Honda Motor complaint with petrol tank

I purchased a hero honda pleasure on 14.8.10 with engine no.JF16EBAGG23790, Chassis no.MBLJF16EEAGG03424, order reference no.1084. I had purchased this for my wife who is working in a remote hilly area.I took the vehicle to her place after filling the petrol tank.but the petrol tank became empty hardly after 80 kilometers.i gave the vehicle to the nearby hero honda service centre.they took nearly a week to service it.but still the complaint was not rectified.im put to extreme hardship due to this.im not a well settled person.i bought this vehicle after taking loan.the hero honda ms &s motors employees also behaveds very rude to me.i need an immidiete remedy.failing which i will be forced to take legal actions against you.please consider this as my notice.if there is reply from you within 2 days immidiete action would be taken through consumer court.

Honda Motor breaked chain in just 2 moths

Dear Hero Honda Team,
I brought Hero Honda CD Deluxe in Self Start on 28.06.2010 its DL9SW7592, on yesterday morning when i went to office from nangloi to nehru place that time middle on way my bike chain suddenly broke on speed of between 50 to 60. That was good no incidence happened because i controlled the bike but when went to service center of authorized by Hero Honda, they said no warranty of this part you have to pay for this and all chain set will be changed and also chain cover. i would ask to you when i had purchased bike that time i should check the all part and component of bike its chain is OK or not engine is OK or not, I am not automobile engineer and i haven't lots of time to spend for this. So I request to you just guide or give solution what should i do. I should have to pay or not. I would Say in just two months ago if bike is creating this kind of problem then a economic class customer or me, how can afford with this Hero Honda Product. if will received hope less response then i will never buy Hero Honda Product and also guide to others not to be purchase your product. my bike's service is not properly. this is starting problem and this is not driving correct.and they did not give good service and they take money for oil change but they did not change the oil n they transfer the oil from 1 bike 2 another.plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me.

Honda Motor battery compliant, engine abnormal noise, gear shifting problem

I have purchased HONDA SHINE BIKE from SGJ BIKES PVT LTD.TUTICORIN TAMILNDAU on 12.11.2009.chasis no.ME4JC368K98124084 AND ENGINE NO.JC36E9498979.my bike was done only 3350 km, within this time my bike
battery(AMCO) is completely dead, second gear shifting problem, engine abnormal noise during normal riding.I have complaint about this problem to dealer.They didn't take any corrective action against this complaints.moreover they have charged from me to check the problems.regarding the battery after 12days still they have not send it for replacement.The branch manager and service section supervisor never they did not hear the problem.I think this not way to deal with customer.PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY, BECAUSE I HAVE LOOSE MY PATIENT OTHERWISE I WILL COME THRU THE LEGAL ACTION.I am unhappy to purchase HONDA SHINE from beginning

I given my bike at 3rd of October in Hasan honda service centre in puducherry for starting problem. So far I have not received any proper feedback and my vehicle. This makes me very bad situation. from chennai I went to Puducherry as tour but unfortunately my vehicle was breakdown. My time and money is wasting.

REMAINDER ON 29TH MAY 2011(AFTER LAPSE OF 10 DAYS)
I am narayana, kcs. I have purchased HONDA SHINE BIKE CB SHINE from m/s SRIDEVI Honda Showroom Kakinada(AP). after PURCHASE i found all the essential spares like stand, safty gaurd, engine guard etc are rusted with in a month, like any thing, i got it replaced in first servicing, again after 8 months battery(Exide) is completely dead after charging the battery showing 11 volts only (VOLTAGE NOT STUDY IT SHOULD BE 12 V) Problem.I have complained about this problem to dealer.They didn't take any corrective action (Replcement aginest warrenty)against this complaints.moreover they simply telling me to change my battery. the company is not having the spare/extra battery, The branch manager and service section supervisor did not hear to rectfy the problem. I ASKED THEM TO GIVE THE COMPLAINTS BOOK FOR MAKING COMPLAINT, THE SUPERVISOR TELLING THAT THE COMPANY M/S SRIDEVI Honda Showroom Kakinada(AP) IS NOT MAINTAINING ANY COMPLAINTS BOOK, THE COMPANY IS EXTENDING VERY BAD COORDINATION TO THE CUSTMERS. My name is Riyaz, Mumbai. I have purchased a Honda Shine from Jhaveri eight months back and have had similar experiance .The bike has a Minda battery and has gone dead. Unfortunatly I have been lax in giving the bike for servicing as I was informed that during servicing the battery is checked and replaced for free.However the mechanic at Honda was a nice person and told me that since the battery is not more than a year old I can go to a Authorised dealer and ask for a replacement.Whether the same apply for Minda lets see. Exide does it. I have written to Jhaveri and the Minda Company.Hoping for the best.

