Booked through uship.com. Paid at booking. Shipper picked up my shipment (my entire household) in California on 6/7 and was supposed to deliver it to me in Ohio 6/13. He has never delivered it. He no showed three times and then went completely incommunicado and Uship refunded my payment to me. I had to file a theft report and after being visited by the Michigan state police he finally got in contact with me, said he had my goods and would deliver, and then didn't show up again. Next he demanded I put a money order into an account before he would show up, and when I tried to do that the bank account he'd given me was actually closed. Then he gave me someone else's name as an account and at that point I'd already left the bank and refused to deposit it into any other account. I told him I had the money order available and that he could pick it up when he delivered, but he refused and has told me he's taking my things back to California and is putting a lien on them. This guy is unethical, aggressive, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Additional note to anyone considering this company - their business license in California has been suspended. This same thing is happening to me with them right now! They picked up a piece of furniture from me on June 22nd and it still has not been delivered to my customer in California. U ship has refunded me my money and alpha versa is demanding we have cash on delivery. They also have no showed a handful of times and are unreachable. I filed a police report a week ago and have been working with the police ever since. Good news is as of tonight I identified the people working with them in a photo lineup. Whoever they sent to my house to pick up my piece area caught! If they don't cooperate, felony arrest warrants will be placed on all four of them, the two people who picked it up and the two people running alpha versa! Good news, you may get your household back!
