The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Staff is not friendly or compassionate with patients or visitors.

Staff is not responsive in a timely manner. It seems as though facility is understaffed.

Communication between staff and within departments regarding patient information is poor.

No professional demeanor in this facility what so ever.

It is difficult to speak with the social worker and/or doctor in person or on the telephone.

I completely agree with this review. There are too few nurses and aids. The staff is overwhelmed, and therefore, not very friendly. Management hide in their offices all day. The owners are spending more money to redecorate the place than hire more staff.
I worry that if a fire occurred, it would be impossible to get all the residents out. There are only 3 small slow moving elevators, and the gate to the garden is locked. Shame on these people!
