I was charged $.99 on Sept. 29, 2016, $.99 on Sept. 30, 2016 and $10.55 this morning. I do not know what this is and I want my money back.
Thiis is what comes out on my bank account:

I have not entered into any subscriptions of any kind. I should not be charged for any services because I have not ordered or asked Google for any type of help whatsoever!

I used Google mail for a long time and mostly used it for my work.
The problem is that someone hacked my account and changed the password. I cannot access my gmail account! I thought that Google was the safest place, but guess I was wrong. I'm very disappointed with Google, mostly because they haven't helped me. I tried to contact them and asked for help but they never bothered to reply. What a huge disappointment.

On my little brother phone was signed my credit card, and I signed that if he has to buy something he need the authorization of the password before doing it to make my credit card sure.
Now i just see on my credit card balance that were spent 1476 NIS from google application, and I really want to complain all these transaction because google didn't ask for an authorization before doin the transaction!
I don't have the money to pay this 1476 NIS and I want my money back!

HI, i do not look at my bank statements unless I notice a problem went to bank today they pulled up statements from since start new year because I noticed money missing they think it all started with this google kabam this month after taping mac machine there were charges from something I never heard of google kabam 1 from 5/31 $4.99 another from 5/31 $29.99 two more on 6/8 one for $1.99 and another for $4.99 would like to hear something back I never put in any information to order anything i do not play games on my phone no time for games. I had an account on Gmail and one day when I wanted to log into my account I wasn't able to do that! I tried to contact Gmail customer service to get some help but they ignored me and never replied. I was very disappointed, but since I was very satisfied with the website itself I decided to make another account. So I made a new account and used it for about three moths without a problem. But they also blocked it! No matter what I've tried I was not able to access my account! Customer service still ignores me!

I used Gmail for work purposes and it was very important to me.
I'm not getting messages and I have no idea why to do. I even asked a friend of mine to send me an email and my friend sent me a message. I saw that with my own eyes, was standing near him. I opened my Gmail account and saw that nothing came! I need to fix this problem as soon as possible! I wanted to get some help from Gmail customer support service but they did not reply!

My name is michelle lopez and i got charged today $10.66 with transaction listed as "pos debit google *youtube g.Co/payhelp ca". I have never had this charge before and never agreed to anything with youtube! I want a refund and don't want it to pop up anymore. Email is [protected]@gmail.com.

For some reason it seems impossible to contact Google with questions and suggestions. Only help pages are available. Is Google a robot or what?
I only wanted to suggest that they provide an option on the default Google search page where one can disable the .gif that is inserted daily. I find the latest doodle fruit games gif's extremely annoying and just want a simple efficient search engine (like it used to be).
It seems very strange that a large powerful company like Google has no easy way to get in touch, or any form of customer service link, except the 'help' links. Sometimes one wants more than just the offered 'help'. I'm sure they can create some jobs by implementing a customer support service center and thereby add value to the company by evaluating suggestions etc.
Otherwise I am quite happy with what Google offers.

I authorize any of it and I would like my money returned to me.
I also want my cards completely disconnected and removed from whereever they are stealing them from!

I created an adwords campaign earlier this year. It was costly and not really delivering profitable clients so in early June I decided to cancel it. So I went to the dashboard and paused the campaign. Later that month, I noticed that I received a few more charges to my credit card. Thank goodness I noticed because Google quietly bills you and never sends a receipt for your transactions - they go with the philosophy that people will set it and forget it and thats how they make their money. The only thing is I didn't forget - I paused the campaign. So I went into my account and viewed my dashboard and it was in fact paused... but why was I still accumulating charges? So I called - I couldn't get through. I submitted a ticket to have someone contact me - no response. All the while, my account was racking up. I was freaking out. I finally got through by spending 1.5 hours in a queue. They told me there was an Adwords Express ad that was running that couldn't be viewed by the Adwords Dashboard. At this point I am seeing RED. WTF, a company that owns the online world with the slickest platforms and Adwords Express (whatever that is) isn't integrated into their flagship platform. Seems to me like...

- by not sending reciepts
- by not responding to my messages either by phone or email
- and by not integrated hidden campaigns like Express

I can only summize that they are actually creating a business model of working the system to make money. The crappy part is there is no recourse for people like me - a small business owner. They will not offer my a refund despite how many valid (and arguebly illegal) points I bring up.

Do not use this service. In the day of social media, there are plenty of other services out there that will garner better results (I have a digital marketing background - I should have known better). Plus, I never realized how shady these practices can be - Google you dissappoint me. I expected more from you.

As you see, there are the same beginning reference #'s but different things...

