my order number was 1219884. I placed the order on 2/28/2020. I received an order confirmation, and a status update. The status update stated that it would take 4-6 days to process my order. That was 8 days ago. I have since tried messaging them on their site. I have tried calling all the numbers on their site, the questions number 1-267-938-8135 is always busy. Their phone orders number is answered by an answering machine. They took money off my card but I've heard nothing back from them.
Not a big deal
I think I placed a very simple order (A carotone brightening soap something about 4 dollars worth) and didn't expect that something would go wrong. I can't say it was a disaster to me, but anyway I didn't like to be treated that way.
They provided no shipping information, no tracking number. I learned that they shipped the soap 8 days later than promised. And no one knows where it is now, even though it's been 3 weeks since they shipped it.

Total scam!
I received a wrong item. Requested a refund. It took them 3 days to call me back and give me further instructions on how to get my money back. Ok, I did everything they wanted and they charged me twice. For what? I have no idea. They said there were several additional and mandatory fees.
What the hell? Are you a freaking governmental organization? So my refund wasn't full because of these scammers' operations. Fraud. Scam. Total scam.

Damaged product
I've ordered something from www.houseofbeautyworld.com website and my order arrived in a timely manner.
My lotion was very poorly packed and because of that it was damaged during the shipment. There was not much left in the bottle.
I took some pictures and emailed those to HouseOfBeautyWorld. Waited for several days and sent another message. These guys never bothered to reply.
I'm very disappointed with this company, not only my product arrived completely damaged, but there was also no help or support from them.

Extremely terrible service!!
I've ordered some products from HouseOfBeautyWorld because they promised fast delivery (5-8 days).
8 days passed and there was no sign of my order so I called customer service to get some information. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and ignorant! She said that my order was on its way and will be here any time soon.
Waited for another week and had to call them again. The same nasty lady picked up the phone and said she had no idea where my order was. I asked for a tracking number and she said she didn't had any! How? Previous time I called she claimed my order was shipped via UPS and as a frequent online shopper I know that UPS always provides tracking numbers!
I asked her to cancel my order and she said ok and disconnected! Total joke!

Did not receive products
My experience with houseofbeautyworld.com is simply unacceptable. They should not be in business.
I placed an order with House of Beauty World on 12/29/14. My credit card was charged on 12/30/14. I never received my order! I sent an email on 1/16/15 regarding my order. No response.
I called on 1/20/15 and was told my order shipped on 1/15/15, and I should receive it any day. Still no order.
I called again on 1/29/15 and was told by Devon that my order was never shipped, nor were they going to ship it. She asked if I wanted to split the shipping charges of $10.00, they would send it out right away. Terrible, terrible company and customer service. They had no intention of shipping out my order, no phone call, no credit to my charge card, nothing. Do not shop with this company.

Agree! I have had a horrible time with this company. I sent y merchandise back and they did not refund my CC. I sent it back according to their terms of 10 days. They tell my CC company not owed any more. This is all in March 2015 and it is May 2015 still no refund.
This is what they sent me & yes that is paper in there! They are so careless I mean how hard is it to check the product before they ship it?!
They didn't provide info about the order
The company www.houseofbeautyworld.com is total scam, so better don’t buy from them. I ordered hair care products, but these scammers haven’t provided any info. I waited for the confirmation email or the tracking number, but this scammer didn’t provide any info about my order. I sent multiple emails and asked about the status of my order, but no response. I told them to return money, but again they ignored me.Total scam, so don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience with this company.

wrong order not addressed
I wear a wig daily by necessity. I ordered 10 packages of Vapon A curve adhesive strips from HOUSE OF BEAUTY in Philadelphia, PA. They are listed on the internet as HOUSE OF BEAUTY WORLD. I was sent 10 packages of a generic brand of B Curve strips. These strips are vastly different than the ones ordered, and i cannot use them. I called them repeatedly, and never spoke to one live person. I left messages each time, explaining that all I wanted was the correct order, and I would send the mistaken order back (at their expense, of course.) I was never contacted. I sent emails. I was never contacted. It has been two weeks, and I have lost $62.00 on the deal. They have NO customer service online, and apparently don't care to. DO NOT ORDER WITH HOUSE OF BEAUTY aka HOUSE OF BEAUTY WORLD on the internet.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The costumer service lady was so rude to me for no reason
The Costumer service lady was so rude to me for no reason. She kept on hanging up the phone in my face and treating me really bad . she refused to listen to my problem. They was very unhelpful she put me on Hold for 12 mins and then hang up the phone. am calling from the UK to America. she wasted my phone bill. My problem is still not resolved and I feel Bullied by that lady.

What is this they are a careless company
This is a awful company I ordered these products on 03/15/2016 & got it today. Why is it crust on the tube already I mean how old is this stuff & why is it paper in the other one I mean how did that happened? Why didn't they check the product before they shipped it to me? They are so careless & I called several times & got no response so explain that! I'll wait
I bought skin care products and fragrance from www.houseofbeautyworld.com. I received completely different thing, and the bottles were too small. I contacted the customer services and asked if they could change the order. The agent was rude and almost yelled at me, and he told me that it was only my fault and he refused to help and hung up immediately. It was really unpleasant, so better avoid them and post comments about your experience with them.

I was scared at first because of bad experiences i had with other online shopping sites. But HOUSE OF BEAUTY WORLD is so real! Their discounts are constant! Weather you are looking for weave, wigs, hair products, hot irons or other beauty products, House of beauty will full fill your needs. I would recommend them to anyone. The shipping was great it came just in time!
My order arrived, exactly as ordered, in just two days. I am always completely satisfied with their product, price and service!