i have 2 hero honda bikes first is splender(2003) and second is pleasure (2009) from shri ram motors aburoad(307026) rajasthan...
shree ram motors is only hero honda show room and service center in my city aburoad...
my complain is related with the services of bike... their are no proper mechanic for bikes...all the workers of this service center is not capable...so i have request to hero honda company please do something for this... thanks...

I have purchase hero honda splender plus from JAY SHREE MOTORS PORBANDAR and give the 1st service today but the workers do scratchis by mistech on my bike and tell me that i have to do coating on my bike and pay for it but my actuall compalain is that why i have to pay for it becoouse the mistech has done by the workers so pls do something for this becouse my bike is only 20 days old...pls...do something...

Vehicle is fine, but, the EXIDE maintenance free battery goes within or over 1 year. EXIDE 4L battery which Aviator uses is hell to you. It is not Maintenance Free… It is a big Headache since you need to change your Battery.

One more highlight is Battery casing they use which doesnot allow 5L battery to fit in (5L battery is being used in Activa and Dio). You need to take care you have to buy only 4L battery for Aviator which is not available in Amaron.
I brought Amaron BTX5L battery on recomendation from the service center guys since, they told Activa or Dio battery would fit. But, to my agony after purchasing 5L battery, they took the vehicle to replace the battery only to discover that it only fits with 4L battery which is not available in Amaron.
Service guy asked me to get Exide 4L battery only. I got very annoyed and angry. Why should I buy Exide… It is the worst battery I found. Even, I had to replace this ### EXIDE battery for my car too. EXIDE BATTERY IS LIKE SUICIDE BATTERY… it will kill itself very soon and creates a big problem to the owner.
I stongly recommend as being a customer to Honda…. not to go for EXIDE battery which is obviously a big headache for the customers.

Now, I need to change the Battery casing with fabricated plate holder to fit my BTX5L Amaron battery into my Aviator. Also one suggestion to Amaron battery to manufacture 4L pro-bike batteries since, I found this to be a good battery and none of the aviator owners should face the problems which myself and other aviator owners faced till now.

Customer satisfaction should be every company’s motto.

Honda Motor I will also in future stay clear of any honda

I have recieved a call from Honda SA after my I posted my complaint. I bought a second hand vehicle and have a 30 day warranty on the gearbox and engine. Understandably after the poor service I've recieved, I refuse to entrust my car to Honda Helderberg, Strand again. Honda SA is unable to assist me elsewhere as they say it is a second hand vehicle (not a Honda) and cannot be seen to by Honda SA. They say I can only take my car to Honda Helderberg. No thank you. I would now appreciate it if contacts from Honda Helderberg would stop phoning me to sell me extras. Based on the poor service I've recieved, I will not deal with anyone phoning me and telling me that they have recieved my contact details from Honda Helderberg. I will also in future stay clear of any Honda, Rola Motor Group affiliated products because of this experience. I chose to buy the car from this dealership as I thought they were backed by Honda and Rola Motor Group and that would ensure a certain standard of service. Obviously this does not apply to their second hand cars.

