assholes stoped my service and ranaway with my money. had there service for a few months. and a few weeks ago, they stop my service and didnt refund my money. stay away from these assholes. do not do business.

You didn't tell us what happened, though. For all we know, you were on a monthly plan and stopped paying for it. The fault could be totally yours. You can't just blast a company and not tell us all why it's their fault.

I agree - these guys are absolutely pathetic.

Constant downtime over the last few months, and they have slow frustrating support that constantly avoid the real issues making you jump through hoops before they answer anything. Also they never offer any compensation for their poor service.

They don't live up to their promises at all or care about their customers.

By the way - in response to your email Ben, Hostmonster is really unprofessional. If Jim says they stopped his service and "ran away with his money" I doubt very much that he didn't pay his account.

From my experience with them over the last year, I would not be at all suprised if they refused to give him a refund.

They have continually made me promises and I have given them the benifit of the doubt, but in the end it's the same story over and over again.

Avoid this webhost at all cost. They are crap.

STILL, all my web sites at hostmonster.com are completely shut down for long time.

This is NOT first time but 3rd time. I do not recommend hostmonst.com as it seems their server management is not reliable.

I do NOT recommend HOSTMONSTER.com. Tech Service is slow and always they have tendancy to blame customer ...

STILL HOST MONSTER can NOT repair server problem. My commercial websites are DOWN completely so far. LOST A DAY but lost FOREVER CLIENT credit in front of my clients.

I will move to well-known name brand, still it pays back more than 10 years host cost by losing a WHOLE DAY business.

HOST MONSTER is NOT worthy and NOT reliable.

I really regret. They are very slower. Forget it.

I really recommend that don't use no name brand company.

HostMonster.com server for internet connection is down again.

(More than 12 hours, Enough to destroy my company business reputation)

All my sites are DOWN ALL BUSINESS DAY.

1. SERVER SHUTDOWN.

2. DB connection problem

3. Internet connection. (SO FREQUENT, Not only today)

TOO MUCH PROBLEM.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND HostMonster.com .

Their customer tech service and maintenance is NOT RELIABLE.

Never USE for commercial service at all.

They can NOT tell you what is causing problem, TECH support is no useful.

They way they run business is they intended to damage business.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Don't be victim like me.

Even Today. Still all my website is completely shutdown. No sites are active.

It seems they don't know how to run "IT business".

I can not trust Hostmonster.com any more. Enough is Enough.

HostMonster.Com must be well qualified to host "websites" to hurt your business anytime.

They can not fix it yet. Amazing Service.
