I deposited 50 euros (74.17) cad to Global Collect BV at RBC for credit with hotvoip.com.
The deposit was recognized by dellmont and documents from the bank was provided to dellmont.
now more than two weeks later I email them and call them but I never get anywhere.
no reply to the emails and never a customer service person available.
It is like they want you to get tired and go away.
I purchased 50 euros worth of hotvoip.com credits and I paid with cash deposit to Global Collect BV at royal bank canada (rbc). I provided dellmont customer service with the documents from the bank to justify the payment, but i never received any answer to why my balance is still 0 also over 2 weeks has passed by.
hotvoip is nothing but a hopeless company, its service is nothing but a crap. Its been few weeks its not working at all. its so frustrating. I will never buy credit and use it anymore. bye bye hotvoip.