Honda Motor problem with new bike & carelessness

I, Sandeep Basu (Addr.- Vill+p.O.--Panchla, Dist.-Howrah, State-West Bengal, India), have bought a new hero honda hunk from Amit Motorcycles (P) LTD. 506/1, G.T. road (S), Howrah-711101, West Bengal, India in finance . From the 1st day of buying i found a problem with the starting. I told the dealer (Amit Motorcycles (P) LTD.), but they first time avoided the problem. After that i took the byke to the dealer. Then they said to check from their service center. Service center took the byke for 1 day and was not able to solve the problem and gave that to me saying " we will solve the problem at the time of servicing ". After a day i again complained to the dealer. Then i have taken the bike again. they took the bike and gave a time of 3/4 days. But they took too long. Now i have decieded to change the bike as because of the problem. But they said as my registration and number registration is now completed, they can't change the bike. But i am telling the problem from the 1 st day of buying. I have not got the number of my bike still now but they said that as my bike number and the registration process is completed. so they dont want to change the bike. This is the problem . Can anyone suggest me what should i do now?

Honda Motor car is a lemon

I have a 2001 Honda Civic Lx Sedan with almost 90k miles. Origianlly we got the car with alittle over 150k miles... at around 160-170k miles the engine gave out. So we replaced it with a used one. Even before the engine gave out the car shocks made a squeek like niose that got louder as we would brake to stop or make a slow turn. Now the car has been leaking and for some reason we cannot figure out why. Now just recently we had to replace a sensor and now the computer to the might of fried! Why does my car keep messing up? I fix one problem and another appears... In the past 5-6 months Ive put almost $1, 000 in this car and even then it still breaks down! I want to know if something to do with the engine itself or if my car is just lemon

Honda Motor manufacturing defects in the byke not replaced by the dealer

I have purchased one hero honda CD delux on dated 21/7/2010. on the 4th day of purchase it's self start is not working and at night dead light glow with a half voltage but when break is applied it glow full and at present start is done by kick only, on the same day ie 25/7/2010 the complain was personally informed to the dealer and subsequently I have visited more than five times or more and problem was informed in detail. But the same was not solved till today. Please suggest me how to do? And what to do? Whom to complain? I am completely disappointed on this account. Honda Motor under warrenty replacement of self battery

I Purchased Hero Hond CBZ X treme Motor Cycle on 21st June 2010 from Hero Honda showroom (Uppal Motors Pvt Ltd, Sector-4, NOIDA (U.P.)INDIA after ten days of purchasing date self start Battery problem created . Showroom staff change the battery under warrenty period but batter was not fit for motor cycle because the water of battery was leaking on the body of bike due to the colour of bike was faded and the jung strarting on the body . I informed this problem to the staff of the Showroom & Owner many times and I also take a writen application of this problem to the Owner but he does not accept it and told me that you cant make me no harm so I request you to make any attention behalf me for change the bettery and compainsent of colour of Bike my detail as below:

Honda Motor whole nut bolts and body are in junged

I HAVE PURCHASED A HERO HONDA PASSION PRO MOTOR BIKE ON [protected] FROM OSWAL MOTORS AND GET ALL THE FREE SERVICE FROM THE HERO HONDA AUTHORISED DEALER METRO MOTORS NARELA DELHI-40. MY ALL REPEATED COMPLAINTS THAT THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE ARE DAMAGED AND ALL THE NUT BOLTS ARE IN JUNKED AND THE CHASIS ARE ALSO DAMAGED DUE TO JUNKED. THE VERYFICATION WAS DONE BY THE COMPANY ENGINEER AT THE SITE AND INSTRUCTED THE DEALER THAT THE SAME SHOULD BE REPLACED BUT ON MY REPEATED REEQUEST THE DEALER AND SEERVICE SUPERVISORY STAFF HAS NEVER CARED AND MY VEHICLE AS IT IS.

KINDLY INSTRUCT THE METRO MOTOR STAFF TO TAKE CARE OF MY VEHICLE AND SAME MAY PLEASE BE GET REPAIRED.

