Sir,

Subject : complaint regarding Telephone number 2463922-c/reg.


It is to bring your kind notice that I have a telephone connection bearing number 0120-2463922 at C-209, Pocket I, Kendriya Vihar II, Sector 82, Noida and this number is out of order since 26.07.2008. Twice the complaint has been launched at 198, once on 28.07.2008 and 2nd on 06.08.2008 vide complaint number 240564 . In addition to that I have also launched a complaint at Customer care number 2441500 on 04.08.2008 vide complaint number 984401, but all in vein . I have also tried the SDO, NSEZ Noida at number 2567500 but it was also not helpful.

Please let me know that if it can not be made in order, then I would like to surrender the connection due to poor service of BSNL.

It is once again requested that the connection may be made in order properly and without any disturbance (Which is a continuous problem) .