There seems to be ample evidence in many areas from auto complete to the priority of returned searches of a liberal, Socialist, and Democrat bias in searches on Google. I have seen this myself when compared with searches on BING, Yahoo, and others. It concerns me greatly as many students rely on your site.
I know this may not be intentional, but it is there none the less and needs to be addressed. Your users must know that searches they do on your site are as unbiased, fair and free of prejudiced algorithms as is humanly possible. I asks you to fully investigate this and widely report your findings and remedies.

on 4/25/16 a representative from roc nation called me and offered me $1, 000 to remove my video from youtube because they said my video was becoming too popular showing up in kanye west search engine online because he didnt have a video for his "famous" song at the time and my "lit" music video became the #1 search result in the world when looking for the famous video. After I declined the small offer they told me that they were gonna get the video down weather I liked it or not and that I should have just taken the bribe. Later that day I received an email from youtube stating that they have removed my video from youtube but did not state any reason which I felt very odd but I began to remember what the rep has just threatened me with. Youtube didnt add any strike to my account or anything and wasnt really allowing me to respond to the unjust video removal but I emailed them every way I could find with noting but a copy and paste generic response that wasnt even on the topic of my inquiry. Once I tried to click the video link it sent me to a page stating that the video was removed for violating terms of service. After reading over the terms of service with my attorney we concluded that there was no way my video violated any terms of service and we wanted answers. On 5/6/16 About one week later I wrote a letter to the bbb explaining this situation and showing how my video did not violate their terms of service. The very next day youtube emailed me and changed their decision for removing my video from "violation of terms of service" to "violation of community guidelines". They then issued a community guidelines strike and I immediately appealed the strike letting them know that this video does not violate any community guidelines and waited weeks for another response. During this time google kept replying to my bbb complaint with generic copy n paste messages without ever addressing my issue because they know this whole issue is very shady. One of my inside sources at roc nation stated they know for a fact that one of their reps contacted youtube and paid them to illegally remove the video and stated that they can do that if they want. The roc nation rep also stated that google/youtube was paid a nice amount of money to pull the video down without question and they will hide behind technnicalities to try and keep it down illegally honoring their record label pay off bribe. I then continued to write youtube letting them know that my video doesnt not contain any spam, hateful content, threats, vulgarity, nudity, violent content or any copyright issues therefore its impossible for the video to have violated any community guidelines. After submitting this weeks after removal, youtube made it so that I can view my video again from my dashboard but it was not public while they review my community guidlines removal appeal. Days later the video came back down and youtube emailed me saying my appeal had been denied without once again making it clear why my video was removed in the first place. This ridiculousness has led me to believe that the illegal removal of my video is accurate and that google/youtube was paid to take my video down illegally. I invested thousands of dollars of google adsense to get the traffic of that video in the millions. Also the video was generating hundreds of dollars daily in ads. This illegal removal means nothing to roc nation or youtube but this had destroyed my income and reputation all because google has allowed illegally activity at their business. Before this I thought google/youtube was good business that followed rules and laws but now I know its just a big corporate entity that cares nothing about regular people like me that are working hard to feed their families and pay bills. I dont feel its rights that a company can just make up its own rules and destroy peoples lives without explanation and no one does anything. Please help

On the 15th of may £9.99 was taken form my account in a transaction which I did not authorize.

If possible I would like to know why this money was taken from my account and if it can be refunded.

I have 6 separate charges on my bank card ranging from $2.99 to $99.99, totaling $167.94.

I downloaded my Google account and these charges do not show up. I use Google Play to pay for my Pandora subscription and 1 game I play, Candy Crush which show up as Google King on my statements. The most I have paid to play my game is $4.99, typically always 99¢.

I have notified the fraud department of my bank to reverse these charges and I had my card blocked.

I believe the Google Play system is compromised by hackers and they are no longer secure. Either that or Google is corrupt.

I used Hotmail for years and everything was fine until I noticed that I'm not getting all the emails I am supposed to get! I asked my friend to send to me a message and nothing came! She sent me about 5 mails and I never received those. Waited for several days, thought they might come later, but received nothing even after a week! I really need this Hotmail account because I use it for my job and it is very important to me! Hotmail customer support ignored me and did not help!

I am checking my account and I notice charges that a minor made and you all just deducted without verifying whether he was of age to make these charges. I have charges for
4/11 of $8.21; $8.21; $4.11; $8.21;$3.90; and $4.11
and 4/15 of $1.05
These total $37.80 that should be refunded to me. I need a phone number to call you about this and just how you plan to go about refunding me. I do not want to put my personal information out here but will gladly discuss it person to person.