Honda Motor oil leaking from engine/ valve sound from engine

HONDA-CBTWISTER-ENGINE+CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINTS

Dear sir,
'
I took a CB Twister on May 2010 from "The Noble Honda", Rasipuram, Namakkal[dist], TN.

I face a problem with the vehicle sir.

Oil is leaking from engine head.

Within 10 days oil service is made with the company, the complaint occurred.

We complained this to HR of namakkal "The Noble Honda".

We didn't get proper reply from the service manager.

They talked like ignoring the complaint.

The complaint first is made on 24th july 2010.

We complained today again.

They replied,

They can do one more service only.

Why is this complaint coming..?

They said, "We cant do anything for this complaint, and all bikes will face this problem. We
can do service only. We are not responsible for this.".

While taking the vehicle, Rasipuram Sales Manager said that, the engine is made in Japan.

But Now, Namakkal Service Manager said that, the engine is of Indian made.

I took the vehicle believing to be Japan made engine.

I took this vehicle for my business purpose.

I can't do service again and again.

Give me the proper solution sir.

Please respond to me as soon as possible.

Oil is leaking regularly from the engine head.

hi to the concern manager i am purchased a honda activa veh in the month of may, aftert the purchase of the veh i iheared a sound in the back shock absore, i given the complain at the time of fist service and inthe time of second service, after the two services the problem was not solved by your people, again i went to the service place i asked ur people to change the shok obsorbe, they said they changed the parts but even after changing the parts the problem is not solved my veh no ka03hg8096, service place :city honda, no 202, 1st block, 7th main, hrbr layout, kalyan nagar, bangalore43.
i want you to salove the problem by taking back the veh or i will go for omboodsman. consumer foram.

I have perched a honda activa from s g b l honda, sati chaura, cuttack on dt 16 / 12 / 2017, i have serving my vehicle in correct time, after first service i came to know that there is many problems in servicing like the serving engineer is not look after the vehicle properly on the road in running time it sounds much. Then at the time of second service i take it to the notice of the engineer and complained on the service card, he told me due to shortage of grease in different parts it sounds like this. The service is made on. After 7to 8 days the vehicle i s faced its previous problems. Then i take the vehicle for another servicing, i claimed the engineer you are not servicing the vechile properly that's why i am facing a lots of trouble he behaves me roughly and i become very sad. I have complained it to the service manager but my problem was not solved i have getting the same answer that i am un fit to running the vehicle, finding no other way i came back. Now the condition of the vehicle is same. I request your good self to direct the showroom to clear the problem, and behaves the customer properly. Soliciting an early reply &co operation i remain

I have very bad experience of your othorised service center of nashik district in maharashtra state, i had gon there 5 times for my scooter cervicing in hrushab honda at bombye naka dist. Nashik, , i buy scooter 4 months ago and it has only 3800km. Steel it is always vibrating and not giving millege well, in honda service center thye dont have good engineers, thye cant recognised my scooter problem or folt. So i am in very truble please help me and give some good solution on it and make me saticefide.

Sir,
Purchase a new Honda Activa on 09/10/2017, Though it got delilverd on the same day(Now the bike is in the showroom), still RTO is not completed. I keep on asking them to do that. But they are not considering it.

I think they are not the proper dealer, it seems they are doing some malpractice in the name of HONDA. I am afraid that they might change the original parts of my scooter.
Kindly intervene immediately on the sake of customer satisfaction.

four days. when i call him after four days lady on counter one amrta says why are you calling againand again. i said according to new r.t.o. rules you cant drive on temp. number. niether dealer can dealer give dilivery without number. there is no sales officer
in sales office. its tragic situaton as i have not received now even after 15 days

This is to inform you that I purchased a Honda activa on DEC 2017 from Dhruvdesh Honda showroom Mekhri circle Bangalore. In first service and second service I told them head light focus not good, no mileage & no pickup but i didn't get any changes in that. Firstly If i go more than 70 speed whole vehicle will vibrate. And secondly the vehicle finishing work was not good. Also my vehicle is not giving more than 33 mileage and also no pickup I cant think new Honda activa also will give convenience mileage to those who want to buy new one. Dhruvdesh Honda service centre also not good. I hope you look into this matter and help us as soon as possible.

