The popular import tuner car HIN (Hot Import Nights) tour company is owned and operated by a pair of high stakes grifters ( CARY FLOYD, PAUL STEVENS and DAVID KIM ), who have conned investors, defrauded sponsors and illegally failed to pay its vendors and employees. As of March 2010 they are being sued ( at least 5 different suits are filed in the public record ) for over 3.5 million dollars in payroll, contracts and fraudulent divestitures, yet they continue to operate under differing corporate banners. The likes of which is known as a "SHELL GAME" in which they funnel sponsors' and investor funds into offshore accounts, then run the company into the ground. Beware, these crooks are very good CONFIDENCE ARTISTS and not above any reproach.

A review of public records of Mr. Floyd show that he has many judgments against him, that he filed BK in 2008 and got a discharge. Filmmakers and producers beware. New World Distro is a big phony. They wanted me to pay them to distribute my film and they turned out to be a fraud! Their website for New World Distro (don't they know that was the name of Roger Cormans company) recently popped up Cary Floyd's company and guys (including his son who he should be ashamed of having participate with him in his scam) may as well be selling used cars, since at least that's legal! I am an independent filmmaker who was stupid enough to believe the sales pitch from their slick "aquisitions vp" who recently stole five thousand dollars from me. I have spoken to other filmmakers who have had the same experience. When you dig deep behind this fancy website they created you find that it's all a big scam. They are guaranteeing distribution so long as they get your hard earned cash from you and then they deliver nothing. I called a few industry executives who have never heard of them. They have created phony press and show photos of a team of people, none of whom are at work anywhere together. If you go to their office you will find there isn't one and the number on the website is actually a cell phone. It's amazing how people can make themselves look really good with a website with nothing to substaniate it. In fact even much of their website has been lifted from other websites I have visited over the years. They are clearly imposters in the entertainment world who are paracites on the backs of hard working creative people who produce films. Stay away!

Why they are not locked up?
Yes, be aware, be VERY aware- these people are the ### of the earth. Floyd is a failed singer/wannabe from Texas and total thief- Stevens is a high powered attorney (In his own mind) and is nothing but a thief. They are both criminals, lock them up for a very long time.
I am one of several models that were contracted by CARY FLOYD in July to represent Castrol Motor Oil products. None of the 15+ models have been paid for these events (contracted through agencies!) Cary Floyd claims they dont have the "funds" to pay the bills and they will probably be filing bankruptcy. What a scam artist! We know Castrol would not have let that be attached to their name- they are a multi billion dollar company and Floyd is full of ###. Complaints will be filed and thanks for the contact info!
