I too saw a trial for hoodia fusion for 4.95 to cover the cost of shipping and to try this product for free. The way the advertising was did not at all indicate I was buying $89 worth of product. I feel this company is scamming customers. They say they will return your call within 24 hours. They called me 6 days later. Too late for me. Every time I called they never answered so I never spoke to anyone to cancel for question. They charged me and I didn't receive anything for 11 days. Earlier this day I spoke to my bank who is closing my account and reversing the fee for unauthorized consent for these charges. I hope you all may be able to do the same. This company needs to be stopped!!!

Ditto! Same old song and dance as all the other complaints. My bank suggested I call them and ask them to credit the amount back to my account and if they refuse to do it then my bank would do it for them plus add a charge back.

I too will contact Fox News regarding this scam!

I fell for it also. Got hit with an $89.97 charge, after multiple attempts to cancel the 'account'. I left at least 6 voice messages, as well as created 'tickets' on their customer service site - what a joke. Only after I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Oklahoma City did I get a call back. I got them to cancel, and I did at least get a statement from them that I would get a partial refund. I am working through my credit card company to go after the full refund.

All I can say is keep after them, and go into the BBB website and file a complaint with them. I think that got the scammers' attention.

I was scammed as well and I made the mistake of using a bank account. It was an account I was getting ready to close and then this charge for 89.97 came through and there was not enough in the account so now I face overage fees. I am working with my bank to dispute this charge. There was nothing on Hoodia Fusion's website when ordering this product for 14 days that they would automatically ship and charge you nearly $90.00 for something I decided it did not do what it advertised. I also read the receipt that came with the product and it did not tell you about this automatic shipment or the charge. It has been 8 days now and I have not received any product. I called them twice and left messages and have not received any call back. This needs to be reported to the better business bureau. I should have known something was wrong the way I received the product. Because they have not returned my calls, even if I did know about the charge after 14 days, I would have not been able to call and cancel anyway because you have to leave a message.

What a SCAM to get our money!

Yes... I never ordered $89.00 worth of Hoodia fusion..I kept refusing and returning 3 orders... and they claim they haven't received them... but may give me partial reimbursement... What do you advise me to do... Send your above letter to my charge account and dispute it..

I was also charged $89.00 worth of Hoodia with out me knowing. Whe I finally got the # to cancell I try getting my money. They asked me to send the product back and I was only getting $54.00 back because there was a fee for $35.00 for closing the account. to cancell account call 1-800-381-7820. With this # Iactually talked to someone.

I also signed up for the 14 day free trial. Before I even got the trial shipment I saw an add'l charge of $89.95 on my credit card along with an e-mail stating "We are happy to inform you that your one time auto savings program package was shipped." I could not respond to this e-mail, it was undeliverable and the support address didn't work. There was no way to cancel. The e-mail also stated that there was no need to contact PE Labs because I was automatically removed from the auto savings program. I tried the trial package and had such stomach pains I couldn't continue with the product. A month later I received another e-mail also stating the same information that another shipment was made. I finally was able to contact someone about this and was told I agreed to this which I did not. Now I received another e-mail stating that the company is blaming the shipping company for notifying me that they would take me off the list and that it was not their fault. What a crock! I have notified my credit card company to dispute these charges. I can't believe how much money they are ripping people off for. What can be done to stop them? I feel violated. Now I have 2 months worth of their product that I don't even feel safe using.

What a scam is right! I sent for the sample and ended up getting 2 shipments ...I sent it back and successfully had it removed from my credit card account(or at least I thought I did)!! That was last fall in November, today I recieved my credit card bill and it was back on again! I called the credit card company again .$89.97.......the person I talked to said they had lost the dispute and so I am being billed for it! Last fall I tried to call this bogus company and found that there is no one there............I don't know what else to do! I will call the Missouri Attorney General and The Better Business Bureau, but, I don't think that is going to get this off my account! Help! any suggestion you can give me would be appreciated! Frustrated in Missouri

I had the same done to me. They chardged my card extra. They sent another supply before I knew to cancel this. Told me to send it back for refung of 54.00, thats been over 9 months ago and can't get any help. They are a bad company to deal with, sad thing they will just start with another name and stick it to others. Its sad to know people have to make a liveing hurting others. Sad In Tennessee.

Due to many complaints from customers, Fusion Technologies has taken Hoodia Fusion away from the retailer that was selling their product. They are now marketing Hoodia Fusion themselves and are very responsive to customers. They are answering calls and emails.

They are trying to take care of all previous customers and future customers by offering Hoodia Fusion at a 40% discount and offer a full money back guarantee, no jumping trough hoops trying to get your money back like the retailer made you. They are very friendly and helpful.