ENGINE no is : JF50E70169392 after couple of months my activa is vibrating and abnormally  jumping. So in second free service I mentioned this to honda service center, to check-out what's the issue indeed. After  checking it they told me that its tyre related issue so, as per as tyre's menufecturer is TVS LTD. Service center have give me a letter in which service center mentiond as per as follow

As per customer complain of jumping. After observation we found both tyre jumping in rough road so please take positive action at your end.

My tyre no. FR:- Is :- [protected] and
RR:- is:-[protected]
              

So,   as honda service center mentiond I reached to a shop(TVS LTD.) for further assist.
But, unfortunately after testing TVS LTD. Told that its none of visible damaged on tyre so, we can't take any further steps right now,   but for sure as visible there is problem in activa's rim  which is obliing, so they will check tyre's again only after changing rim.

So I called back at honda service center and HV talked with honda service center's manager who named. As Mr. Nimesh modi on his cell no. [protected] and  inform him the issue. And ask for change the rim as well as its under warrenty.
But, unexpectedly he refused my sentence before I finished, and said its none of our fault, we can't do any favour to change it.you must have to change it as per as paid basis only.

Let me know who's responsibility to change the rim?
Even "Honda" is largest MNC, I can't understand how their associate partners behave like a local one.. Even they are in fault
...

I have booked a Honda Activa (Deluxe) at the dealers show room of the company M/s. Universal Honda, Naroda, Ahmedabadat 01 January 2017. In the Name of Vijay Rathod & the booking Amount is One Thousand Rupees. Date of delivery is after 3 Month. But till today I had not received the Vehicle & any satisfactory response from the Dealer. I had called the Dealer several times & personally visited at the Show Room. Every time I call or visit they are providing us the new date of delivery of after 10-15 days but no satisfactory feedback has been given by them. The showroom the staff use to say the vehicle has not came from the company or drivers are on strike etc. all the time the are providing us a new reason. I want to complaint about the dealer & want vehicle as soon as possible or to give me penalty for the late delivery.

I would like to register the complaint against two service centers of car and motor vehicles. My vehicle Honda activa (Reg No:KL7 BQ2201 purchased from arya bhangy motors, aluwa) has given for the first servicing at EVM Automobiles, S.A Road, Vytila, After the first servicing I have find out the mudguard with rust.On the second service time at Muthoot Honda service center, Palarivattom I have mentioned this issue.As they said it happened due to the first service. As per their request I have complaint the EVM service center.They request me to do the repainting of front mudguard and charged me RS.496.I would like to point out one more issue happened while giving my vehicle to second servicing.After that second servicing my luggage hook in the side of seat was removed. I have to go the muthoot Honda center to ask this. I have never seen anywhere like this careless service centers.Please take care of this matter.

I have been finding it very problamatic with your service people at chirala Honda showroom. As and when my vehicle needs repairs. When ever I handed over my vehicle to your showroom to rectifying problems like self start not working battry fuse fails, kickrod not working, but the same problems are recurring again. It is their habitual saying to every customer that vehicle has got engine fault it is better to dispose off the vehicle and the arrangements of disposal of the vehicle would be made by them when I was told the same I immediately took my vehicle to your showroom at Guntur for checking of engine of my my vehicle(Job Card No 10JC20559 Bill No 10JW83947 dt 31/12/2017 ) and my vehicle was thoroughly checked by your sevice engineer Sri Koti Babu and I was told that the engine of my vehicle was in perfectly working condition. On 19/05/2017 when my vehicle not started with kick rod I handed over my vehicle for kick rod cleaning, carburettr cleaning and water servicing (Job Card No 567) on my surprise I was told that engine of my vehicle of my vehicle got faulty and it is to be attended. I therefore request help me to get my vehicle repaired and your kind attention and necessary instrructions to the service people at chirala not to give trobule to me and also to the other customers

