I believe that Horizon Gold Credit cards are a fraud because on their application they ask you for credit card information which is rediculous because if I had a credit card In the first place I would not need their credit card, and when you have complaints they don't have a number or email address to contact them with your complaints. They need to get their act together and decide on whether to be an unsecured credit card or a debit card.

I feel that Horizon Gold Credit card is fraudulent because they ask you for credit card information when your purpose for contacting them in the first place is to obtain a credit card. And, on top of everything, theyleave you no number or Email address to contact them with any complaints. They should make up my mind as to whether they are secured or unsecured.