Honda Motor unprofessionalism/bad customer service

My complaint is about the unprofessionalism/bad customer service at Bronx Honda. I was told a deposit of 500.00 was needed to inquire about financing through a bank. I gave them the 500.00, but than decided per what the Accounting Department told me that the down payment the bank required from me was too much money. I decided not to go for the car deal and asked for my deposit to be returned. In trying to get my deposit back, I spoke with several individuals in management and I was yelled at, ignored, lied to, insulted and had the phone hung up on me several times. I refused to go away and be quiet and I finally got my deposit back but this was an extremely emotionally abusive experience and I won't be found within two feet of this dealership ever again. Also, I would like for it to be noted that they appear to be okay with you until they are sure they are not going to be able to sell you a car and then you are treated like garbage.

Honda Motor back light, coll cell, center plate

I want to complaint hero honda distributor (vikas automobiles). Which is situated in u. P (aligarh). His behaviour is very poor with customers and whole staff behavior also.in this bike hh glamour broken of back light is the main problem. When we go in the vikas automobile showroom. He says this back light. You are broken. Which is not in stoc and says that we send demand but company have no responce.. And we can no help of you. This type of distributor fall down the repotation of company.

Honda Motor we and two other customers were made to wait for a good 35 minutes

I had visited Muthoot Honda dealership today, 1st Jan, with my friend to take delivery of his bike. While we were seated there, a lady, whom I presume is top management/dealer, came and all staff went off for a meeting. They had some meeting where they took New Year resolutions and stuff. Good from a motivation point of view, but we and two other customers were made to wait for a good 35 minutes. When we asked for a suggestion/complaint book to record this, we were told no such things are available. We have recorded our complaint in a white paper and handed over. We reached the showroom at 11:45 am, and took delivery of vehicle at 1: 25 pm.

Kindly educate your dealer that customer comes first, middle and last.

Honda Motor labour charge during amc

Dear sir/ madam,
I (chandan kumar) have purchased a honda shine bike from horizon honda, ranchi on dated 13-07 — 2009. Chassis no - me4jc366f98281892 & engine no - jc36e9430380 with extended warranty and amc (annual maintenance contract). I purchased amc from universal honda, ranchi, jharkhand, india on 19.05.2010 with expiry dt. Of 18.05.2011. My amc no. Is 031557. Yesterday (dt. 08.07.2010) I went to honda service station of universal honda, ranchi, jharkhand, for repairing of my bike lock. The service station charged me rs. 67/- (including labour charge of rs. 60/- and nut volt charge of rs. 7/-) after production of amc card. The workshop money receipt no. Is 771 (dt. 08.07.2010) and invoice no. Is 10iw01404 (dt. 08.07.2010 time - 17:01).
My questions to company manager-
1. Is it fair?
2. Is honda company take service/ labour charge for minor repairing in amc? Then why we take amc in rs. 749/- per year.
3. How can I recover my labour charge from service station?

Honda Motor poor mileage and rust on the swingarm of the bike

I purchased a new CBZ eXtreme on March 29th 2010.
Even 3 months is also not completed, I found rust on the swingarm of the bike. I didn't expect this kind of parts from Hero honda. I am a great fan and most respectable towards hero honda before this incident. My friends asking me to about the performance of the bike and the problems. I am not able to suggesting them to this bike when they wants to take a new. I expected the mileage of the bike is around 45. Because I am not travelling beyond 50KMPH, but even the mileage of the bike is about 30 -35. some times it is showing lessthan 30 also.

It has not great pickup, but even I don't know why it is giving that foolish mileage. I could take pulsar or Unicorn. Because they are giving great mileage compared to eXtreme.

When I went to hero honda showroom, they are saying that, "We don't touch the engine or anything except to change oil and battery charging, etc., " I didn't expect this kind of product from hero honda.
Totally I am discouraged because of it's poor performance and mileage.

shrikrishna, ride ur bike on highway..if daily ride then u get 55 kmpl mileage.am also facing same problem..my avg in city is 32-33 kmpl..but on highway its jaburdust...i taste it
